    Welcome table designed by Asiel
    Ivy H.

I heard about Asiel through Palm Event Center and am so grateful to have chosen them as our wedding florist and decor. Linnae and her team did an absolutely fabulous job on everything. They helped us design our ceremony decor, welcome table, centerpieces & our sweetheart table, which I'm still gushing over today. Asiel's team are EXTREMELY TALENTED, everything turned out 10x better than I could've imagined. PROS: -Their entire staff are experienced, creative, professional, responsive, & very easy to work with -They take the time to LISTEN to your ideas/vision and work within your budget -You're involved throughout the entire planning process, and there are no surprises -They handle the setup, floral/decor transition between ceremony & reception and clean-up CONS: -Nothing! :)

We used Asiel Design for decor for our New Years Eve wedding at Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery. They brought our vision of a winter wonderland theme to life while staying within our budget! We got so many comments during and after the wedding about how beautiful the decor was. When we walked into the room, it even took our breath away even though we knew what to expect. They were professional, thoughtful, and dependable throughout the whole process and really helped to make it the perfect day.

I was introduced to Asiel Design at a bridal showcase put on by Casa Real/Palm Event Center in Fall 2016. I had a year to plan, but knew as soon as I stepped into their booth that this was a vendor worth pursuing. Not only does Asiel do florals, but they do the most incredibly creative event design. I worked with Linnae, Meg and Elissa on my 'Romantic Industrial' vision, and I am still in awe of their team's interpretation of my ideas - it was spot on. The team was helpful, responsive, and organized...it's really all you can ask for as a bride. You shouldn't have to micro manage the vendors you are paying thousands to. There are other florists who do amazing work, but they don't seem to like dealing with clients. Linnae and her team are just the opposite. They're genuinely happy to collaborate with their couples to make it the best event possible. I would recommend Asiel Design to anyone who is looking for a florist/event designer.

All I can say is creative magic! My enchanted Fall woodland themed wedding at Nestldown was just brought to life by the Asiel Team. Everything was just so beautiful and unique. Meg, Linnae, and Elissa were all so great and a pleasure to work with when sharing my vision for the day. They executed everything to a tee. Not only are their floral arrangements spectacular, but they bring in other elements to your general decor that truly sets them apart from other florists. Their attention to detail is something that was truly important to me and they hit it out of the park. I was a Type A bride so wanted everything to be perfect and involved in every detail. The only con - which wasn't so much Asiel's fault, but the weather's and lack of coordination or confusion on site the day of the wedding when setting up (really not sure what happened, but it happened). It rained during the vendor set-up and the extra large mirror I had purchased to use as my seating chart with the calligraphy done by Asiel was placed on the lawn and not covered or moved to safety before the rain came down. Unfortunately the calligraphy did not stay and ran down the mirror which made it a huge mess. It wasn't cheap either and I obviously wanted it appreciated. :( My guest nor I ever got to see the mirror in all it's glory under the willow tree as planned so that was disappointing. Although, there was that one hiccup when you think of everything that can go wrong, all was truly fabulous. I was so impressed. Our eyes just lit up when we entered the reception. My bar and bar back all designed by Asiel was so amazing. So many of my guests and other vendors complimented me on having the most beautiful bar they had seen - Wedding goals! It was even more beautiful then the one I was inspired by on a Instagram that was designed for another bride by Asiel. Thank you Asiel team for making my wedding dreams come true. I couldn't have chosen a better team.

I absolutely LOVE this company!! The amount of detail and time they put into their creations are unreal!! I met with Linnae about a year in a half before our big day to discuss the look and vibe we were going for. I showed her my Pinterest board and she turned it into reality! Linnae and her crew were so easy to work with and got everything done on time and it exceeded my expectation!! I would 1000000% recommend this company if you want a GORGEOUS wedding! Attached are some photos from our rustic fall wedding!

    Head table amazing-ness!

