Nothing was overlooked - decorations and interior design, logistics and timing, food/beverage/refreshments - everything was intentionally considered, cohesive, and truly professional. Her team comes in focused and organized but without the attitude you sometimes get from event planners. Just watching them set up is amazing--every staff member has a floor plan and job to do. Just like a "well oiled machine" they get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible! They are always in control of the situation and I actually have fun watching them set up. All Set Events handles everything from the coordination of sound and light production, food and beverage service, to stage and decorations. Setting an atmosphere and creating a dramatic first impression is what All Set Events does best. Each event's success depends on all of these things coming together in an organized and united way--and Heather and her team do it with ease. There are always several different vendors at these huge events that have questions and Heather and her team are always the "go-to's" for answers. What I love about All Set Events is if they don't know the answer they will work to get it for you. This is a breath of fresh air in an industry that is sometimes plagued with big egos. Although we did not purchase a full package from TDE, Carina and Jackson worked seamlessly with the rest of our chosen vendors. They (and the TDE team) were extremely organized, communicative, and supportive. One thing I really appreciated was that my husband was cc'd on every single email so that I wouldn't have to play middle man to relay every message to him as well. On the day of, Carina and Jackson went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. They were so thoughtful and considerate throughout the entire process. We got so many compliments from our family members about Jackson's MCing. Our wedding party also really loved how Carina kept everyone organized and on schedule. It was easy to schedule a free consultation,…read morewhere we first spoke with Otis, and could ask many questions up front before deciding to move forward. Otis was kind with great attention to detail from the start. Ultimately, we decided with the glam package and our contract was very clear to understand with cost breakdown for removal of specific services / add-ons. I updated it many times with Jessica, our planner, as we made changes throughout the months, and she was always so patient and clear. Our MC Otis did a wonderful job with maintaining flow of the program. Otis was also working as DJ for a good portion of the evening, so props to him! We had closer to an hour compared to 1.5 hours of open dancing because we were behind schedule, but everybody was on the dance floor and he kept the party going seamlessly. Weddings are hectic and there are so many moving parts; we did get behind schedule but we were still able to do everything we wanted to do. Our photo & video services were set to end, but Otis was very professional in discussing with us if we wanted to extend our video services, communicative on additional cost, at the moment. Our photographer, Ben, along with the team Stanford and videographer, Christina, were so fun to work with. Ben was great at providing direction, which is especially helpful since we were not used to posing. I have not received photo & video yet as it has only been a week, but from an experience standpoint, they were attentive to detail, communicative, and glided effortlessly through the event. My makeup artist, Vivi, is the sweetest person. She was super attentive to detail and my particular skin type. I was worried about makeup because I don't wear heavy makeup often. I ended up paying for a make-up trial, and I was so happy working with Vivi that I had no worries for the wedding day. We also added-on make up for our mothers, which Vivi did the morning of. The reception decor turned out so pretty! Everything was set-up as scheduled. I was really happy with the welcome backdrop and name sign. It was also great to take pictures with guests with the backdrop since we had time during cocktail hour. We asked TDE to incorporate a large screen as the backdrop of our sweetheart table, so we found an example from a previous wedding they did, and it turned out exactly as expected. We added the photo-booth, which was so popular with the guests! There were so many cool props and our guests were having tons of fun with it. I also sent TDE a custom drawing that I wanted for the photo strips- and it turned out just like I imagined. We chose Grand Dynasty as our reception venue, and TDE communicated set-up details with our restaurant event manager, Esmond, in the days leading up to the event. I highly recommend TDE and the team that we worked with! Thank you for making it an unforgettable experience.

