Maria always delivers! She can take any theme and make it a reality. I booked her for my son's birthday two years in a row, and both years all the adults (and children) were so impressed by the decor and the desserts. Maria makes the booking process super easy and she is very communicative via all forms of communication (text, phone, ig, email). She also works with several venues in the Bay Area, which is great because she already has a good relationship with them and it makes the set up process easy. For any mama who is trying to plan a big party for their kiddo, Maria really does make the job so much easier!! I'll be going to her for all of my party decoration and dessert needs! read more

We used Air Lollipops to decorate for my daughter's 3rd birthday, and everything turned out perfectly. The process was super easy. I shared the theme and color ideas, and they took care of the rest. What made it especially seamless was that Air Lollipops is the preferred décor vendor for Imagination City. They were able to set up early and had everything completely ready by the time we arrived, which made the day totally stress free. The décor looked beautiful, was exactly what we were hoping for, and felt very reasonably priced for what we received. I would absolutely use Air Lollipops again and highly recommend them, especially if you're hosting a party at Imagination City. read more

I requested the arch with balloons and noticed my invoice had the wrong name for the guest of honor. I asked that they correct the invoice and a few days before the event, reminded them of the spelling of the name. At the event, 30 minutes before guests were supposed to arrive, they came with the wrong name on the arch. They agreed to refund half of the decor, but now our event was missing something. It was frustrating since I informed them multiple times of the wrong name. Even our event coordinator was shocked and pissed. Not only that, but they gave us conflicting quotes and pricing. read more

What can I say that hasn't been said about the talented and passionate boss lady, Maria?! She never fails to amaze with her creativity and special touches. My girlfriend and I had such a hard time finding a common theme for our celebrants. Maria took each detail in to consideration. We were in the farmlands/hills of San Jose and Maria promptly arrived for set-up braving the crazy weather and windy roads that barely had a shoulder. She trekked and delivered with a smile, worked quickly and with precision. Thank you for adding your special magic to our family's event. We can't wait for the next event! read more

I was looking for simple columns but Maria mentioned a castle when she heard my theme. I am so grateful for that because my toddler LOVES it. My friend recommended Air Lollipops after she hired them for her own event. The vendor and balloon arch with backdrop did not disappoint! Super easy communication and fast replies on IG messages. I shared the color palette and theme I was going for and Air Lollipops delivered! They were transparent about the quote given to me including base cost, fee for optional set up/breakdown plus taxes. Their prices are way more affordable and reasonable than other places. They arrived on time for set up and breakdown and were very quick and efficient. I will definitely use Air Lollipops again for my next party. read more

Maria is honestly a creative genius. I did not know what to expect as my son's 1st birthday theme isn't what you typically would see. "Office Theme" and a play on Q1, as my son's first name starts with a Q and turning 1. I only provided her with an example of my invitation, and from there, she was able to create this beautiful backdrop. Like how!?!?! It was so amazing and truly the best balloon arch I've seen so far. Her prices are reasonable and you definitely get more than what you pay for. I got Package C, which includes a dessert table (cake was my own), and just not having to stress about finding desserts was a plus for me, and not to mention it was delicious. Thank you, Maria, for creating this beautiful backdrop. Our family and friends were so impressed, plus it really brought our unconventional theme together. read more

We hired AirLollipop for my baby's 1st Birthday Party. Our theme was Summer Pastel. My guest are still talking about how beautiful the decoration was, thanks AirLollipop! We chose the Package D which included the balloons with backdrop, and the dessert table with cake + 4 dozen desserts. The balloon backdrop was the show stopper. Also the dessert table was beautiful. Note: you get to keep all the decoration props from the package. For the dessert table we chose : 2 dozen Shooters (Dessert in a cup) Crème Caramel 1 dozen Cake Pops Red Velvet 1 dozen Cupcakes Cookies N Creme Cake: Neapolitan (Chocolate and Strawberry layered cake & vanilla buttercream) For the cake we asked to add 2 TIER for an additional $200 charge. The cake was beautiful, exactly like the picture we shared. The guests loved the flavor, it was moist. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pastel red velvet cake pops. The planning and communication was easy over phone or message. We let them know the theme and color scheme for the party, which was Summer Pastel. We sent across some ideas through pictures and Pinterest of our vision and they translated it well. We booked them 3-4 weeks ahead for the date, as get booked fast. After the initial booking, they finalize everything for the event only on the week prior to the event, so wait until then. On day of event they were on time and very quick to setup. Our bill came out to around $950 for Package D which included additional $200 for 2 tier cake. The party was perfect! read more

