We were really excited to have a photobooth at our wedding, but unfortunately, our experience with this vendor left us disappointed. Communication was a major stress point. We had to follow up multiple times before getting responses in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Not something you want to be dealing with so close to the big day. We also confirmed a specific design for the photo template (we asked for no borders around the text), and even got a confirmation from Scott. But on the day, the template was wrong, which was frustrating. Attention to detail matters especially for something guests will see and take home. There were two attendants on site, but it honestly felt unnecessary, as they weren't very engaged. No one was informed about the text-to-phone photo feature, so that went unused. The props were another letdown. There were mostly thick signboards with random phrases and food items, along with a few glasses. There was also one feather scarf and a foam "6-pack abs" prop, but beyond that the selection felt really limited. We were hoping for a wider variety-- fun hats, playful accessories, and more interactive options to help guests get into the spirit. When we received the gallery link, a number of photos were missing. Scott did resend a link after we asked, but even that version still had some photos missing. At this point, we've decided not to keep following up. Overall, while we appreciated having a photobooth, this vendor didn't deliver the polished, fun experience we were hoping for especially for the price. read more
