Ankita and Carina are the best!!! My photography and videography team (Tangerine Weddings) worked with them recently in Spring at The Brazilian Room. As a wedding vendor, communication is so important to me. Ankita and Carina went above and beyond and they were such a joy to work with from start to finish. Would highly recommend them and hope we can work together again in the future! read more

Ankita and Carina were amazing in helping us plan our wedding at the Brazilian Room in May 2025! We hired them for full planning and they did a great job reaching out to potential vendors, organizing our vision board and to-do list, figuring out the day's timeline and making everything a breeze on the actual wedding day. They were also super responsive and easy to work with throughout the whole process, highly recommend! read more

I cannot recommend Imagine This Events enough as wedding planners and coordinators! Ankita and Carina are extremely kind, professional, and organized. I am confident that if I did not have their help during the final months of the wedding planning process I would have had many more mental breakdowns and sleepless nights. My wedding was in June of 2025 at the Brazilian Room in Berkeley, CA. They had worked numerous events at that venue and I felt extremely confident in their experience with the space. I hired them as month-of coordinators but they were generous enough to start scheduling regular meetings when we were still about 3 months out from the wedding day. Since I had already booked most of my vendors, Ankita and Carina primarily helped me with the smaller details such as the timeline for the day, event floor-plan, photo lists, venue rentals, and a checklist of final touch items. In my mind, booking vendors was going to be the easier part of the process so I was so glad to have them on my team when it came down to the smaller, organizational piece. They were extremely available and answered all of my emails right away - trust me, there were quite a few of them! If you are on the fence about hiring coordinators, do it! Ankita and Carina took care of everything that would have fallen on friends and family, so everyone was able to fully enjoy themselves at the event. read more

Ankita and Carina (A&C) were our Day-of Coordinators, but they were truly more than that. We had monthly meetings with them leading up to our wedding in January 2024. A&C helped us develop the timeline of our entire day, capturing every detail and event that would happen, and they also made sure to keep us on track. When the day of our wedding was approaching, they reached out to all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. On the day of the wedding, A&C truly shined. They made sure our vision was executed and everything truly went according to plan. They checked in with us (bride and groom) every once in a while just to make sure we were doing alright throughout the day. They assisted with the set-up and tear down of our centerpieces and DIY signage, even going above and beyond by helping load up our parents' vehicles so that they could continue to enjoy our wedding. Their expertise and commitment to our wedding was evident throughout the entire event, leaving us with cherished memories that we will treasure forever. We are immensely grateful for their hard work and dedication, and we wholeheartedly recommend Ankita & Carina to anyone seeking exceptional wedding coordination services! read more

Ankita and Carina both did an amazing job helping us prepare for our wedding and making sure everything ran smoothly on the day. From recommending vendors to answering our many questions to troubleshooting the unexpected challenges that arose on the day, their day of coordination services were an incredible help, and I can't imagine planning a wedding without them! read more

I can't imagine how close we came to not using Ankita and Carina for our daughter's wedding. She initially did not want a wedding planner but we got increasingly more and more anxious as we got closer. We got a recommendation from the venue (Brazilian Room, highly recommended as well) and we engaged A & C as our same day coordinators. They started helping about two months before the event. We could not have made a better choice. They thought of things we never thought of, and helped us in ways we didn't know we needed help. The whole event was spectacular - they listened to us, the parents, and more importantly, listened to our daughter and helped us get the wedding we all loved and enjoyed. They stayed behind the scenes quietly but very supportively and made sure the whole experience was perfect. We could not recommend them more - 6 stars if possible and a very heartfelt thank you. :) read more

We knew right away A&C were the planners for us. We hired ITE for full wedding planning services - and a destination wedding at that! They were the perfect balance of calm, thoughtful, professional and fun. They went out of their way to help us find the perfect vendors and assist with all the other logistics that come with having a wedding out of town. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect - and I'm so grateful to these ladies for pulling it all together and making sure things ran smoothly. I'm sure they had to deal with some hiccups but they handled everything with grace, which helped us to focus on enjoying the moments of our special day(s). HUGE thank you to ITE for all you do!! read more

