Life saver! I dropped a small bottle of hand sanitizer into the toilet and it got stuck for good. Nothing worked, the toilet had to be removed and re-installed. Nothing would flush. A few plumbers already turned me down. Some only had a next day availability, but it was a true emergency. He came within a few hours of the request. It was clear what needed to be done, but free consultation was still given. I really appreciated that because the procedure was super expensive, but reasonable. Plus I liked that he tried to fix it the cheaper way first. He did 90% of the cleanup, which I truly appreciated and did not expect. The toilet wouldn't flush at all due to the object obstruction, and one of my roommates did the deed, so to speak. It was bad. He also fixed an unrelated toilet leak. I was skeptical at first because the leak got a lot worst and I felt like things were loosened and not re-tightened properly. But the next day, after whatever he did dried, there were no leaks. read more

Arrived on time as promised! Showed me a camera view of my sewage system! Told me work that will be performed and will review cameras at completion! I am 1000% satisfy with job done. All junk was removed from pipes and looked new! I was just snaking and grease was building up! The price was a little high but the time he spent cleaning mopping up was worth the price of 800! I was given a year warranty for another cleaning! Water jetting is better than just snaking! Like your insides you have to keep your pipes clean! It's an investment odor is gone and I am happy! read more

I highly recommend Ciro for your plumbing needs! While universal five-star reviews can sometimes be a red flag, Ciro truly lives up to his acclaim. He responded promptly and was available the next day to provide a free estimate. I had issues with a toilet fill valve, a potential clog in the line, and a running bathroom faucet that required replacement. Ciro addressed both issues quickly and at a very reasonable price. He honestly advised that the toilet did not need to be snaked, which saved on costs, and he took extra care to check and recheck for leaks before leaving. Ciro also ensured the area was cleaned up after the work was completed. He is a trusted professional and will definitely be my first call for any future plumbing issues. read more

Responsive, showed up a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time, and fixed the issue quickly and for a very reasonable price. Couldn't ask for anything more. read more

Excellent! Search no further! I hired Ciro after dealing with another nationally well-known plumbing/sewer vendor who turned out to be unreliable and outrageously priced. I hired Ciro based on his highly rated Yelp reviews. He cleaned two outdoor patio drains as well as the main sewer line in the basement. Ciro was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and worked in an organized and clean manner. He was very communicative throughout the process and knew exactly what he was doing. Ciro was also very fair and reasonable in his pricing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Ciro was wonderful! He confirmed his morning appointment twice, respected us by taking off his shoes, was clear about costs, then replaced the rusted pipe, drainer, and faucet. Invoice PDF was available on the same day and he accepted Zelle. He even brought us replacement parts, so we didn't have to figure that out by ourselves. read more

Call and told Ciro the issue. Let me know when he could come. Very nice and prices very reasonable. Will definitely use again.

Ciro provided fast and reliable service. He showed us what was wrong and told us what had to be done. He was informative every step of the way which was helpful because I thought I was dealing with a simple clog. When he showed us the camera feed of the sewage line, I knew it was a lot more than a minor blockage. He pulled out the water jet to flush the sewer line and all was well. I wouldn't have known what any of this meant a week ago. I've already recommended his services to a friend. read more

I have not used this business however, they were the only ones who answered when I really needed it.

My experience with Ciro was wonderful. His response was almost immediate, his communication was crystal clear, his pricing fair and reasonable, he showed up precisely when he said he would. He was professional, patient and persistent in finding the right solution for my drain issue, and was extremely careful and cautious so as not to risk damage or inconvenience to my downstream/downstairs neighbors. He made extra efforts to completely fix my leaking pipes, which was not part of the project, but I am so glad he did. And our follow up conversations have been thoughtful, caring and thorough. I highly recommend Ciro, and I agree wholeheartedly with his other Yelp reviews. read more

Wow, the most detail-oriented plumber I've had so far. He was kind enough to notice that it was a no shoe household and offered to remove his shoes before entering. It probably depends on the type of fix requested, but mine was a clogged bathtub drain. He came during the one hour time window and finished within that timeframe, too. He was careful not to scratch any surfaces, (unlike previous plumbers) and wiped down surfaces once he was done. And the price was great, too! read more

Needed some bathroom repairs done. So I searched YELP for a plumber , and found Handymanguy. I liked his reviews and sent him a request for service call. His price was very reasonable. More importantly , he responded to my request immediately. First through email, then texting . We scheduled his visit at my convenience, and he showed up at the exact time estimated. Ciro, his name , was very professional, honest and the repairs were done in no time . I highly recommend Handymanguy , for the job. I needed an outlet replaced as well as recessed into a concrete wall of a 130 year old house. Ciro responded immediately, came by the next day to look at everything and give an estimate- which was less than anyone else and very reasonable. He arrived the next morning early to fix it. Was super professional, cleaned up after himself, was fast and even answered questions about other things around the house. It looked better than I imagined and I'll be using him for all kinds of things going forward. read more

My tenants bathtub was clogged. I called "handyman guy" and Ciro gave me an estimate over the phone. He came to fix the problem. Bathtub was unclogged!!! Very reliable. Friendly, reliable, and responsive handyman. He got the work done efficiently and we are very happy with the quality of work! He has already completed multiple jobs for my moms house and I only found him two weeks ago. He put up a new towel rod through tile, installed a new mailbox, fixed our leaky basement pipe, and helped with a minor repair on our screen door. Highly recommend for all the odd jobs you have around your home. read more

Called Ciro for a very dangerous situation. I had a rotted window frame with the pane suspended only by the bottom corner. The bottom of the frame was leaning against the air conditioner. At any time, the pane could have fallen out of the frame. Ciro responded very quickly. He came and gave me a reasonable estimate and completed this job and another issue. He was on time and very professional. Thank you very much Ciro for your quick attention. read more

Ciro was professional and on time to fix a leak under my bathroom sink. He had to replace a valve which was hard to find but he did and returned to do a great job. He also replaced my front door lock and spent some time cleaning out my dryer vent which was very hard to get to. I was quite horrified to see what came out of there! His assistant was helpful and polite. I am so happy to have found a great handyman who is capable. When you live in an old house there is always something needing fixing. I put it off because dealing with flaky people isn't fun. I highly recommend booking him for any job! Thumbs up. read more

I started discussing the project I had with Ciro back in April. I needed someone to add mesh to the bottom of my fence line to deal with rats coming from neighboring yards. This required digging up a garden and trying to preserve the 70 year old plants along the fence line. He took a look at the job and gave a very reasonable price. Ciro did the work in one day, came on time, prepared with his own tools and left the job site in a clean fashion (and he provided me with a receipt). A true professional. Brooklyn is in the need of a good handyman and I think they found one. I look forward to using Ciro again in the future. read more

Ciro was super responsive to my initial inquiry to replace a wired doorbell and chime box and scheduled a mutually convenient time right away. He brought both a wired and wireless option so he could get the job done regardless of wiring conditions. He was efficient, organized, pleasant to speak with, and fairly priced. I'll definitely call him again for other home maintenance projects. read more
