We ordered a custom arrangement in the shape of a Starbuck drink and it turned out better then I could have ever imagined! These were a birthday gift and the recipient was just amazed by the detail and engineering that went into them. The construction was impeccable, there was a built in weight that made it stay upright and let me tell you it helped and stays very center which can be an issue with these types of balloon arrangements. I can't wait to work with them again in the future and already people are asking where I got them because they look incredible! I have my eye on their picnic package!

I had the best experience with bloom balloons. I reached out to them for a very unique request of creating balloon centerpieces catered to Alice in wonderland theme. This included creating kettle, big flowers, bunny etc. And all of them were created so beautifully. They were so quick to respond and answered all my questions politely. I was very anxious initially because I wasn't finding anyone to do this request but they accepted it as a challenge and fulfilled it beyond expectations. The guests were quite amazed too!!

We chose a custom "Two-tti Fruiti" balloon arrangement from Bloom Balloon for our daughter's 2nd birthday, and it turned out absolutely adorable! The setup was beautiful and brought our party theme to life perfectly. I contacted them about three weeks before the event and shared our theme details. They responded promptly with a variety of balloon colors, backdrops, and text styles to choose from. I truly appreciated their patience as I went back and forth with my choices--they were incredibly accommodating, even going the extra mile to source a custom font for the backdrop text. On the day of the party, they arrived an hour early and completed the setup in just 30 minutes. Everything looked amazing! We decided to keep some of the balloons afterward for our daughter to enjoy, and impressively, 20 days later, they're still fully inflated--such great quality. I contacted them through Instagram and their response time was very quick. On the day of the event, they arrived on time to set the arch up, and for tear down they again came on time. Can I give this company 10 stars? I was helping with decorations for a friend's big birthday party. From start to finish the experience working with Bloom Balloon was excellent: Prompt and clear communication, my specific instructions followed to a T for types of balloons and weights, exactly on time delivery for our short window of time for set-up at the ballroom. Bloom Balloon created a balloon arch backdrop for our baby shower and they were so easy to work with! They can do a ton of different designs and pricing is reasonable. On the day of, it was POURING rain and Sergey still showed up on time to set up. The backdrop was beautiful and we got a ton of compliments on it. For clean up, we were supposed to be out of the rented room by a specific time and he updated me to let me know he was running a little late (which I totally missed) but he showed up while we were still cleaning anyway and we got out of the room earlier than expected. They are really professional, very responsive, and did an amazing job. Would definitely hire them again for future events! read more

I quoted a few balloon arch places and Bloom Balloon Bay Area was the best when it came down to customer service, price, and value. The owner was very communicative in the process and very professional in the setup and tear down. They came early for setup and on time for tear down. They even let us keep the balloons after our event which all of the kids appreciated because they had a blast playing with the balloons. Bloom Balloon provided beautiful balloon decorations for my dad's 80th birthday dinner at a restaurant. They had a big '80' flanked by two beautiful bouquets, as well as balloons for each of the 36 chairs. The decor far exceeded my expectations. I didn't know what it might look like, but it was far better than I could have imagined. The balloons made the room look incredibly fun and festive. The perfect party atmosphere. Everyone loved it. Cost was totally reasonable. Excellent communication on the part of the vendor. Everything was done by text, which is great because you have everything in writing. The vendor was super communicative and responsive. Service was outstanding. The guy who delivered took the time to tie each balloon to each chair, at no extra cost! He was great. Extremely happy, ordered the bubble house at short notice, they accommodated and prompt. They had full set up done on time, with a person staying through the event checking all is going well with ballon house and safety. When the event was over they spent good amount of time disinfecting the bubble which is critical. Thank you for a job well done. read more
