Brandon was very easy to work with when I reserved one of his photo booths for a grad party. The process was easy. He arrived on time and had everything set up at the scheduled time. Brandon was our wedding videographer 10 years ago, but I still remember vividly how professional he was. He showed up early in a suit and was already filming, he brought all the right equipment, including microphones, and he was very accommodating for the entire long day and night. But his talent and generosity became truly apparent in the DVD he produced. Included with the DVD was a music video he put together to the song of our choice from all of the most memorable and fun moments he shot at all the right angles. The style is of timeless quality, and emotions of joy, gratitude, and giddiness rush back each time we watch it. Further, when someone unfortunately mishandled our DVD, we asked Brandon if he might send us another copy. We recently opened our package to find that he was kind enough to send us two copies! And yes, Brandon's timeless masterpiece still sparked the exact same emotions as when we first watched it 10 years ago. I had another company (reserveyourphotobooth@gmail.com - PhotoBooth Inc.) and 1 hour before my dad's 75th surprise party they called to say that Britney (in sales i think) put in her resignation and so no one would be there for my party. The corporate company wouldn't pick-up and in a panic i started to go through Yelp 1 hour before my event in hopes to find someone. I called about 6 people and then Brandon picked up. He said I'll be there i 30 minutes! He didn't make me pay extra for the late booking, didn't ask for payment up front as he knew I was stressed. If it wasn't for him the party and my sister and I would have been a mess. The photo booth was the center of the show as we had a album for people to add their photos to. He was quick to setup and so helpful. We were able to have some writing on the bottom of the strips. 2 photo strips were printed out and then you could print 2 more at a time and/or email them to yourself. On top of that he does a green screen for free!!!!! Omg, this is normally so expensive and it was so much fun to use the different backgrounds! He even sends you ALL the photos via email to download. You get the strip version + the individual photos. Again, if you are looking for someone you can rely on and have great photos - call him! Can't imagine planning our 10 year high school reunion without a LED light inflatable photo booth to highlight the evening. -prompt to respond to emails -called me 1 day before the event to confirm details -deposit and payment was easy -on time to set up -We had to add an hour towards the end of event and he was very happy to do so. -the height of the actual camera inside the booth is adjustable! Huge bonus if you are going to have this for a kids party -prints came out great -I was able to send a jpg image of our design with ease -he sent me the digital copies of all the pics from the night 2 days after the event. Everything went flawless. The only suggestion I have for the party planner is to bring an extra table cover or linen for the props to go on so that it can match your party theme. Brandon was at my recent birthday and his photobooth was a huge hit! Everyone had so much fun with the different green screen backgrounds and the photo quality was amazinggg. It was really the star of the show and had everyone having the best time. He was so professional and came right on time and got everything set up in a timely manner. He also lets you test it out before your guests so you get a little sneak peak! Additionally, he sends you all of the photos captured and allows your guests to email themselves the strips. My husband and I wanted a photobooth at our wedding and hired Brandon and his team for this. They came an hour before the start of the event to set up, had someone there the entire time to help with any troubleshooting and managing the photo album with a copy of everyone who took a photo and any message they wanted to leave us. The only thing I would say could have been better was making sure the green screen was installed a bit higher for taller people, but besides that everything was great! I used Hopp Productions for my photobooth at my wedding. Brandon was easy to get a hold of through email or by phone when needed. There are a couple options for backgrounds; a standard black background or a green screen which provides many different options. We went with the green screen. Payment was easy online; although there some issues initially with the first reservation payment. Decent pricing and the options available/hours needed were my selecting factors for going with Hopp Productions. Brandon showed up about 1/2 an hour before the event start time to set up. We didn't have too much space, and Brandon was able to accommodate the smaller square footage pretty easily. It was an open photobooth and worked great in the hallway that we had him set up in. There were many different props for people to use. I worked with Brandon the day before and the day of to make sure the words on the photo-strips were good. Because we did not get the full attendant option, sometimes the background was not in alignment and angle/height were a bit off, however, what matters is the fun that people had and the ease of using the photobooth. Brandon's LED Inflatable photo booth was a hit at our Wedding! Wincey, the booth attendant was attentive, professional, and kind. She was dressed appropriately in black for our formal event. Our guest had so much fun, that several tried to get one last shot on a last call before the booth had to close. Although inflatable, the noise emitted by the fan was negligible. No one noticed it, it did not interrupt the festivities, and it did not drown nearby conversations. At the end, My husband and I received a nice photo scrapbook album that had been started during the event. We don't know if it was coincidental; but in additional to the digital files, we were both super delighted to see that the album cover complimented our wedding theme nicely! Hired these guys for my reception and they were great. I went with the green screen option for 4 hours! They were set up an hour before the event and were ready to go once my guests started arriving.
