Asha rental themselves asked us that they cud help us with the set up of stage a day in advance as the clubhouse was available for us by then. They did this with absolutely no extra charges. Unfortunately the clubhouse got booked for Aug 29 which we were not aware of and Asha rental guys who had come on Aug 29 morning , for giving us the extra day for preparations, had to carry back their stuff without being able to set it up for us. They had to come again the next morning. They did it all for us without any charges. Honestly, the bigger thing was they did all this with a smile... without making us feel guilty. We felt definitely were extremely uncomfortable for causing them inconvenience. But were more happier to know about Asha Rental Services Highly recommend this team !!

The evening started with us being made to wait 15-20 minutes, despite there being multiple empty tables. We were then seated at what appeared to be the farthest and most isolated corner of the restaurant. I specifically asked the manager, Kevin, if we could be seated somewhere else. His response was that the other tables were reserved for "regulars." Apparently, being a paying customer on a birthday isn't quite enough to qualify for a decent table. What made it worse was that many of those tables appeared to remain empty throughout our visit. When we asked again, Kevin didn't even bother coming over to speak with us. He simply sent someone else. That was a great way to start a birthday dinner. Then there is the restaurant's claim that it has a "business formal" dress code. That was probably the funniest part of the evening. I watched a man walk in wearing torn jeans and a hoodie. I also saw another guest wearing a hoodie. So apparently "business formal" means whatever the restaurant decides it means when someone walks through the door. But the seating and dress code would have been easy to overlook if the food had been worth it. It wasn't. I have been fortunate enough to eat at some of the best Italian and French restaurants around the world. This was easily one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have had. The restaurant has all the appearance of a place that expects to be taken very seriously. Unfortunately, the food did absolutely nothing to justify it. We decided to skip the appetizers and order only entrées. Looking back, thank goodness we didn't order more. My wife's entrée was so excessively salty that it was practically inedible. We had to send it back. The restaurant then brought out complimentary arancini as an apology. I couldn't even get through the first bite. We were then given something else that appeared to be some kind of cornbread. At that point, the entire dinner had become almost absurd. A restaurant charging the kind of prices associated with an upscale dining experience should not be serving an entrée that is excessively salty and then following it up with terrible aranchini. For a place that seems to put so much importance on its image, the actual experience was remarkably far from what you would expect. If you want to spend your money waiting to be seated, being treated as though you're less important because you're not a "regular," sitting in the corner, watching the restaurant selectively enforce its own dress code, and sending back food because it is either excessively salty or undercooked, then by all means, come here. Otherwise, save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about the food and the people paying for it. We came here to celebrate my wife's birthday. Instead, we spent the evening wondering why we chose this restaurant in the first place. Never again.

In many weddings I've attended, there are often technical difficulties during the slideshow such as sound not playing over the speakers or video not appearing on screen. Ron ensured us that everything would go perfectly and it did on the day of the wedding. Our first dance was choreographed and required tight transitions between songs which had to be done by the DJ. We sent Ron videos of how everything should go during the wedding and he was very professional, never letting us worry. He even came to our rehearsal the day before and brought his laptop so that we could rehearse everything to the songs that would play during the wedding. Everything during the day of the wedding went as planned and Ron never missed a beat. Weddings in general are stressful to plan and it is important to hire vendors that you can trust and not add to the stress. Ron takes the job very seriously while being a joy to work with.