Where do I even start... A little background on how and why we chose Asiel for our wedding day outside of them being absolutely amazing! I have worked in the events industry for 12 years and worked alongside Linnae and team for years and am fortunate enough to call them friends! I have probably catered and/or produced hundreds of weddings and my dream was to be able to tell my florist a couple of must haves (colors, flowers I like and vision) and let them go wild! Well, that's exactly what Linnae did! You guys... I have seen some incredible events, and I have to say that I was 100% blown away!!! Never in my dreams would I have expected what Asiel Design came up with for my wedding! The BEST thing I heard was that guests were speechless when they walked into the formal dining area! I couldn't have asked for a better reaction! AND... my 4 year old niece was the flower girl and she thought that made her a super hero, so of course Linnae made her a wand! It was the cutest thing watching her go down the aisle rocking her wand! Linnae completely understood what I wanted and I honestly couldn't have been happier! When my florals arrived at the hotel, I almost cried! Linnae was able to create a classic, romantic feel and still be unique! I can't express enough that you get what you pay for and with Asiel Design, you get SO much more!!! They are an amazing team of professional artists and you'll be in the best hands out there when you book with them! I can't say enough great things!!! Thank you for everything Linnae!!!! We love you! Floral arrangements were top, top priority for our wedding day. Call me crazy but its importance exceeded THE DRESS. When I would sit and day dream about our wedding all I could think of were beautiful flowers.... Asiel Design made that dream a reality. When searching for a florist we met with a handful who were willing to sit with us and talk about "our vision" but turned our ideas into arrangements we didn't love. Linnae & Asiel Design were the only ones who were actually listening and able to execute "our vision" even better than what we dreamed. Like everyone else's experiences, our first meeting with Linnae was a breath of fresh air. She sits down with you (for almost an hour!) to talk about what you really want. If you don't know, thats ok! She has plenty of ideas and visuals to help you decide. After our initial meeting we knew and trusted Asiel Design would keep our wedding theme classic, romantic and elegant. Working with Meg (production manager) was so easy. I would send emails for last minute changes and she was very prompt and accommodating. Walking into the venue literally took my breath away. We wanted large, symmetrical floral center pieces and they were every better than what we talked about! The large, structural gold trees were AMAZING!! All the guests kept raving about them! Asiel Design went above and beyond for us. They are priced on the higher end of moderate but you get what you pay for, and then some! They work with you and our budget. You can rest assured that they will deliver and exceed all your expectations. They are more than florists, they are designers who will carry out your vision for your big day! I highly recommend them!

When I envisioned our wedding, I KNEW Asiel Design needed to be involved. We were aiming for something rustic, romantic, whimsical...and within our budget. Achievement unlocked! We sat down with Linnae to discuss the vision, walked through the warehouse to look at rentals for additional inspiration and by the time we were done had something we were truly excited to share with our friends & family on our wedding day. Keeping the unique centerpiece design a secret for so long as incredibly difficult but the end result was worth it. They were a huge hit! Friends are still talking about them nearly 3 weeks later. The bouquets were gorgeous and the variation of boutonnieres were perfection. They arrived right on time in the morning, delivered to my room by Meg, with instructions on how to care for them until it was time for them to be used. We also rented the most amazing gold & ivory chairs for us as Bride & Groom that tied everything together beautifully. Linnae was so easy to work with and made what could have been daunting, an easy task. Her artistry and honesty are incredibly admirable. Meg was also really easy to work with over email! Highly recommend if you are in need for a wedding or event.

Linnae was outstanding- very creative and super professional! The initial consultation lasted over an hour- this is where the magic happens. We went over the wedding color palette, the theme (which was Beauty and the Beast), and the overall general outlook that my husband and I were going for. Linnae even asked to see some of my pins on my Pinterest board so she could get a clearer idea of my vision! My biggest concern was our theme. Beauty and the Beast (yes, I know it's cliche) holds a very important place in our hearts, but my husband and I did not want our wedding to look "too cheesy" or "too Disney." Asiel Design did a FANTASTIC job bringing our favorite fairytale to life with modern and unique pieces. They had large beautiful gold candelabra's flanking the sweetheart table, small porcelain tea cup with roses on one side of the table, and on the other, they made us a beautiful enchanted rose, garnished with a small elegant clock. It literally took my breath away. Simple, yet timeless elegance. Asiel Design was more expensive then the other quotes we received, but the service is worth it. The execution was FLAWLESS. Asiel will turn your vision into reality, and then some. THANK YOU ASIEL for making my wedding truly magical!

Speaking from the point of view of a shooter. You wouldn't believe how easy it is to shoot good photos of details when your couple booked the right designer/florist. I've had the privilege of photographing a few weddings and vendor showcases that Jonathan and Linnae had put their collective visions together. The results were always beautiful. Before weddings, I would often get an itineraries from my clients. When I see Asiel Designs on the vendors that will be working, I would get very excited about the reception hall where I know I would be able to shoot some incredible detail shots, making the wedding gallery much better not only for the clients, but for me as a photographer. I knew that not only are the designs would be incredible, but the lighting they would choose will not only improve the aesthetic of the venue, but the ambiance of the evening as well. Better designs = better photos. Happy hunting, Tyler Tyler Vu Photography

Our centerpieces were varying heights. Loved the gold spray painted baby's breath.

