One Final Touch was hired to coordinate our wedding day, provide hair and make-up for my MOH and me, and play music. Vilma is incredibly professional, sweet, and on point. She helped me with a very difficult vendor leading up to the day, and proved to be a serious expert on the day of. When we were waiting after the ceremony, she brought us plates of food and drinks, she applied touch up makeup when I needed it, handled a chair shortage in no time, and kicked out a creepy drunk guy who was not welcome. We were referred to Ron, our wedding DJ, by my friend whose sister used Ron as her DJ at her wedding earlier last year, and WOW. We were thrilled with their service! At our meeting, which was days before our wedding (it was a miracle we found Ron!), Ron was completely personable, helpful, and was a very calming presence throughout the planning process and throughout the reception! I gave Ron my extensive 50-song playlist to play during dinner, most songs he had to track down for me, and a copy of the proposed wedding schedule, which changed multiple times prior to the wedding day, and Ron took everything in stride and found almost all of the songs on my list to play at our wedding reception. I had a very specific list of alternative-y and classic romantic wedding songs that did not make me vomit from saccharine trite lovey-dovey tripe, and Ron was so accommodating and understanding of my insanity. We also had to coordinate the reception on the actual day with this other lady, who was going to do all the Vietnamese MC'ing, and I didn't need to do a thing to help Ron and the lady work together well. Ron and she just talked to each other and worked out how they were going to introduce all the families, the wedding party, events (cake cutting ceremony, first dance. etc...), and it worked out seamlessly. There were also interwoven Vietnamese songs when the lady sang and of course the sets that Ron and team did. Our entire wedding reception was outside in the middle of a driving range at a golf course, and we had about 42 tables, so it was a lot of space for the sound system to cover. That proved to be a bit too big a radius for the sound system to cover, and some tables on the outer edges said they couldn't hear some of the speeches very well, but this was the first large outdoor wedding that Ron and team ever put on, so it's completely understandable, and we were thrilled with the service we were provided. The driving range also did not have a lot of electronic accomodations for the sound system anyway, and so Ron basically performed a miracle to pull our wedding off. We loved him and One Final Touch. Ron is an awesome DJ and emcee. My wife and I hired him for our wedding and we can't recommend him enough. From the very first meeting, he was very personable, easy going, and energetic. He took the time to figure out what type of music we liked, making a few demo mixes to give us some ideas for possible dance sets. He also helped us prepare for the wedding by telling us what playlists we needed to consider making for different parts of the wedding. Ron also handled the AV part of our wedding, providing a screen so that we could play our slideshow for our guests. In many weddings I've attended, there are often technical difficulties during the slideshow such as sound not playing over the speakers or video not appearing on screen. I used One Final Touch for to DJ/MC my wedding. Ron and his team are at the top of their game. When we met to go over the agenda, I had a very rough draft. Ron helped to fill in all the blanks. He made great music suggestions as well as assisting in formatting the reception's events. At the end of our meeting, I left confident that the days events would flow smoothly. Ron had great follow up and follow through. Him and his partner showed up on time. When I arrived at the reception venue 30 minutes early they were all set and ready to welcome our guests. We hired One Final Touch for their MC/DJ services for our wedding on June 09, I know it's a bit late but whatcha gonna do? The process of selecting a DJ for ones wedding is a task that's a bit daunting. As everyone know a DJ/MC can make or break your event in a heart beat! I know everyone has been to an event where the MC/DJ tried to be too funny or over the top. So our most important event the wife and I wanted to really make sure we selected the right person for the job. We started by going to numerous wedding fairs (glad I don't have to go to those anymore!) and some we interviewed after reading recommendation from sites like the knot or project wedding which my wife was addicted to at the time. Then a close friend recommend OFT (Ron) to us, and am I glad that he did. From the first meeting to the day of the wedding Ron was very helpful and open. First of all he was more than just the DJ, he helped us organize our entire time line. He took our inputs and gave us what we wanted but at the same time made suggestion of things that may work better. We had constant communication through out the planing process. He even made a custom remix of our first dance song (2X actually since we changed it midway). Ron as the MC and is associate (Ron also the DJ) controlled the flow of the whole night and made sure that we were able to enjoy and have all our events during the reception. We had a good idea of what music we wanted to play and when (pre ceremony, cocktail hour, etc.) but we also worked with him on the actually "dance" music. I don't think at any time the dance floor was ever empty. Everyone danced from 20 somethings to the Aunties (various ages line dancing - all the Filipinos out there know what I'm talking about). They were very professional and personal at the same time. They had multiple systems set up and the transition form the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception was seamless. Plus Ron also saved my behind when I forgot to plan for Mom's make up for the wedding (Since OFT is a complete event co.). With a week or so before the event I called Ron and he set my Mom up with their make up artist. I know, i know.....how can I forget about my moms but with all the planning/meetings with various vendor, one can slip up. But thanks to Ron and his team, all in the universe was good. I hired Ron through a referral to DJ for my company holiday party for about 80 people. We played some games and gave away prizes and Ron had music to fit every aspect of the evening. I work for a conservative company, but as soon as the music started Ron got 95% up and dancing. I heard from the employees that it was the best party yet and they loved the DJ! I've been to weddings and events where the DJ's talk too much or they have that "cheesy MC" voice and that is not Ron! He was set up early, professional and a joy to work with. Vilma and her team did a fantastic job with wedding planning and Day of Coordination for our wedding last winter! Vilma is super sweet and very well organized. She helped my husband and I get organized and stay on track with all our wedding to-do's, both big and small. This company is totally awesome. We met Vilma in a bridal fair. During that time we were looking for a person who can do our invitation. We want our wedding to be Filipiniana inspired and they showed us their work and we loved it. After knowing that they are kind of a one-stop-shop for your wedding needs, we basically went with their wedding planning, photography, montage & invitations. We had ample time to prepare for the wedding and they made sure that we were on time with our preparation. They were very very helpful and very professional. Vilma who's in charge with the planning is highly detailed and organized. She walked us through every step of our preparation and she pretty much grasp the whole concept of wedding planning. Ron, their photographer, was also great at taking pictures together with his assistant BJ.