Imagine This Events - Party & Event Planning Near Me

A&C are our day-of wedding coordinators for our wedding. Needless to say, we are very satisfied with their service. Among the things that made huge impressions on us: they were very responsive with all the pre-event inquiries, emails, calls, you name it; they were very organized in the months leading to the wedding, putting timeline and inventory in a very transparent fashion; they were very accommodating in the days leading up to the event as a result of weather challenges. Most of all, during the event everything we could notice went according to plan, A&C were no doubt behind the scenes making sure of that. We are very appreciative of their services, and would recommend them to any couple who is looking for wedding coordinator services. read more

If you're anything like us and thought coordinating the details of a wedding would be a piece of cake, let me tell you. It's not. Thank goodness for the women behind Imagine This Events. Not only were Ankita and Carina the first to respond in our search for day-of-coordinators, but after talking to multiple companies we felt confident that they understood our ideas, our vision, and most importantly our timeframe. We only had about 6 months to plan. Ankita and Carina were a huge support throughout the entire process. They were easy to contact, quick to respond, and constantly available. They offered us amazing recommendations for other vendors and were extremely helpful getting everything organized in a short period of time. Honestly I'd hire them again in a heartbeat just for this, but let me get to the wedding day. It was exactly what we dreamed of and even exceeded our expectations. You'd think we'd been planning this for over a year! Every detail from the set up, to the timeline was taken care of seamlessly. They were the point of contact for everyone so we didn't have to be. It's an amazing feeling being able to sit back and soak up all of the love in such a special event knowing that all of the details are being handled behind the scenes. It's also worth noting how well Ankita and Carina work together. We've never seen a duo make this level of productivity look so effortless. These ladies were not only professional, they were so incredibly friendly and warm. We wanted a fun, stress-free wedding process and they made it happen, all while keeping us on track. We honestly could not have found a better fit. I could literally gush all day about all of the hardwork that was put into making our day special. SO. To save me some time writing and yourself some time reading, just reach out to them. If you're looking for people to trust your important occasions with, Imagine This Events is the team. Hiring them was the best decision I ever made with regard to party planning for my son's 1st Bday! Below are a few highlights as to why; 1. They are affordable!! I never hired planners before- not even for my wedding, so I was worried it would be too expensive, but I was so surprised how affordable they are! I encourage you to give them a call because it varies depending on your preferences and party size. I gave them my budget, and they gave me a clear answer right up front whether they were able to work with the budget I set. 2. You get TWO talented people who are dedicated to your party! (Everywhere else I looked, you would only get 1 planner.) Ankita and Carina are refined, professional, dependable, responsive, and creative! I'm sure they will grow this business easily. 3. Responsible - everything they said they would do, they executed and even exceeded my expectations. 4. Accommodating - they are willing to work with you and tailor their services to your preferences. If you would like to co-plan the event with them they are willing to do that, or if you want them to do the whole thing and you just show up, they could do that too. 5. Transparent - I asked them to do the shopping of decor materials, favors, etc for me. They not only bargain hunted, but at the end provided me with all the receipts! How cool is that!? Needless to say, I will definitely be using them again for future events! I just hope they don't become too popular that they're booked when I need them down the line. (Haha- but thats just selfish me talking!) read more

