I utilized them for my son's first birthday and was sadly pretty disappointed. The photos on here look amazing and the picture I sent of what I wanted seemed simple enough. They arrived on time to set up and for break down, communication was clear and timely, the balloons were fine I guess but I requested a piñata/colorful donkey image for my son's first fiesta theme and instead received a llama. Now all of my pictures have this girly, not cute llama in it and the best they could offer me was to remove the llama (which would've been bad considering the lettering was so small and off centered) and a small discount. Any parent knows you can't redo a first birthday and all of our pictures now have this ridiculous llama in them which wasn't even on theme for our event. I would've preferred not to pay what I did for something I didn't care for at all. read more