Asiel Design came highly recommended, and managed to still exceed my expectations. My husband and I hired them for our wedding, and enjoyed the process in sitting down with Linnae. While she is a true artist and has an amazing warehouse (which felt slightly magical), she listened to our goals and and guided us accordingly. She was able to take my vision and steer us where we needed to be, while remaining respectful to budget. Huge plus. Additionally, I am an interior designer myself, and so I appreciated her understanding of my vision and expertise on details. She was able to coordinate and let me have my hand in several areas, while bringing fresh ideas that blended perfectly. I loved her innovative approach. Gold spray painted baby's breath bouquets, leaves, and vines were only several of the unique details that I loved. I also greatly appreciated Meg. She was very informative, great with communication, and always positive. She was a joy to work with. I loved my experience with Asiel, and am very thankful I hired them; Thanks Linnae and Meg!

Asiel was absolutely AWESOME!! She was the first florist we met with and I knew right when we met that she was the one! Her warehouse was really pretty and the room where she did the consultation was so quaint and perfect--similar to her floral style! She did our wedding in June and after we met with her for the consultation, I knew the flowers would have to be one less thing to worry about because she had everything under control. She knew exactly what style I wanted and her execution of my ideas was sport on! They dropped everything off at our venue and came back to pick everything up--which was great because we didn't have to worry about a thing! The flower arrangements were really pretty and nothing was wilted or brown. Her prices are a little high, but definitely worth every penny! I couldn't be happier with how the centerpieces and bouquets turned out and I would highly highly HIGHLY recommend Asiel! Happy wedding planning!

If you want BEAUTIFUL, Professional flowers and people.... Asiel Design is who you want to go to for your event or wedding. Every time I look at our pictures and show them to people, I zoom in on the flowers and say look how beautiful these are. They did such a beautiful job on my daughter's wedding. Not only was everything beautiful, but we had them make a change at the last minute and they were gracious and kind about the changes and made them quickly and professionally. The venue commented to me (mother of the bride) that they were wonderful to work with and they wished that all of their vendors were like they were.

Centerpieces... These pictures do not do her work justice!

We worked with Amazae from the moment we knew we wanted to get married (before we got engaged,…read moretechnically. Ha). Both of us are extremely busy re: our jobs and knew that we wouldn't be able to dedicate enough time to truly planning an event of this scale. If you're on the fence, go with Amazae. My husband, before we hired Amazae, was on the fence of whether or not we needed planning services. I told him that if we did not hire someone that there would be no wedding. By the time we had finished our venue search, he knew that I was totally right re: the amount of help you get by leveraging someone else's expertise. You do this once (hopefully) in your life. Amazae does this all the time. Amazae knew all the ins and outs of every venue that we could possibly think of in the Bay Area, Carmel, and Napa. They were able to tell us who was beer and wine only, who had a 10pm end time because of noise ordinances, and who required you to use certain caterers that were $x per head. This will save you SO much time and save you visits to random places that don't meet your requirements. Vendor sourcing - they are super good at this re: figuring out (or making you figure out what you like) who matches your style for every vendor, then finding one that fits in your budget. Most importantly, they will make sure everyone shows up (join any wedding FB group and read some horror stories). They will help you with all of the contracting and the collection of COIs, etc. Again, this would have been IMPOSSIBLE for myself and my now husband. We literally do not have the hours in the day to do this. This team is on top of everything - they will chase you down if they need to for answers for pieces of your event. They can make anything happen - from the weirdest requests to the most mundane. They are so professional, and they really make your wedding super personal. Amazae designed and executed a beautiful event from beginning to end that felt so authentic to us. Day of, they were there to take care of everything, and it was truly a flawless day. We could not asked for a better planner re: Crystal, Kaila, and the rest of the team. We put full trust in them re: the design of this event and the day of. Example: I honestly did not know what florals were going to be there, but they were so stunning. The strength of the Amazae team is in their ability to bring you and your personality into an event that is mostly structured a certain way. They also make your day as stress-free as possible. I cannot say enough positive things about this team and their ability to make your wedding great. If you're down to hand things off to someone else, I would say hand it off to them. It will be better than what you could have come up with yourself.

