Where do I even begin? The owner got back to me ASAP. She was incredibly personable and friendly, so easy to talk to, bounce ideas off of, and make my little girls mermaid balloon dreams come true. I sent her a picture of my inspiration for our mermaid themed party and she went above and beyond with color, creativity and knowing it may rain so I wasn't quite sure where it would be able to go. I was helping plan my nephews birthday party and find this business on Instagram. When I reached the owner asked me a lot of questions on what we were looking for, color scheme and how she could help us bring the idea to life. After our call I got a price quote right away and she continued to communicate with me leading up the party to make sure things would go smoothly the day of. She sent one of her assistants out to the venue prior to the event so they could check out the venue so they could get a full idea of the venue layout. She sent me samples of the color balloons based on an inspirational photo I had sent her. We picked out the colors & the colors were perfect!