Our party was inside of Lemo's Farm in Half Moon Bay this weekend. Maria set up quick and my daughter's first reaction to the balloons and dessert table was "woah!" Thank you to Air Lollipops for my daughters 2nd birthday Horse and Pony theme; it was better than I had imagined. My besties had been using Air Lollipops for a while now. Since moving back to the Bay Area from LA, Air Lollipops has been all the rage so I needed to get on all the hype and I wasn't disappointed. We did ask for small centerpieces so I was wondering why that wasn't on the invoice, but will definitely reconfirm next time before paying off the balance. Highly recommend. And we got to keep my daughters custom name plaque! So cute, all of it. It was perfect. Thank you. read more

Can't believe I didn't write a review sooner! It's such a lovely local business and I am so happy to have found them! Warning they do book up quickly so don't hesitate if you need ballon decor! Phone is the fastest way to speak to someone at the store. I booked them for the weekend of a May 15th for a graduation party. It was for a tri color half arch of balloons. The gentleman showed up on time, did his magic, then rolled out. I was busy with the backyard set up so I didn't have time to help but he was so quick! It was done in a snap. The balloons lasted all night and we had no popping casualties. The arch was moved inside into my dining room and I kid you not, it lasted another 2 weeks. Too bad I didn't have anyone to pass this onto. It is def reusable if your events are back to back. Heads up. Make sure the weather isn't too hot either. I originally was going to have them put it up in the morning and leave it up but they came closer to the event time because of the location and it faced the sun. I spoke to Maria for my event and she was lovely as well. The prices are very fair. Highly recommend!! read more

I've used Air Lollipops for 3 events so far - a simple dessert table for our wedding a few years ago, a balloon set for our gender reveal last year, and for our daughter's 1st birthday. Every time I've scheduled them into our event, Maria has been patient, understanding and her vision for our ask is always great! The birthday setup was, by far, our favorite so far! We rented their new ice cream cart and it was such a hit at the party! I'm so glad I was able to book them because I know they get booked up really quick! Air Lollipops has been part of my family's important milestones: my baby shower (2018), my 35th birthday (2021) and most recently my son's 5th birthday (2023). Whenever there is a need for balloons we turn to Air Lollipops to execute and deliver the magic for our special day. Their ordering process is so easy. I am always in awe how efficient it is from end to end, despite how booked and busy they are. I make sure to place my order and pay my deposit ahead of time. On the call I give them my theme, they ask what colors I want and then leave it to them to execute a beautiful creation! My most recent order had snafu. I emailed Maria to change the theme last minute (2 weeks before pick up). I went into it with an open mind knowing there would be a possibility she would not be able to honor the changes. She confirmed right away that she would accommodate it. When it came to pick-up day, I saw that they made this awesome Minecraft column, instead of the new theme I had asked for. Maria was on the phone with another customer when I told her husband it was the wrong theme. She immediately came out and apologized to me. I would have left and been happy with the apology (because people are human and mistakes can happen!) and the column she made was originally what I ordered, so it wasn't the end of the world. She insisted to fix the issue because she wanted to make my son happy. I was literally shedding happy tears at their front door. This experience left a lasting impression and appreciation for Air Lollipops. I'll forever be a supporter because they go above and beyond for their customers with integrity and kindness! read more

I've been hooked on Air Lollipops ever since my friends hired her for my first baby shower in 2015. I've booked her again for another baby shower, and numerous children and adult birthdays. I've also bought numerous balloon bouquets, and bubble balloons for birthdays, baby showers, and graduations. Maria's dessert tables, centerpieces, and balloon arrangements ALWAYS come out BEYOND AMAZING! I really like how she lets her clients keep everything from the dessert tables/backdrops. I've for sure reused many of the decorations, supplies, and tableware for numerous occasions. Her decorations really make our events extra festive and always bring smiles to our guests faces. I myself really enjoy attending parties where Air Lollipops is the vendor. During shelter in place, Maria found ways to still spread joy and provide balloon arrangements in a Covid friendly manner. Maria and her husband, and even their daughter, really go above and beyond to make sure their clients are satisfied, and in turn, many clients become repeat customers. read more