That's why we decided to hire an event planner for our daughter's wedding in January 2021. Even though it was a small backyard wedding, we wanted it to be memorable and elegant. We interviewed 3 different event planners, and got 3 rough quotes, all around the same ballpark. Amazae's quote, however, was the most detailed, breaking down a high & low range for each item (food, florals, rentals, photography, etc.) It was an easy choice to contract with them. Crystal came onsite for our first meeting, and I really didn't have a lot for her to go on. My daughter isn't the Pinterest type, so I just told Crystal the wedding colors and showed her pictures of the wedding gown and bridesmaid gowns. The rest of the planning was all done via zoom, emails, and a few phone calls. We worked mostly with Caitlin, who is an amazing planner. Each step along the way, she gave us several options to choose from. For example, she provided a list of 4 photographers, their quote for the day, their profile, their gallery, etc. Once all of our choices were made, she put together a design deck that gave us a preview of the entire wedding. It was more gorgeous than I envisioned. On the day of the wedding, Lisa came out to set everything up. She even picked up the florals and wedding cake to save us the delivery fees. It was a little hectic when I met her, and I probably spent 5 minutes with her showing her where everything was before we left for the church ceremony. And when we came back, she was driving off, leaving behind a magical transformation of yard. Everyone was stunned. The catering crew then took over and prepared a "Top Chef" level meal. And when they left, my kitchen was as clean as when they arrived. My husband commented, "Whatever we paid for this wedding, it was worth every penny." Haha. True. Satvir did the mandap and florals for my wedding in San Francisco, CA…read more Satvir is an incredible decorator and has a great vision and eye for quality. As a designer myself, I had a good idea of what I wanted my wedding mandap to look like. I also knew I wanted a larger mandap, which is sometimes hard to come by. Satvir was open to feedback and had a large rustic 10x12 mandap her team had built. It had nice large wooden beams and worked perfectly with our venue. I wanted bright florals that felt full and satvir delivered. I was very happy with how the final product turned out. She also dealt with all the crazy SF rules including zip tying all the chairs together and getting the fire permit which was required by the city. This was such a stress relief for us since we didn't know how to handle all the rules and regulations. In addition, something I really value about Satvir's approach is how she reuses florals. It pains me to see how much flowers are wasted at weddings, and I wanted a more sustainable approach. The florals from our mandap were reused for our reception and satvir touched them up and made them look beautiful. None of our guests even noticed they were the same florals. I loved the fact that we didn't waste flowers and everything was gorgeous. She also managed to do this in a very tight timeline and killed it!! Highly recommend satvir, you will not regret it.

From the start, Satvir was great about offering creative options for maximizing what we could do with our budget, by reusing much of the ceremony florals in the reception. We found that having the ability to go in person to her studio and see samples of what would be used for our wedding very helpful and appreciated that Satvir even went so far as to buy new side tables for our reception stage to match our vision. We were incredibly impressed by the final products. Many of our guests and family members had highly complementary things to say about the decor for our event.

