She and her team member were able to set up both arches the day before and picked up their equipment immediately after the event. Both arches were AMAZING!! They brought my vision to life. We had a karaoke room and I had ordered a spiral of my company colors: red, white, silver, and black with black music notes. Exact fit and worked so well with the red background. I made a mistake with the dimensions for the larger entrance arch but they were able to accommodate by setting up farther into the walkway. It was a fuller New Years themed arch with several round sizes of gold, silver, and black balloons, complete with spiky stars and small 2025 Mylar balloons. It was so easy working with Boom Balloon and they allowed us to submit payment on the day of set up using tap to pay (credit card).
