To respond: I contacted Anna Party Decor through her website contact form as I thought that would be the best and most formal way of contacting her business. Isn't that why you have a website in the first place? I then received a text message like I said in the previous review from her to coordinate the event but was left on READ multiple times. So it did not go to my spam folder because it wasn't through email or yelp. This was going on for more than 2 weeks since I know businesses may be busy or things may come up like being sick. I would follow up every couple days and since I sent the last text, I had no response at all since then. Maybe there needs to be a better process in place to keep track of inquiries and details as I'm usually pretty fair in my reviews and rarely leave negative reviews.