We got married about three weeks ago and I can not even begin to imagine what getting married without Imagine This would have been like. From the very first moment we met Ankita and Carina, we were so impressed with their warmth, thoughtfulness, and expertise. They really truly know all the questions to ask to help you figure out the things that are most important for you on your day and also how to think through all of the necessary details. We felt so relieved after every meeting we had with them during the lead up. They even make it seem easy and fun! My husband and I knew that Ankita and Carina were the right choice for our wedding from our very first call with them. They had just the right balance of questions about what we were looking for and tidbits of info to help us get to know them, and none of the other planners that we interviewed came anywhere close. We started the process in January 2019, and we had just started our vendor search when quarantine hit. A&C were right on the ball, working with all of our vendors to make sure that we were able keep them on board while we had to postpone time after time as we figured out things like vaccines and procedures for a safe event. They suggested fantastic vendors, implemented our requirements without batting an eye, and mitigated potential last minute disasters before we even knew that there might be an issue. Our big day has garnered a ton of rave reviews from guests, and we can't imagine how it would have gone better! read more

Spontaneously, within a few days of my son's actual birthday I decided, hmmm I want my son to have a birthday party for his 6th birthday. It has to include his friends and it has to be the DAY of his birthday. I was hysterical knowing Shaan likes everything from SpongeBob to Spiderman to Star wars. Knowing I also had to take care of my 1 year old, I reached out to the ladies of Imagine This. While talking to the wonderful ladies, they of course helped me realize that he's been crazy about minions all year long. Imagine This came up with a great Despicable Me/Minion theme. They did everything from Invitations, party favors, food, a dessert table - (the kids LOVED the rice krispies and cupcakes), and some great decorations that I couldn't have thought of. We even had adults wearing homemade minion hats! We had the movie playing in the background to keep the kids occupied while the others participated in games. Did I mention this was all done in less than a week of the party? All the guests praised the creativity! Thank you ladies. I imagined this (Pictures Below) and you made it happen. read more

This review is from Me and My Wife. Organizing a wedding has been one of the most stressful experiences in my life. We cannot emphasize enough how happy we were to have Imagine this Events on board. They were very involved from the get go - from finding the right venue to helping us craft some elements of the decoration... They were very mindful of our budget and were always trying to get the highest quality for the best price. One of our biggest worries was overspending, but we saw we could rely on them to haggle on prices. and most importantly fight for our demands if they felt we felt we were not getting the best deal. One of the most gratifying things - do not judge us- , was knowing we could just call them and have them handle a situation if we felt it was going to be a headache for us. On the Day of the wedding everything was on point... We simply focused and enjoyed the moment. Everything went according to plan and on time. One thing that drew our attention was that during the event, they would always keep an eye on us and it was easy and subtle to talk to them if we needed. The Decoration was beautiful, The food was amazing... (they have good connections) It is not a common thing to see people going for seconds on weddings... but we saw that on our wedding and it was very pleasing. From Valdenor Jr and Bruna with love Forever customers... read more

We hired Ankita and Carina for day-of-coordination and they really went above and was amazing! Super experienced, thorough and amazing with family and guests, my hubby and I were able to fully enjoy each other for our special day and our guests as well because of Ankita and Carina. Our wedding at Domenico winery could not have gone more smoothly! Truly everything went perfectly, and I believe Ankita and Carina had a lot to do with that! They were helpful and responsive every step of the way. We were in constant email contact with Ankita and Carnina throughout the planning process, and they also answered all of my emails full of questions. They were also available phone whenever. They made sure everything was on schedule and was SO sweet/warm to everyone. I believe the value for the cost of the service was very worth it for our wedding day. Overall, I highly recommend Ankita and Carina services! You will need Ankita and Carina for your wedding for sure. read more

Way overdue review, but better late than never. My husband and I got married August 2021. Ankita, Carina, and Kathy were fantastic from start to finish. I couldn't have been more pleased with my wedding. They not only helped me plan and organize my wedding, but they pretty much ran the show on my wedding day. They are experts! They kept me on track during the wedding planning process. I was stress and worry free on my special day, and they handled everything. My husband and I communicated what we wanted, and they executed. Our wedding ran smoothly. I was able to enjoy my wedding, and didn't have to deal with phone calls or coordinating. They were in touch with all of our vendors. They also helped me set up chairs and little decorations for my wedding so even our bridal party and family were able to sit back and enjoy the wedding. Their team has great communication, and is so easy going and easy to work with. I highly highly recommend them. read more