Maria just did my baby shower and I could not have been more impressed with her work. I literally only sent her my baby shower invitation (which had a zodiac, sky, universe theme) and she created a table right in tune with the theme with custom made decorative pieces, beautiful florals, and she even had a vendor make cookies with constellation designs that were individually displayed. It felt incredibly personalized and very high quality. All my guests loved the dessert table and asked me about it. I didn't have the energy and the time to go into any planning details and left it to her to do her thing and was delighted with the results. I only talked to her twice on the phone. Once to book her and once to give her the final details and that was it! So easy! I also requested her last minute to do 15 centerpieces about two weeks before the party and she easily accommodated my request. Just be sure to book her in months in advance! I had Air Lollipops decorate and provide a dessert table for my baby's first birthday. Needless to say, I LOVED it and so did all of my guest. The theme for her party was inspired by Joey Chou's Disneyland art. Most of the decisions I left it up to Maria and her amazing creativity and she delivered everything I asked for plus more. The process was straight and simple. You get a call the week of your party (sounds very close in timing but they work SO fast) to finalize the details and if they have any questions after the call or vice versa, they are just a text away. The day of the party everything from decor to desserts was set up within 20 minutes. I had the party at a restaurant and everything was set up prior to my arrival. Maria FaceTimed me once everything was set up to ensure I was happy. Guaranteed I will be reaching out to Air Lollipops for more parties, they are amazing! read more

This was our first time hiring this company for our cousin's babyshower, and we were disappointed. First, it wasn't the colors we wanted, considering we sent them examples of the colors we wanted. Not just that, when we called the person in charge, she said those were the right colors, but the white ballons were missing. It was dissapointing because my cousin said prior to the event she was asking them to provide a sample photo of what it would look like (colors) so we would be able to approve whether it was the right colors or not. But they didn't want to. Secondly, to fix this, she had her husband come an hour before our party to bring the missing balloons to add to the original arch only to find out the first men who came with the arch left with it. So then her husband leaves to meet them in Oakland. He came back at the start of our party and after the mother to be had already arrived. Very poor communication and had us stressing prior to prior to the event! The only reason why I'm giving an extra star is because they at least installed something on our backdrop, and the guy was nice. read more

I've been going to Maria since 2012, for all my events. From my baby shower, my daughters first birthday, funeral service balloons), cute holidays in between and just recently, my daughters 7th birthday. I planned this event a few months back and she quickly wanted to help. I gave her ideas and she really blew me out the water with a grand dessert table. It was effortless and she did all the creativity. You can definitely trust Air Lollipops and rest assure that they will make your event, one for the books and the best background. My guests took pictures in front of this while sneaking in a dessert! Overall, Maria and her husband are a dream team. They work efficiently, they are on time, they will confirm a week before (if you don't already call them every other month before your party) of all your wants/needs and blow your expectations. Please try to read there policy specially there refund policy. We went to there shop 2/14/20 and inquire regarding my daughter 1st birthday on April 4, 2020 and then pay the half of what we talk about, then i went back to pay them in full (all in all $764) on 3/10/20. Then a week after the county advise the social distancing and shelter-in-place order, We decided to cancel my daughter first birthday event since we don't know when will things get back to normal and we call them and ask for refund and they told us they don't do refund and i ask them what will happen to our money and they told us they don't do refund just store credit. In short they will hold our money and force us to use it even though we cancel everything and no one knows when things will be back to normal again. I ordered one balloon column twice this year for each of my daughters' birthdays and my expectations were exceeded both times! First, I ordered in July and it was very close to the date I needed so only pick up was available and it worked out just fine. They were prompt, it was contactless and my daughter LOVED the arrangement! Second, ordered for this past weekend and when talking with Maria about my order, I told her I needed it for Sunday morning before 7:30 because I wanted to have it by the time my daughter woke up. I told her it'd be fine to have it delivered Saturday if that would ensure I'd have it on time, but she was very confident and assured me that I would have my arrangement by 7am Sunday morning. Sure enough, 6:55AM, the delivery driver was dropping it off. I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful! She is great and easy to work with and makes such beautiful arrangements!
