Pamila was wonderful. I used her for my wedding at Royal Palace with 250 guests. She was best vendor out of all the vendors we worked with for the wedding. I knew from the start I could trust her to take my vision and both expand on it and make it a reality. She made a beautiful stage and the whole room was so nice. Eve Decor was recommended to us by a friend who had owner Pamila decorate her daughter's quinceñera. Eve decor was one the several contracted vendors in our wedding and hands down the worst one to work with. Weddings are the most intimate, important and emotional part of ones life- in such events things change (sometimes last minute). Family, friends and contractors thrive to make an event successful. However, in this case eve decor (Pam) was not just extremely difficult to work with throughout the wedding process but also gave us a really hard time at the very last minute (a day before wedding and on the day). Instead of just being professional, doing her job and staying at top of any changes -she brought up her personal issues and denied to do her job professionally. She cribs a lot and will present you with last minute spiked prices (since she knows you are helpless). We or our family and friends will never use her services again and will strongly discourage the community to do so. Eve decor is extremely unprofessional, uses unethical business practices (will ask you to pay most money by cash to avoid paying taxes). The quality of work is low. Pam is quite non cooperative and does flip last minute. Eve decor is a vendor that must be avoided. read more

We had a Diwali party at work last week and we needed someone to give a makeover to a dull, drab and boring conference room that was going to be used for the party. Found Pamila on Yelp and she drove down to my office the next day to evaluate our needs and what she can do. We had a vision and she offered great ideas. We had the plan and she converted it into reality. Her team was very professional and they delivered more than what we expected. The dull and boring conference room was transformed into a glittering colorful room with traditional Indian ethnic decor. It looked like a set out of a Bollywood dance scene and guests at the party had a hard time believing it was the same conference room. The walls got a great color treatment, the ceiling got its own hanging lamps, the portrait studio got a great backdrop, the pillars got draped, the stage got an awesome makeover, the cocktail tables got beautiful centerpieces, the entrance got her specialty "welcome ladies" statues (which were quite a hit) and the best part was the diwan with long pillows that everyone chilled out on. Pamila worked within our budget and was flexible and patient with our ever-changing requirements. Her husband (who is also a part of her team) had great ideas with lighting setup and decoration. Next year for Diwali, we will have a bigger hall (and hopefully a bigger budget) and Pamila will be our choice for decorations!! I highly recommend her for the work she did for us. read more

I have to say, Eve Decor aka Pamila was amazing. I initially had reservations hiring someone to decorate our Indian wedding because I knew it was going to be pricey. As I was looking around I spoke to multiple companies who specialize in Indian weddings and all of them wanted me to hire them on the basis that they did everything from flowers, to cake, to table settings to decorations, etc. I could not afford all that. I wanted to work with someone who was able to customize for what I needed, which was purely decorations as we were having an outdoor wedding. We met Pamila through a recommendation and had really great meetings with her. She showed us pics, we went to the venue on multiple occasions together and she spoke the the venue event manager outside of the venue meeting on her own accord. She worked with me in what I, key word, I was looking for. Although she can do everything from top down for my wedding to include, cake decor, table decor, lighting, etc, I knew I couldn't afford that nor wanted to go that route. I knew I wanted a classy yet simple look and we went over that. I showed her pictures of what I had in mind, we drew pictures, went through the layout and figured out a good plan. We definitely brainstormed together. At the end, when we got to the wedding reception site I felt like I was in a magical place. She created a wonderful atmosphere and her "welcome lady" statues were huge hits. All the guests were impressed with the decor and it made such a difference in the atmosphere of the reception (our reception was outdoors). The reason why I gave her 5 stars is because she doesn't push you to spend more money. She works with what you want. She is also friendly, sometimes a little disorganized, but in the end she wants you to be happy and that's what earns the 5 stars. Of course she is talented and has an eye for decor, but you want to work with someone who you can be honest with and brainstorm with. I would recommend making sure to show pics of what you like and come up with ways to make it look like that. When you come in with no idea, it is hard to get what you want so you can't be upset if it doesn't look like what you want. Brainstorming is key and she will do that with you. I recommend Eve Decor for any decor and especially for an Indian themed decor. read more
