After deciding on one, we were given an offer lowballing our trade in by $7k compared to two other offers we had received. When we removed our trade from the deal, they added $1,000 to the asking price of the vehicle because "that price requires you to finance through us, it's disclosed on the internet". Well, it's not disclosed on the ads we responded to, and if it had been then it would have been a high price compared to the market.

The owner told me specifically that if I keep current on my payments, I will always have a vehicle to drive. I've had some mechanical issues here and there, and they have always been very accommodating to repair and help me work out payment options.