I debated writing this review, but I felt compelled to share our experience. This review is not to…read moreslander Queen Bridals in any way, but to offer honest feedback that may encourage some reflection. Like many couples, we approached our wedding with excitement. A friend referred us to Vicky, and we didn't think twice. In hindsight, perhaps we should have done more research, but we are easygoing people. We communicated our vision, gave Vicky creative freedom, and trusted her as a professional. We weren't difficult. We asked for something simple, elegant, and meaningful. Instead, we experienced stress, embarrassment, and disappointment. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Vicky voiced concerns that our venue, Koi Palace, was too small. We reassured her we had attended several beautiful weddings there ourselves, space doesn't seem to be an issue. While she eventually said she'd make it work, her lingering doubt was noticeable. On the day of the wedding, I arrived at the venue at 5:20 PM and found our guests waiting outside due to the venue not being ready. Inside, I observed Vicky and her team still working and did not wrap up until 6:00 PM, the scheduled start time of our reception. Later, Vicky insisted she had finished by 5:30 PM and had time to mingle with our vendors, but that version didn't align with what I witnessed or what our vendors shared. The most heartbreaking part came when my wife and I stood before the photo backdrop to take pictures with our guests. Instead of our correct monogram, the backdrop displayed the letters "V & A," despite my wife's name starting with a "J". Our guests noticed and pointed it out. We were stunned. To us, this wasn't a minor mistake, it was a glaring and deeply embarrassing moment. We ended up removing the initials ourselves. Even then, we didn't lash out. We waited, hoping Vicky might follow up to ask how the day went. She didn't. Two days later, I reached out and met with Vicky in person. I calmly asked how she thought the event went. She indicated everything went great and didn't recall any issues. When I showed her a photo of the incorrect initials, she looked at it without immediately recognizing the mistake. Only after I pointed it out did she acknowledged it and offered to Photoshop the images as a solution. That moment was disheartening. It showed a lack of understanding of what her role meant to us. This wasn't about a photo, it was about how we felt in a moment that can't be edited. It was about getting the basics right on a day that only happens once. After expressing our disappointment, we asked Vicky for a 30 percent refund. Not out of spite or anger, but because we truly felt the value of the service fell short of what was promised. The emotional weight of her error left an unsavory impact throughout our evening. We didn't demand the refund on the spot. I encouraged her to sleep on it and consider our perspective, to put herself in our shoes. She appreciated how non-confrontational we were and ultimately verbally agreed to the refund via Zelle. Three days went by. Nothing. I followed up with a message. No response. Eventually, Vicky replied and asked to speak. During our conversation, she reversed course and said she no longer felt the refund was warranted. She maintained the decor had been finished well before 6:00 PM and sent us a video of guests taking their seats at 6:01 PM, which only confirmed she or her team were still at the venue at that time. Technically, she completed the decor by the start time, which falls within the contract, and while we shared our plans for pre-reception desserts and snacks, we cannot fault her for that aspect. As for the wrong initials, to her credit, Vicky was apologetic to some degree and acknowledged the error, but indicated a 30 percent refund was unrealistic. I explained again this wasn't about a backdrop, it was about my wife being displayed by the wrong name, in front of everyone, on her wedding day. It was about the emotional toll and the lapse in attention to detail, especially when Vicky had worked almost exclusively with my wife during planning. How that mistake happened is still beyond me. Candidly, Vicky admitted to mixing up my wife's name with another bride. In the end, Vicky refunded 7.5 percent, stating since we removed the initials, it didn't technically ruin the wedding. No, it didn't ruin the wedding. But it undoubtedly affected how we felt. It cast a shadow over the night. It made us feel discounted, dismissed, and ultimately shorted of a service we were counting on. I believe Vicky put effort into her work. I believe she cares to a point. But her unwillingness to follow through on her word or genuinely consider the emotional impact of her mistake left us deeply disappointed. Mistakes happen, but how you respond to them matters just as much as the service you provide.

Otis was kind with great attention to detail from the start. Ultimately, we decided with the glam package and our contract was very clear to understand with cost breakdown for removal of specific services / add-ons. I updated it many times with Jessica, our planner, as we made changes throughout the months, and she was always so patient and clear. Our MC Otis did a wonderful job with maintaining flow of the program. Otis was also working as DJ for a good portion of the evening, so props to him! We had closer to an hour compared to 1.5 hours of open dancing because we were behind schedule, but everybody was on the dance floor and he kept the party going seamlessly. Weddings are hectic and there are so many moving parts; we did get behind schedule but we were still able to do everything we wanted to do. Our photo & video services were set to end, but Otis was very professional in discussing with us if we wanted to extend our video services, communicative on additional cost, at the moment. Our photographer, Ben, along with the team Stanford and videographer, Christina, were so fun to work with. Ben was great at providing direction, which is especially helpful since we were not used to posing. I have not received photo & video yet as it has only been a week, but from an experience standpoint, they were attentive to detail, communicative, and glided effortlessly through the event. My makeup artist, Vivi, is the sweetest person. She was super attentive to detail and my particular skin type. I was worried about makeup because I don't wear heavy makeup often. I ended up paying for a make-up trial, and I was so happy working with Vivi that I had no worries for the wedding day. We also added-on make up for our mothers, which Vivi did the morning of. The reception decor turned out so pretty! Everything was set-up as scheduled. I was really happy with the welcome backdrop and name sign. It was also great to take pictures with guests with the backdrop since we had time during cocktail hour. We asked TDE to incorporate a large screen as the backdrop of our sweetheart table, so we found an example from a previous wedding they did, and it turned out exactly as expected. We added the photo-booth, which was so popular with the guests! There were so many cool props and our guests were having tons of fun with it. I also sent TDE a custom drawing that I wanted for the photo strips- and it turned out just like I imagined. We chose Grand Dynasty as our reception venue, and TDE communicated set-up details with our restaurant event manager, Esmond, in the days leading up to the event. I highly recommend TDE and the team that we worked with! Thank you for making it an unforgettable experience.