It was such a pleasure working with Ankita and Carina and Imagine This Events! We hired them as our Day-Of Coordinators and from our initial interaction, they were responsive, informative, and well organized. I was one of the many conflicted brides when it came to whether or not I needed help and how I might need help, so we didn't bring them on board right away. I quickly learned after a couple of months of planning on my own and talking with a few other planners/coordinators that I needed help and I wanted to work with Ankita and Carina! They just had the best presence and seemed invested in our wedding. To this day, my husband and I say that our biggest regret was not hiring them from the beginning and for full planning services. Their service is phenomenal and at a highly competitive rate. If you do hire them for day-of, as others have mentioned, you get way more than that. We met 6 months before the wedding. They also attended our details meeting at our venue to familiarize themselves with the venue. They were responsive to any and every email when I needed their input on vendor recommendations. We had additional phone meetings leading up to the big day. And they were communicative with our vendors. I'm a type A personality, but they thought of things that never even crossed our minds as part of the wedding timeline and planning process. And day-of, they kept us on track and even became bustle extraordinaries! Thank you Ankita and Carina! While I would never want to plan another wedding, I'd always welcome the opportunity to hire you two for event planning! read more

I had the absolute best time working with Ankita and Carina. I was referred to them by my cake maker because she herself had experience with them. From my first meeting with them 6 months prior to my big day until the day of the event I was blown away with how amazing they were to work with. They pretty much became like girl friends to me and we always had complete open communication. They were prompt, organized, and on top of everything. My day went exactly to schedule and everything turned out more than I ever could have imagined! Thank you guys again for making our special day, that much more amazing! read more

If you want the short version, you can save time reading the rest of this review and just book Ankita and Carina as your wedding planners. They're absolutely amazing. We had a DIY wedding with tons of floral decorations to set up, and our cake vendor completely failed to turn up. But Ankita and Carina seamlessly fixed the cake issue, set up ALL our decorations, and then proceeded to ensure everything went unbelievably smoothly on the day of, taking care of details as myriad as guiding our MC, pinning corsages, and controlling music from our spotify playlist. They even brought an intern as an extra pair of hands. They're extremely calm, smart, and full of great suggestions and recommendations. We're incredibly grateful we chose them :) read more

Ankita and Carina were truly amazing to work with. We connected with them over a year before our wedding, and their positive energy was contagious - we knew instantly we wanted them to help plan our special day. Since our first meeting, all the way through the wedding, they were supportive, attentive, available, and so completely on it! Their email response time is faster than fast, and they always made themselves available whenever I needed them. They have impeccable attention to detail, and when the big day actually arrived, they handled absolutely everything. I have no idea if anything went wrong, because A&C handled it all, and that's exactly how I was hoping it would be. I hope to have the chance to work with them again, and would hands down recommend them to anyone and everyone! read more

Ankita and Carina planned my daughter's first birthday party, which makes my life easier as a working mom to two young kids! Life is already so hectic, why add additional stress with party planning - A & C to the rescue! My vision for her party started with a cake design, and it just took off from there - A & C took it to another level and exceeded my expectations! They were on top of things, very responsive, thoughtful about the process and prices, very creative in the beautiful set up and took care of all the details from beginning to end! All I had to do was show up on the day of the party :) They also have fun ideas and great vendor referrals so all the kids were thoroughly entertained - couldn't have asked for a better experience! read more

