The planning process: My husband and I started the wedding planning process by discussing the vision we wanted with Vanessa who is an amazing event designer. We talked through things like budget, design, must-haves, etc. From there, Vanessa put together a proposal for us based on the conversation with recommendations on vendors we could use from their relationships. Many of the vendors we landed on, came from Leandra Event's personal vendor relationships and we were so thrilled with all of the people we utilized for the wedding. Angela provided us guidance throughout the entire process, from hopping on vendor calls to building out the entire timeline for our wedding day. Both were incredibly responsive to all of the questions we had (which was definitely a lot), and worked with us to ensure that all of our plans were brought to life. The wedding day: Both Vanessa and Angela worked with us on our wedding day timeline and they had everything down to a tee! Our entire day went so seamless, and I got to be fully present in the moment. Reflecting on my wedding day, both Vanessa and Angela did so much to make everything perfect. For example, we had an espresso martini wall (Vanessa did amazing bringing this to life with our vendor) for the guests to find their table assignments, and after all of the martinis were drunk, Vanessa and Angela made sure the wall had candles and florals on it so it was beautiful for dancing. Ann was very understanding and got to work right away making sure to get up to speed in such a short timeframe with our vision, vendors, final to-do's and logistics of the day. She was readily available to answer any questions and kept me on track filling in the gaps of what was still needed to be done. She offered to go shopping for us for last minute things that was really, really helpful! Ann listened to what we wanted and suggested improvements along the way that really made the 2 wedding events she coordinated much more enjoyable for guests. I really appreciated her creative input. Her and her crew set up my wedding reception for 140 guests outside of our church complete with cocktail tables, umbrellas, guest sign in and gift table, coffee station, self serve mimosa station & a rememberance table for my late mom. She also set up our post wedding dinner for 66 at our house later that evening, we did one long table down our driveway with lounge space in the backyard for everyone. Although we only met in person 1 time before the wedding considering the timeframe, we were constantly in touch and I really trusted Ann to bring everything to life and I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day.
