I ordered some balloons from Lena for my nephews 1st birthday party, and she far exceeded my expectations! She is very responsive on Yelp and was able to provide some great ideas for the party. I did not have a huge balloon budget but she made a beautiful and sturdy balloon tower for us as well as 1 bouquet. 4 days later, the balloon tower still has plenty of air left in it! I will say that ballon arrangements can be pricey, but I felt that Lena's pricing was in line with what other people seem to be charging. I opted to pickup my order myself to avoid a $50 delivery fee but this would not be possible with larger orders. As a SINK with no childcare expenses I was happy to purchase this for my nephew but it was definitely a splurge.

I was ecstatic to be in charge of balloon decor for my company event. Gathering quotes from multiple businesses has never been easier on Yelp! I sent my info to one vendor and Yelp gave the option to send it all to several similar businesses. So convenient! Within 20 minutes, Elena from Boom Balloon reached out via message and sent photo samples, asking what kind of design arches I wanted. They can do square as well?? She presented exact pricing too and I was sold! No extra fees or anything. She was the only vendor that offered to send me an invoice. That secured the deal. May I add the event was also within a week and a half? Elena communicated in a timely manner on Yelp, email, and text, which I greatly appreciated. She and her team member were able to set up both arches the day before and picked up their equipment immediately after the event. Both arches were AMAZING!! They brought my vision to life. We had a karaoke room and I had ordered a spiral of my company colors: red, white, silver, and black with black music notes. Exact fit and worked so well with the red background. I made a mistake with the dimensions for the larger entrance arch but they were able to accommodate by setting up farther into the walkway. It was a fuller New Years themed arch with several round sizes of gold, silver, and black balloons, complete with spiky stars and small 2025 Mylar balloons. It was so easy working with Boom Balloon and they allowed us to submit payment on the day of set up using tap to pay (credit card). They normally only accept Venmo, PayPal, etc. but made an exception when I offered to pay a 3% credit card processing fee. Hire Boom Balloon for your next event, corporate or personal! The entire process worked out very well. I was able to provide my initial ideas, and the service provider offered excellent examples and options regarding balloon colors, designs, sizing, and other details. Everything was executed gracefully, and the final delivery was successful. She did her big one I want to specifically commend Lena for the exceptional service she provided. She was punctual, maintained clear and professional communication throughout the entire process, and answered all of my questions with grace and professionalism. The results she delivered were excellent, and I have received many compliments from my guests about them. Furthermore, the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend Lena and would certainly do business with her again in the future.

If you need a last minute balloons I recommend Boom Balloon! I texted them on IG and asked if they can do something beautiful for my daughter's birthday at the same day and they answered me really fast. In less than an hour it was ready which is incredible! Loved the design and balloons are really good quality, stayed for a long time!

We ordered the circle rental and 5 helium bouquets to go around our venue. Her pricing, including a delivery fee, was reasonable.
