They were so accommodating to work with! Alex and his team checked in multiple times throughout before the set up to get all the details in place. The communication was easy and straightforward! I've had trouble with previous vendors and responsiveness and that was totally not the case here! Day of the event, Alex worked with our short time window (our venue double booked us and only gave us a short time to prep) and him and his team came with their set up pre assembled and did an excellent job putting everything together! They pulled it off really well and quickly! I honestly am so impressed and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be booking Balloon Bay for future events! As for pricing, Alex really works with your budget and out of the quotes I got, I felt like I got the best deal for service and output. It was competitive and I am so pleased with the work! I know they're relatively new to the scene, but I highly recommend you to take the chance to book Balloon Bay, as their work really speaks for itself! Alex made sure to send me plenty examples of his work and I felt really good booking!

It was a true pleasure working with the team at Balloon Bay. They made a beautiful balloon piece for my son's 3 month celebration. The whole experience from sourcing to executing the day of the event was very pleasant. Communication was excellent. They made sure to really understand all the requirements and capture the details I had in mind (design, color schemes, accents, etc.). I had originally contacted other vendors that are popular on instagram but the conversations with them were very frustrating. They wouldn't answer all the questions I'd sent them, had to repeat my requirements, and replies were not timely. It was making me worry I was not going to get the design I wanted even when paying a premium for it. I am very happy I ended up going with Balloon Bay and will definitely go with them again in the future.
