We used balloon boss for our twins birthday and ordered balloon decorations and a catered meal for our guests. They arrived late for setup, pushing back our schedule. They also arrived late with food. When the food did arrive it was far less than what we had ordered. We ordered food for 70 people and many of our guests did not have a bite to eat even though we had several no shows from our guest list. I will not be using balloon boss for our future parties, do not recommend. read more

This launch event was very important for us so I was quite nervous about how the balloon bouquets would turn out, as we requested custom logo and custom color that matches our company's website. I had a terrible experience with Balloon Boss and would never recommend them. I paid $830 for balloon decorations, expecting something from the inspiration photo, but all I received was a $300 balloon wreath and pampas. To make matters worse, it was never communicated that the decoration will not include all the details in the picture like a stand and the custom letters they provided were cheap and not the wooden ones shown in the picture. This completely ruined the vibe of my party After expressing my dissatisfaction, the manager called me and shockingly blamed me for questioning their employee about the design. When I mentioned dissatisfaction to the employee , she was extremely apologetic but refused to contact the owner when I requested it. Instead, the company accused me of mistreating their staff, which was far from the truth. All We said was how misleading it is to say something and bring something after taking full payment that to exactly one hour before the party starts. To add insult to injury, they claimed they could only provide this poor decoration because it was a last-minute order, even though this was never mentioned during the ordering process. They offered me a $200 credit for next time, which is a joke--who in their right mind would pay $830 for this subpar balloon garland and then want to use their services again? This experience was misleading, disappointing, and far from what was promised. I will never use Balloon Boss again and strongly advise others to avoid them as well. read more

I have a video of this complete disappointment my best friend experienced because of this mistake. We will never be able to get this moment back. Photos of what was requested and what we got instead. I was hesitating to do a review for this small business, esp a woman owned business. The person I was working with was so pleasant, I believe it was the owner. They responded so quickly and so pleasant. I placed the order short notice, roughly 5 days or so. A balloon 3ft white and gold 40 mosaic set. When I picked it up I was so disappointed. When I brought it to my car my husband gave me a look and said please tell me this was $50. The cut out was breaking apart, the balloons were coming off and becoming deflated. We had to fix it at the party. I was embarrassed to even bring it to the party. Not one person complimented on it. It cost $200 but she gave a 15% discount.
