I recently had an excellent experience working with this contractor. They were honest, fast, and reliable throughout the entire process. Although there were a few instances where the contractor forgot what I had asked for, I found that providing specific directions helped them to execute my requests perfectly. Therefore, I recommend that you give very specific direction, particularly when it comes to small details like a small gap on the floor. One of the things I appreciated most about this contractor was their attention to detail. They were meticulous in their work and took the time to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. However, I did find that if I didn't provide very specific direction, there was a chance that something might be missed or forgotten. Therefore, if you decide to work with this contractor, I highly recommend that you be very specific when providing direction, especially when it comes to the small details. For example, if you notice a small gap on the floor, make sure to point it out and provide clear instructions on how you would like it fixed. With clear and specific direction, this contractor is more than capable of delivering excellent results that meet your needs and expectations. Overall, I highly recommend this contractor for their honesty, speed, reliability, and attention to detail. Just remember to provide specific direction when needed, and you will be more than satisfied with the end result. read more

Reliable Home Contractors were recommended to us by a friend. We recently purchased a condo in Brooklyn that needed a complete gut job. The kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and floors were a nightmare; leaving much to be desired but my partner and I fell in love with its potential. The Reliable Home Contractor's crew turned all of that into a dream come true. We received several bids and Reliable Home Contractors were not the cheapest but still provided us with a reasonable estimate. After having a few discussions about our expectations, we were confident they were the right choice for us. This was our first major home renovation and we were nervous about all the work that needed to be done. Reliable Home Contractors eased those nerves by walking us through the process and maintaining constant communication with us throughout the projects. They made the whole process really simple. They were very patient with us as we changed our minds on several project decisions and were able to seamlessly accommodate those changes. They offered great suggestions about making our space more functional and about finishes. Their attention to detail on the spaces was superb. Most importantly they made us feel comfortable in working with them. Reliable Home Contractors really helped us transform our space and we couldn't be happier! Thank you. read more

They did a magnificent job when renovating my kitchen and bathroom recently. I must say I was quite pleased with the entire experience. Considering the amount that needed to be done, the quote provided was very affordable and fell within my budget (really important). The owner was very personable and efficient and super accommodating with my crazy work schedule. The workers were also very pleasant and did a great job with cleaning up after themselves. The job took a couple of weeks, but not to the point where I wasn't annoyingly inconvenienced. I didn't even feel the need to monitor the workers (I'm a big stickler for details). The owner checked in on the job frequently and stayed on top of them and double checked with me and kept me updated with the process. Overall, they did a great job and I am very happy with the end results. I will definitely reach out to them when I need some additional work done. read more

My apartment in Queens was damaged after an eviction so you can imagine how awful it was. James came for a walk through and offered a very reasonable price and timeline. The whole project ends in November and they did an amazing job! The kids painting on all the walls are covered completely, bathroom items were replaced and look neat, floor was refinished beautifully. Since this is an old apartment, a lot of things inside are not in standard size, James really did a lot of research and fixed all the problems. Even after the whole project is finished, he still sent me some tools with detailed instructions how to use. I'm really really thankful that I found him and his team after I experienced a terrible situation. They did a good job. A such responsible, punctual, easy to communicate team worths a good review. Will definitely recommend to friends going forward who needs a contractor. read more
