Every time I'd start the car and accelerate it, it was so loud that I thought I might need to wear ear protection as if I was at a shooting range. I don't know much about cars so I was worried, but after coming to Excalibur Muffler, all my worries disappeared. They were very professional and helpful. They quickly spotted what the issue was and fixed everything so I was in and out within 15 minutes. Now the car is quieter than it was before the problem! They do a great job and I highly recommend anyone check them out if you're having mechanical issues with your car. The value of the service is top tier, and it only cost $75 for me to get the service that I needed done for my particular issue. I'll definitely be back again in the future if I need help for my car.

They were able to keep under covered parking while they worked through the possibilities, replaced rear pistons and some other needed parts along the way, and turned the rotors and it is now braking better than ever, and they did it all at a reasonable price. They are talented mechanics, I highly recommend them for any work needed, old or new cars.

I've only left one review before I'm my life and it was because of a bad experience at a business…read more However, I feel so compelled to shout from the rooftops about the guys at AutoPro! Oh man, especially Jose, the owner. Amazingly great and understanding guy! And he knows his stuff without a second thought. I came to Texas from Louisiana on an evacuation order due to Hurricane Ida. It's 100 degrees outside and my a/c goes KAPUT! An entire 8 hour drive in this sweltering heat with no a/c. When I made it to Texas I decided to take my vehicle to a neighborhood Christian Brothers. They were nice people but their prices were just too high for what I could afford at such last minute notice. They ran diagnostics and told me that my HVAC blower motor needed replacement as well as the motor resistor. They quoted me almost $700 for the job and I just couldn't afford it. I called around and was guided to Jose at AutoPro. I told him my situation and immediately he swept into gear making me feel really confident about everything he was saying. The knowledge and kindness would've been enough but on top of it all he offered to do it for a MUCH LOWER labor cost!!! I was floored and immediately drove my vehicle to the shop. It didn't take but maybe 10 minutes tops for him to advise me that the estimate given by Christian Brothers wasn't necessary and that the only issue was my blower motor. That alone saved me and additional $200 off of the estimate. In no time he had me on the road in freezing cold air. I'm thinking about moving to Denton just to know I have him around if ever there is an issue. Really great, confident, laid back guy. It is IMPERATIVE that you do not hesitate to patronize AutoPro if you wish to be treated super humanely and with a great deal of compassion and honesty. They have my greatest gratitude for this. Thanks Jose and the guys at AutoPro!

As a woman many mechanics try and overcharge and tack on extra "issues", but not with this shop!! The first time I came here I had already changed my spark plugs twice (around $200+ each) and each time they would malfunction within a month or two. The last time I got them changed I went to AutoPro about a year ago and they have been great since! They work fast and have great prices! My second time was bc my alternator went out and even though Jose, one of the mechanics, was on vacation he helped me get my car towed and fixed within days! They have great customer service and are very professional! If you are looking for trustworthy mechanics who ACTUALLY FIX THE PROBLEM please go here!! I've never written a review for anything, but I had to for them!

From the first phone call, I knew I chose a great place…read more Diana is so kind on the phone (and in person) she makes sure to communicate clearly in English o en español. I've acquired car knowledge only through owning the ones I've had and it's all been bare minimum. All that to say, I have not felt like she was talking over me. I have not felt like this company is trying to take advantage of me, AT ALL. Unfortunately mechanics have a bad reputation but this company has proven to me that they are honest people. I've had to get an oil change and all of my coils replaced. They tried to see if my car would allow just the second coil being replaced but after starting my car a couple times, my car wanted 1,3 & 4 replaced as well. Anyway, I had to leave my car overnight which it's in an area that didn't give me any anxiety so there was no fear of my car getting vandalized. My car is running good-as-new so I'm def pleased that the problem has been resolved. You are able to buy the parts for your car and they will use those, since that can cut on cost. Those parts will not be under their warranty. I had to get my car fixed asap so I didn't go that route but it's def good info to know if you don't need to get it fixed immediately. My only complaint? That I am unable to interact with the mechanics in the garage. I love chatting with people and making new friends but then again..... this is already the hottest and most humid summer I've experienced in DFW (yall, I work outside as a laborer so I get to stand on this soapbox) The opposite of a complaint now: they offer free candy, cokes & water and also free play on arcade games while you wait. Aaaaand if you're curious, yes, there is a bidet in the bathroom. No, I didn't use it myself. 10/10 will use this auto shop again and again