I'm delighted to highly recommend Imagine This Events for wedding planning services. Ankita and Carina are very skilled professionals who will help you put together a vision for your event, help you find the best venue the best vendors for your vision and budget, and help you manage within that budget throughout the planning process right up to the event. My husband and I could not have produced the perfect wedding without Ankita and Carina's pre-wedding and day-of wedding planning and management. Ankita and Carina are the perfect duo. They are so supportive of each other and their own clients, they are incredibly talented at what they do, and as a bride who wanted everything to be perfect, they can be trusted to do the job and also help you de-stress before the actual wedding day. Ankita and Carina were so wonderful in the overall planning process. They organized all of the wedding information in a gorgeous spreadsheet, they held frequent calls with me and my fiance, and were extremely attentive to our needs. They provide you with choices and help you evaluate the best vendor fit for you. Ankita and Carina were patient, kind and demonstrated superior customer service at every turn. Their years of experience really is exemplified in their ability to support you in navigating the wedding planning process, and they work to save you money in the end due to their relationship and understanding of what vendors can and will do. They know their stuff. Our wedding was at the Brazilian Room with a guest count of approximately 100 people. Day-of services were very good, and it was so nice not to have to worry, as I knew Imagine This Event's team had everything under control! I would highly recommend Imagine This Events for any of your event planning needs. I can't wait to book them for our future parties, future baby showers, birthdays, etc. They are wonderful and I truly look forward to doing future business with them. read more

I have a unique view of Imagine This Events because not only were they the most wonderful planners that we could have had for our wedding, but I also work with them on a professional level regularly, and I can attest to how great they are to work with. Choosing a planner was easy for us because I knew from professional experience that they are prompt and detail oriented and are willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Also working in the wedding industry as a bakery owner, it is wonderful to work with planners that are on top of all the details and check in with the vendors. Carina & Ankita kept track of everything for us, confirmed with vendors week-of, helped track down bridal party or family members when they were needed, made sure everyone got paid at the end of the night, and also made sure that all of our small details (lanterns, gifts, etc) got put into one place for easy pickup next day. It kept ME calm, and also made it super easy for us to #keepMomcalm which was the most important part of our evening. Our wedding was held at my parents house and making sure that the day went beautifully was important to keep my parents from getting stressed out. A & C worked wonderfully with our funky backyard layout, showed up on time to every meeting, and checked in regularly with us along the way from the moment we hired them right up to the little details the night before. We are so grateful to have had such amazing planners, and I look forward to working Imagine This Events again in the future (both personally and professionally!) Update! Unbeknownst to me and my family, there were some MAJOR issues with the service staff, that not only Carina and Ankita take care of, but they took note of what was happening and made sure to contact the company on our behalf. This was SO appreciated and really above-and-beyond follow up. Thank you so much ladies! read more

Ankita and Carina were incredibly professional and really went above and beyond to help with wedding planning. I knew I was going to need help as my fiance/now-husband and I were going to be out of the country for 2 months, right before our wedding in March and Imagine This came highly recommended by one of our supervising colleagues at work who also recently got married and hired the dynamic duo for day-of services. A&C helped source vendors for me and also went out of their way to help find a Chinese Banquet Reception Venue (and there are a lot of options to choose from in the Bay Area), and even went to visit each and every potential venue with me. They helped tremendously while I was abroad and also assisted in finding vendors and items that would allow me to stick to my budget. My wedding day was quite seamless and I received so many compliments, thanks to A&C. Would highly recommend their services! Thank you two, for making my special day so memorable! read more

Ankita and Carina managed my daughter's wedding reception for us. They were kind, professional, calm (very important), knowledgeable and really good at what they do. They had good vendor connections that really helped with the choices we needed to make. They kept my daughter and I focused and on course, but the most important benefit, for me, was that I could just completely enjoy the evening without worrying about the details. It was BEAUTIFUL!! My only constructive criticism would be that they provide you with a budget (this means estimates) up front and then really pay attention, update it and provide the updated version to you as actual costs come in. We went over budget a little and it seemed to creep up on all of us. I would recommend them and would use their services again without any hesitation. Thank you both!! read more

