I've also had a manager tell me a product was not in stock, but when I went to ask a customer service associate about an alternative, she found the product was in stock. Yay for Tabatha (hope I got the name right)! If it weren't for her on three different occasions now, I probably wouldn't go to this location anymore. Fortunately, she saved me from potential issues on more than one occasion. So as long as she works there, I will keep going.

My kitchen was supposed to take one week to complete. My contact there began avoiding my phone calls, more so than usual after the problems began. If that doesn't speak of the professionalism of this outfit, I don't know what does. There is no reason my kitchen should have taken this amount of time other than sheer incompetence and absolutely no attention to detail. The process has been a nightmare and I have received no apology of any sort from Kitchen Express II but I would expect nothing less of them given their track record thus far. After multiple calls on a day that my contact quite obviously refused to answer or call me back (and the person in question WAS in the office), I did finally receive a phone call from the owner claiming he "couldn't do anything else for me". I guess it was my fault that his incompetent employee measured incorrectly, ordered the wrong parts THREE times and the installer tried to pass off shoddy and hurried craftsmanship as "the way it's supposed to be". Apparently he was doing me a big favor by actually fixing the problems his employees were responsible for. What Kitchen Express II has done for me is give me multiple headaches, a ton of lost time and massive inconvenience for 4 months. As I pointed out above, many mistakes were made through-out this debacle with wrong parts being ordered several times, poor measuring which resulted in a less than desirable look and towards the end, sloppy and hurried craftsmanship as the contractor obviously just wanted to finish. My patience has been tried to the point of wanting to explode and I am normally a very laid-back person. I have come to accept some of the slightly less noticeable mistakes in an effort to draw this painful process to a close. Sadly, it is now certain that I will have to live with some of the larger mistakes as well. Needless to say, I would avoid Kitchen Express II like the plague for any sort of work in your home unless you're a masochist that enjoys incredibly frustrating, long, drawn-out home remodeling projects that result in a "mostly ok" finished project.

However, the OEM LMP-C200 bulb actually burnt out about a month later, and thus it was still covered under warranty. I worked with Projectorquest.com and they took my return & sought to get me my replacement (under warranty). I'll admit that there was some slow communication from Projectorquest.com. The replacement bulb I expected on December 6th, turned out to be 'out of stock,' and they would not receive one until 2012. I did not learn this until four to five days after my expected delivery date. I wanted my bulb sooner than that, so I decided to request a refund and purchased Projectorquest.com's Generic-Compatible LMP-C200 bulb. They refunded & then I made my purchase with them & there were no more issues. 2years5months later.... This bulb is what I am actually reviewing. It's been 2years5months and I've clocked over 2500hours on my replacement bulb before it finally croaked. Definitely worth the money & I am very happy with my purchase. I plan on purchasing my new replacement from Projectorquest.com again. My summary, service might be a little subpar (I dealt with Korean sounding names, so maybe different culture?) Super high ceilings, local art on the walls, comfortable seats, and friendly folks behind the counter. While I don't drink coffee, I was purchasing nine pounds of coffee (it's a stocking stuffer in our family) for other people. It seems like Union Place typically has an excellent and varied selection of different beans, but it was too close to Christmas and they were running low on it all. My friend came out from behind the counter, and helped my navigate what was still available. I got a lot of beans, they ground them for me for the right filters (while I sat in a very comfortable chair), and I was out of there. If you actually drink coffee, I bet you'll like this place even better than I do.
