I went to use the bathroom and completely missed them when they left because they were so quick, although she did call to say they'd left the building. I cannot wait to use her services again. I regret to share a very disappointing experience with Boho Loko Studios. Despite high…read moreexpectations, the service fell short on multiple fronts. From the beginning, communication was challenging. Sai who I believe was the owner (?) was unresponsive, requiring multiple prompts to send designs and respond to questions. This lack of responsiveness continued throughout the planning process. On the day of our event, the team set up the decorations and left before anyone from our party arrived. They did not wait until the agreed-upon time, and when we arrived, the entire backdrop had fallen over. There were insufficient reinforcements, and when we tried to put it back up, the arrangement was completely messed up. Tablecloths had flown halfway off the tables, and centerpieces and parts of the backdrop kept falling over. When we requested they come back to fix the setup, they refused, citing other commitments. Instead, they sent us "tips" on how to fix it - things they should have done before leaving (!), which was absurd since nothing was staying up and their set up was entirely fallen over. Their response was completely unprofessional and inadequate for the situation. When they returned to clean up, we raised the issue and asked for some form of reimbursement. Their response was frustrating and dismissive. They said it was "impossible" and showed no intention of helping remedy the situation. They repeatedly said they "couldn't control the wind" and that they had spent 2.5 hours setting up. While we understand they can't control the weather, it is their responsibility to prepare for such conditions or at least be available to address any issues that arise. And as for setting up - that is what we paid them for! Additionally, their follow-up was poor. Despite providing event details months in advance, they repeatedly asked for information I had already given, such as the event address and time - which made it all the more frustrating that they for some reason couldn't figure out how to make someone from their team stay till we got to the location at minimum - but it feels like a baseline expectation to have someone from the decorator team available in case of any issues. Given the premium price we paid - which was definitely much higher than other places I had reached out to for quotes, we expected a much higher quality of service and better treatment. Unfortunately, Boho Loko Studios did not meet these expectations whatsoever. I would strongly advise against using their services - pretty bad customer service / etiquette in my opinion.

We recently celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with Family and Friends on March 25, 2023, at Delta Marriott Silicon Valley Hotel in Santa Clara, CA--Eviaire Events decorated for our special day. We were delighted with the fabulous design and layout, setting a festive mood. Tanisha beautifully decorated the sweetheart table in the front of the room. The dance floor is a dazzling balloon wall of shining gold, white, and eye-catching purple, with flashing spotlights to focus on the surrounding backdrop. The lighted 50 marquee number was fantastic for the occasion and great for photos. There were eight round tables for our guests with gorgeous centerpieces of fresh white roses, calla lilies, and gold ascents. The party favors were 50-year personalized wine glasses with assorted chocolates. A breathtaking cake and cup cake table was a coordinating anniversary theme to take photos of slicing the three-tier cake creatively designed with golden pedestal stands. We would contact Tanisha for a future party or unique event decorations. The entire decorating team's high professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction were much appreciated. In addition, the team came back at the close of the event in the Hotel Banquet room to clear out items and retrieve their equipment. As a designer myself, I had a good idea of what I wanted my wedding mandap to look like. I also knew I wanted a larger mandap, which is sometimes hard to come by. Satvir was open to feedback and had a large rustic 10x12 mandap her team had built. It had nice large wooden beams and worked perfectly with our venue. I wanted bright florals that felt full and satvir delivered. I was very happy with how the final product turned out. She also dealt with all the crazy SF rules including zip tying all the chairs together and getting the fire permit which was required by the city. This was such a stress relief for us since we didn't know how to handle all the rules and regulations. In addition, something I really value about Satvir's approach is how she reuses florals. It pains me to see how much flowers are wasted at weddings, and I wanted a more sustainable approach. The florals from our mandap were reused for our reception and satvir touched them up and made them look beautiful. None of our guests even noticed they were the same florals. I loved the fact that we didn't waste flowers and everything was gorgeous. She also managed to do this in a very tight timeline and killed it!! Highly recommend satvir, you will not regret it.

From the start, Satvir was great about offering creative options for maximizing what we could do with our budget, by reusing much of the ceremony florals in the reception. We found that having the ability to go in person to her studio and see samples of what would be used for our wedding very helpful and appreciated that Satvir even went so far as to buy new side tables for our reception stage to match our vision. We were incredibly impressed by the final products. Many of our guests and family members had highly complementary things to say about the decor for our event.