Wow, Ankita and Carina put together an absolutely stunning and impressive event for my wife's 50th birthday party, and they did it in a ridiculously short timeline given that I came to them with less than 3 weeks after parting ways with another party planner that wasn't working out for me. Everyone has raved about the event, the details, the overall ambiance, the food, decorations, and organization. They all saw the final result that looked like an event with double the budget and triple the lead-time to put it together. What they didn't see was all the coordination, creativity, and incredibly responsive communications back and forth between them and me as it started to come together. I'm probably not an easy client - I like to weigh in on EVERYTHING, and I'm a real stickler for details. While I'm sure they can work "turn-key" for a client who just wants it all handled with little interaction, it's more impressive that they worked so well with me over multiple visits to our home, dozens of phone calls, and probably 50 emails. Also nice for someone like me is that they work well in a "silicon valley" way - you'll get a link to a collaborative Google spreadsheet with the running tally of quotes and confirmed costs that I could refer to at any time, on my laptop or my iPhone, to see where we were getting tight on budget and where we could find room or double-check the total. They mock things up in Vizio, they take Paypal, they use Dropbox for exchanging files, designs, photos, etc. which makes it easy for me as well. Best of all, they're completely "open book" - you'll see all the vendor invoices and estimates, and they'll negotiate on your behalf to get better deals. They kept to my budget and were clear and upfront with everything. They actually found ways, more than once, to cut the budget or negotiate a better deal and then asked if I wanted to keep the savings or add in another nice touch with the "found" budget, something I really appreciated! In the end, not a thing went wrong, and everything was pretty much perfect! So many little touches that I know took them hours of work late into the night, and the perfect pick of caterers, suppliers, cakes, rental equipment, and decorative details. They transformed our house and yard into a stunningly impressive and celebratory venue exactly as I had hoped... (actually far better than I could have imagined). I truly got to enjoy the party too without any stress of what was going on, as they were on site and handling everything minute-to-minute with a keen, anticipatory eye and great sense of timing. It's hard to pick a party planner on Yelp... I know. They all somehow seem to have nothing but perfect reviews and rave testimonies. I interviewed half a dozen, and actually first made a mistake with another vendor before realizing it wasn't working (estimate came in 3x my budget, emails that went unanswered for over a day...), so I dropped that team and tried Imagine This. SO glad I did, and I'll use them for any and everything I have in the future. Many of our guests wanted their cards and will be using them as well. In your quest to find the right planner for an event, I'd strongly urge you to at least interview Ankita & Carina to get a sense for their style and experience for an event you're considering... see if they seem right to you. If you pick them, you are in good hands and can trust it will be done great, on budget, without drama or stress, and the results will be better than you could have imagined. read more

I worked with Carina and Ankita for the past several months putting together our wedding reception. They were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond my expectations. They have beautiful taste, and are excellent communicators, organized, professional, and extremely pleasant to be around. Our reception was a medium-sized event for 36 guests located at an outdoor venue (San Mateo Garden Center). Although the guest list was pretty small, we really wanted to go all out, so it was rather lavish-- certainly the most complex party I'd ever thrown. They handled it quite easily, though. My now husband and I had just moved to the area in July and needed to find a venue for our early November wedding reception, but since we were new to the area we were totally clueless on where to start. They helped us find the most beautiful outdoor venue that was within a very reasonable price range, which left us lots of room in the budget to play with food, drink, and decor. I was a bit vague in my vision for the party at that first, which made it a bit difficult for them to help direct us to the right venue, but they were completely patient and gracious. They just kept giving us recommendation after recommendation until we found the right one. Once we had a venue I was able to start envisioning the party and set up a Pinterest Board of inspiration. That was basically the end of my input, and from there they created the most unbelievably BEAUTIFUL event. It was my Pinterest Board come to life-- but better!! Many guests commented that it was the most beautiful wedding event they had ever been to. I will post pictures when our photographer gets them to us. They also found fantastic caters (the food was GREAT), rental company (decor was amazing), florist (GORGEOUS-- albeit pricey-- flowers), and photographer. They elicited estimates from tons of vendors, set up our food tastings and cake tastings, and kept track of what we needed to do. Since they have relationships with many of these vendors, I feel like they knew where to find the best bang for your buck. They also went over contracts with vendors for us and made sure that we had all our T's crossed and I's dotted. They went to the venue many times personally to get measurements, talk with the staff there, and do a walk through with the rental company and caterers. My schedule is rather busy and inflexible, so their willingness to do that was indispensable. Ankita and Carina then spent the night of the party with us making sure to keep us in line-- reminding us when it was time to migrate from the patio where we were having drinks to the tables for dinner, reminding us when it was time to cut the cake, making sure we got out of the venue on time, fixing the music when it went out, etc... I am so thrilled we hired Imagine This Events. They were so pleasant to work with, and the party was more fun and more beautiful than I ever imagined (pun intended). read more

