We ordered a custom arrangement in the shape of a Starbuck drink and it turned out better then I could have ever imagined! These were a birthday gift and the recipient was just amazed by the detail and engineering that went into them. The construction was impeccable, there was a built in weight that made it stay upright and let me tell you it helped and stays very center which can be an issue with these types of balloon arrangements. I can't wait to work with them again in the future and already people are asking where I got them because they look incredible! I have my eye on their picnic package!

I had the best experience with bloom balloons. I reached out to them for a very unique request of creating balloon centerpieces catered to Alice in wonderland theme. This included creating kettle, big flowers, bunny etc. And all of them were created so beautifully. They were so quick to respond and answered all my questions politely. I was very anxious initially because I wasn't finding anyone to do this request but they accepted it as a challenge and fulfilled it beyond expectations. The guests were quite amazed too!!

Bloom Balloon provided beautiful balloon decorations for my dad's 80th birthday dinner at a restaurant. They had a big '80' flanked by two beautiful bouquets, as well as balloons for each of the 36 chairs. The decor far exceeded my expectations. I didn't know what it might look like, but it was far better than I could have imagined. The balloons made the room look incredibly fun and festive. The perfect party atmosphere. Everyone loved it. Cost was totally reasonable. Excellent communication on the part of the vendor. Everything was done by text, which is great because you have everything in writing. The vendor was super communicative and responsive. Service was outstanding. The guy who delivered took the time to tie each balloon to each chair, at no extra cost! He was great. I was in need of a last minute balloon arch backdrop and contacted Bloom Balloon. They were quick to respond and were so easy to talk to and plan with, they made the planning process so easy. They followed up on my order to make sure they had everything that I asked for. On the day of setup, they were early and were so welcoming, yet very professional. We were at a park and they suggested areas to place the backdrop where it would be great for pictures. They used quality balloons that did not pop or wither away in the hot sun. They were so accommodating and went above and beyond for me. The balloon features were the absolute hit of the day.
