Once you know it's there, you never forget it! It can be incredibly busy and hard to navigate inside. That, and a lack of seating during the busiest times, are really my only complaints. There are a few seats in the main area, there is an upstairs (we love to take our food here!), some seats outside, and out in the mall. You can get free water, or purchase flavored drinks. There is usually always a small table with bread samples to try. The kids menu has been tested and approved by my daughter. You can pack your own "to go" upstairs, which I appreciate. In the springtime, the chocolate macadamia is off the hook. Getting a drink there is worth it. Chetan and crew consistently make stellar hot drinks. Make sure you pick up a frequent sippers card or have them start a card when you buy a pound of coffee for discounts. Best chocolate covered espresso beans ANYWHERE (Andy's chocolate covered cappuccino beans are nasty in comparison). I even buy coffee beans to give to my employees, who get psyched when they smell their favorite beans. I don't particularly like shopping in malls. What sets Shaloka apart from Tai Chi is their fruit bowls (Açai and Pitaya/Dragonfruit) and also their Signature Bowls. The fruit bowls are super refreshing and are akin to a smoothie in a spoon and bowl format. Their Signature Bowls also take the guesswork out of it. They are recipes that have already been tested.