We were…read morerecommended Two Perfect Events by our venue, Mister Jiu's, given their prior collaboration and experience with them. We were kindly welcomed by Leah and introduced to our planner, Yoko, who was amazing, carefully guiding and making our vision a reality, accommodating our preferences and budget, and helping us with the design and layout of the big day with all of our vendors. She provided multiple vendor options, communicated closely with them and us throughout the bidding and hiring process, and ensured we were all on the same page from planning through the walkthrough and up to the day of the event. One of the greatest things about this process was the clear, concise communication and organization that made planning, payments, and decision-making understandable, step by step, rather than a labyrinth of crossed wires and deadlines.  The day of our wedding was as effortless as could be. It was great to have the team from Two Perfect Events, along with Yoko and Leo, there to assist with setting up and taking down decorations and rentals, help guide guests, event staff, and our vendors, and ensure everything, including our deliveries and rentals, went according to plan. We also appreciated that our planners kept an eye on both of us the entire night to ensure we were doing well and enjoying the festivities, getting our food, making sure we were at the right place at the right time, and saving any items for our personal requests. We did not expect that Two Perfect Events would take behind-the-scenes photos and videos of the entire day and the in-person walkthroughs, which gave us a chance to reminisce on the process and quickly provide a glimpse of our families and friends outside the eyes of our wonderful wedding photographers.  We appreciated that our vendors were all in sync, and the coordinators ensured our entire process minimized the stress of planning, which was what we had hoped for all along. They provided us with good advice on choosing vendors, insurance for our wedding, and what to expect when working with multiple parties. It was evident that Two Perfect Events had considered multiple contingencies and scenarios in which snafus or unexpected issues may arise throughout the process, and we were glad that Yoko was always prepared for them, including giving us enough buffer time due to traffic delays so our guests could arrive on the big day.  Everyone complimented us on the evening, and it went by so smoothly. They commented that this was the least stressful and most fun wedding they've been to in a long time, which conveyed the vibe we were going for. We wanted it to be a fun yet intimate evening where everyone enjoyed getting together to celebrate, and we were delighted to celebrate that day with them. Thanks again to our wonderful planner, Yoko, and Two Perfect Events! We couldn't have done this without you.

Prices are very reasonable and in my opinion worth every penny!! On our wedding day she set up all our decor and flowers! She even brought us our dinner and made sure we were taken care of the whole night. At the end of the night she gave me our car keys and it was loaded with all of our stuff. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything the day of and enjoy our special day. Please hire her if you are able to you will not regret it!

I did more research and…read moreread several reviews that praised his ability to know exactly what an audience would like, even for multicultural weddings, which is impressive. DJ Jeremy was well prepared and well-spoken on our initial call, and we could tell he's extremely experienced in what he does. After we signed the contract, DJ Jeremy and his business partner and wife Jeannine sent over comprehensive guides of what they needed from us prior to our wedding date. It was very helpful to have organized requests and made it easy to share everything I was envisioning for wedding day, from ceremony music to cake cutting music to of course the dance floor music. He was extremely detail oriented, double checking with us on the exact timing of some of our selected songs (e.g. playing a song right as we had our first kiss). On the day of, it was so nice to hear all the fun music we chose throughout the day, like for cocktail hour and dinner. Jeremy even secretly coordinated ahead of time with one of our bridesmaids to play a snippet of a surprise song during one of the toasts, which was a very fun surprise. Jeannine was a fantastic MC, hyping up the crowd and making sure we moved according to the timeline. And of course, DJ Jeremy did a spectacular job with the dance floor music, assessing the audience and transitioning songs seamlessly. One of the best choices he made was adding one additional "last song" that was on my must-play list, which was a huge hit with everyone - he knew my audience better than I did. I'd recommend DJ Jeremy Productions for any future event! Jeremy and Jeannine are spectacular at what they do.

The both of them did a great job helping us make lasting memories. Collin did great with our ceremony, cocktail area, and reception. He hit every cue perfectly at the ceremony. His mixing is killer and he made sure to play our staples and was still accommodating to guest requests. The photobooth was very popular. Though it was a bit expensive - you get what you pay for. We thought about going with a self-setup photobooth but are glad we didnt. We didnt have to worry about a thing. Jeremy and Jeanine helped make sure the design was good for our photobooth. Antoine set everything up on time and was ready for our guests for the whole night. You get to have virtual copies of the photos and the quality is very good.
