The owner told me specifically that if I keep current on my payments, I will always have a vehicle to drive. I've had some mechanical issues here and there, and they have always been very accommodating to repair and help me work out payment options. They even helped me fix a car that I didn't buy from them because they value good customers. If you're in a situation where a finance company will not touch you, these guys should be your first and only option.

I was met by Valdez almost immediately. I told him my situation and he said ok let's go chat with my manager. So we Walked in and was met with smiles and just the nicest people ever. I once again told them my situation and I was asked" what car do you like?" I told Dan what one and we talked some more, I looked at the inside and loved it and then Dan said " have you driven it?" I had not he said he wanted to make sure I really liked it before anything was to change hands. ( and of course I LOVE IT) I explained I can't get the full down payment right then. He then explained the Step Program, Let me tell you I was so excited, it helped me so much, that they were willing to work with me, when others wouldn't . They do in house financing here, which doesnt really help your credit but really helps if youre like me a first time buyer with no credit history not pay $5000+ in interest. I got a 2011 Black ford escape with leather seat with under 90000 miles (i cant remenber exactly) for around 16000$ wth interest. at 175 biweeky payments Im almost done paying my car after 2.5 yrs and my car is still running perfect at now 120000 miles.. A few months ago, I brought my 2022 Raptor in for The Works service package. After getting home, I noticed part of my splash shield had been left off during the oil change. I called the dealership, and they asked me to come back. When I arrived, they couldn't locate the missing piece and told me they would order a replacement. A few days later, they called to let me know the part had arrived. I told them I wouldn't be able to bring the truck back for a few days, and when I finally did, I explained the entire situation to the service advisor. He seemed confused at first, but eventually told me he had figured everything out and that they'd take care of it. I waited in the lobby for two hours. When the advisor came to get me, he said my truck was ready. Given my previous experience, I decided to verify the repair before leaving. To my surprise, the splash shield was still missing. I had just spent two hours waiting for absolutely nothing to be done, yet I was told the repair had been completed. That completely destroyed my confidence in the service department. Fast forward to today. I had no choice but to return for another The Works service since there aren't many Ford dealerships in my area. Before handing over my keys, I explained what had happened during my previous visit and emphasized that I simply wanted the work done correctly. The service advisor assured me everything would be handled properly. A few hours later, I received a call informing me that the technician had forgotten to put my wheel lock key back in my truck. At this point, it's no longer an isolated mistake, it's a pattern of carelessness and a lack of quality control. When customers are paying to have their vehicles serviced, they should be able to trust that basic procedures are followed and that their vehicle is returned complete. The service advisors have generally been polite, but the repeated mistakes and apparent lack of oversight reflect poorly on the leadership of the service department. Based on my experiences, management needs to take a much more active role in ensuring work is completed correctly before vehicles are returned to customers.

They then told me it would be two days for them to replace the sunroof which was supposed to be the cause of the leak. A week later i still have not recieved a car. They then called me and told me it wouldnt pass inspection so they couldnt sell the car to me. It was a week and a half later when i could have just bought a car some where else if they had not tried to lie and be upfront with me. Crooks the whole lot of them. They got very angry when i confronted them and started yelling at me. I wouldnt send anyone to this place to buy a car :(