I saw no stress in the bride and groom which means Ankita and Carina were doing an amazing job getting everything ready and run efficiently. I was the videographer for the wedding and they made sure everything was on schedule and communicated to me so that I could get thorough coverage of the day. Weddings are a lot easier and less stress with awesome planners and that just what Ankita and Carina are. Make sure to hire them for your next event. read more

LOVE them!!! Ankita & Carina were more than helpful to me while I was driving myself nuts planning my baby's 1st birthday party!!! They were very flexible, always respond to emails in less than 1 day, very professional & yet very personal. They were also very creative!! All my guests were blown away by all the ladybug/Valentine's theme decorations. They couldn't complement enough about the party!!! There was a minor accident b4 the party when I panicked, worried that my baby's outfit from etsy wouldn't delivered on time (I ordered it over 1 month b4 the party). I txt Ankita right away because I needed help finding a backup outfit. They took care of it & found me a backup outfit within an hour!!! I was really impressed!!! If I would plan another party, I would definite use their help again!!! read more

Ankita and Carina,  You two are amazing- not just in your profession, but as people. You are both beautiful, intelligent, and driven young women-definitely an inspiration. I'm so proud to have had you as my coordinators and as friends. Yes-you did a fantastic job. I don't know what I would have done without you. I almost cried when Alex agreed to "let me" have you two as coordinators, haha. I know he has learned throughout this process and especially on the Big Day how valuable you two were to executing our dream day. I needed you two so badly when I arrived in that limo-you were my eyes, ears, and piece of mind. Ankita- when I saw you run around in that red skirt I felt the biggest relief of my life-I knew all I had to do was walk down that aisle and it would be perfect. Carina-you stuck by me and paid attention to those small details like bustling my dress! Man, you two are a dream team- the girl version of  the "splash brothers." Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! read more

As a photographer, I can't express how much I love Ankita & Carina and appreciate their talent. They're awesome at maintaining communication about itinerary details and updates, and their events are so beautifully organized and designed that it seriously makes my job easier and more fun. They go all out with their events, and it nothing about their taste, operation, or style is mediocre. If you want an inspiring, creative, and memorable event, don't hesitate going with these two! read more

I don't write reviews for places often, but when I experience service that goes above and beyond of what is expected, I feel the need to let people know. I used Imagine This Events to plan a party after graduating from the fire academy, and they went WAY above and beyond of what I had thought. Carina and Ankita made things incredibly easy for me. I gave them a budget and free range to do as they please, because I am not very creative when it comes to party decorations and planning. They not only came under budget (which wasn't much), they created such a great atmosphere and great food for my firefighter themed graduation party. All my guests had an amazing time, and I was able to go home with great memories from the party and my academy. Working with these women was such a pleasure. They are kind, courteous, respectful, smart, creative, resourceful, extremely hard working, and very imaginative. It is very hard to find a company that provides such a high level of customer service today, but I can confidently say that Imagine This Events has it. They are highly recommended by me to plan anything you have coming up.. Thank you Carina and Ankita, I will be seeing you again! read more
