We hired Balloon Bay for our baby shower. They were easy to communicate with and very thorough with details. Set up and take down were efficient. Great job!
Had a great experience. Team was prompt and set everything up ahead of time. The pictures came out great.
Team Ballon Bay did an amazing job at bringing my vision to life. They were in constant communication with me about any questions, comments or concerns that I had. Their pricing was very fair. Thank you again Ballon Bay team. Couldn't recommend them enough, will definitely be book with them in the future.
We worked with Balloon Bay for our baby shower and I couldn't have been happier!! All of our guests complimented the backdrop and kept remarking at how gorgeous it made the entire event. They were so accommodating to work with! Alex and his team checked in multiple times throughout before the set up to get all the details in place. The communication was easy and straightforward! I've had trouble with previous vendors and responsiveness and that was totally not the case here! Day of the event, Alex worked with our short time window (our venue double booked us and only gave us a short time to prep) and him and his team came with their set up pre assembled and did an excellent job putting everything together! They pulled it off really well and quickly! I honestly am so impressed and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be booking Balloon Bay for future events! As for pricing, Alex really works with your budget and out of the quotes I got, I felt like I got the best deal for service and output. It was competitive and I am so pleased with the work! I know they're relatively new to the scene, but I highly recommend you to take the chance to book Balloon Bay, as their work really speaks for itself! Alex made sure to send me plenty examples of his work and I felt really good booking!
I recently used Balloon Bay for my kids' first birthday party, and I couldn't be happier with their service! From the moment I contacted Alex, he was attentive and understanding of all my requirements. He did a fantastic job grasping my vision for the color scheme and design, and he offered some excellent suggestions that truly enhanced the overall look. Throughout the planning process, Alex was incredibly responsive. He sent me a photo of the upcoming work a week before the party and took constant feedback to ensure everything was perfect. The end result was absolutely stunning--the colors and style matched exactly what I envisioned. On the day of the party, Alex arrived promptly and not only worked diligently on the backdrop but also helped with other parts of the decoration, going above and beyond his duties. To top it off, he and his daughter did some balloon twisting, which was a huge hit with all the kids.Overall, I am extremely impressed with Alex and Balloon Bay. Their dedication and attention to detail made the party decorations truly beautiful. I will definitely be contacting them for all my future parties. Highly recommend!
It was a true pleasure working with the team at Balloon Bay. They made a beautiful balloon piece for my son's 3 month celebration. The whole experience from sourcing to executing the day of the event was very pleasant. Communication was excellent. They made sure to really understand all the requirements and capture the details I had in mind (design, color schemes, accents, etc.). I had originally contacted other vendors that are popular on instagram but the conversations with them were very frustrating. They wouldn't answer all the questions I'd sent them, had to repeat my requirements, and replies were not timely. It was making me worry I was not going to get the design I wanted even when paying a premium for it. I am very happy I ended up going with Balloon Bay and will definitely go with them again in the future.
Fantastic Balloon Decorations! Alex from Balloon Bay did an amazing job with the balloon decorations for my baby shower. He was super responsive and really brought my vision to life. The setup was beautiful, and everything was done on time and with great attention to detail. I'm really happy with his services and highly recommend him!
Balloon Bay did an absolutely amazing job! They were professional, timely, responsive and delivered exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much!
Balloon Bay was quick to respond and very easy to work with. They were able to give me suggestions when I wasn't sure what direction to take and had many add-one ready to provide including the cake stand. On the day of, setup and breakdown were so quick! It's hard to imagine they only needed a small amount of time for such a grand product. The setup was beautiful and everyone at the party was in awe. I will definitely look to them again, should I ever need a beautiful show stopping backdrop!
Thanks to Aleks and Olga my husband's Bday party looked very pretty. We loved the balloon garland backdrop. Really appreciate the responsiveness and the results were exactly what we wanted. Thanks again for doing the decor on an extremely hot day.

It was very easy and convenient to install in 30mins. We went with the grab and go service. He has variety of themes that could fit with any theme. He was very flexible with the pickup and drop-off service. The entire setup could fix in a single SUV van. I would highly recommend Alex for your next event. read more
