Naseem helped plan our wedding, it was a short amount of time (7 months for planning) and we had a very tight budget. It was wonderful working with her, she attended to our needs and always responded right away. I've texted her at midnight and she didn't mind at all. Naseem was an absolute joy to work with as my month of wedding coordinator this past June. I had planned every step of the wedding while living out of state - which is v. stressful when choosing and vetting vendors. A few months before our wedding, a major vendor had fallen through with the initial promises to provide day of coordination, and in a last minute panic I found this angel. Upon meeting her, her incredible attention to detail, understanding, patience, calm and positive demeanor made me decide to entrust her with all of the wedding details I had planned up to that point. Naseem was on top of organizing all of the vendors, she put together a comprehensive timeline with everyone's contact information and arrival/departure times which put my mind at ease before the big day. She was also very patient and responsive to my mother who had a large hand in organizing parts of the wedding - a respectful trait I fully appreciate! On the day of the wedding she brought (in n out) lunch to the bridal party and was in general a joyful presence to have a around. She organized the large bus pick-up of all our wedding guests from the hotel to the church, then rushed back to the venue to set up the name cards (where she found a way to stick them down due to the unforeseen wind), table settings, and miscellaneous decorations. I did not have to worry about one thing the day of the wedding including a last minute plus one and no shows that I did not even know about until way after the wedding was over. She is completely competent no matter how big the task or small the detail, she provides the utmost support, and additionally is an exuberant person to have as part of your special day. We booked Naseem's "partial planning" service around 7 months before our April 1 wedding, which was perfect for us. We had already secured a venue and a photographer, and my husband is a graphic designer, so he handled all of the paper goods for our wedding, but we really valued Naseem's coordination of so many of our essential vendors.
