Really cool coffee shop with a great atmosphere. The inside is very pretty, and allows for some shopping if you're into plants and trinkets. The drink menu had some creative options that you don't see everywhere, which I appreciated. That said, the prices felt a little steep for what you get. I got a tiny coffee and I paid a little over $7 for. I also didn't see any gluten free options for food. It would be nice if they offered a GF bagel or something so that us gluten free folks can have an option. Still worth checking out for the vibe and trying something different! I've been here several times and always received great service in a nice setting. The drinks are ready quickly and everything I've gotten has been delicious. My favorite go-to is the pandan latte with oat milk. Stop by because of their drink menu. It has some creative options and they sell Vietnamese coffee. I think the owner is Vietnamese. Ordered a French Toast Latte, pretty good. The cinnamon and vanilla provided richness to the coffee and also soften the espresso intensity. Monkey bread I ordered was kinda dry. Taste like a day old. Also their workers have a stern look. Were they having a bad day. Since they are locate in a floral shop. Both side of the business are nicely decorated. Love the high vaulted ceiling and skylight window. read more

Delicious and unique lattes and beautiful ambiance-- what's not to love! We stopped by on a Saturday mid-morning, and it was absolutely packed. There were no seats to be found. I ordered the maple latte (a fall seasonal drink) which was delicious. I really want to try some of their more unique drinks when I return. Their space is beautiful, with lots of natural light and beautiful plant arrangements. They share a space with Stacy K florals, which I think is the perfect pairing because it makes the coffee shop a beautiful place to hang out or sit and study. I absolutely love Winter Swan Coffee! I love coming here with friends and sitting in their spacious seating area. The inside is absolutely beautiful as it's also part of Stacy K floral there's so many little trinkets to look at and beautiful plants to buy. Every time I come I try something new but my last two favorites have been the Lemoncello Matcha latte, which was housemate dairy free and vegan lemon sauce, Matcha and milk. And my other favorite was the Figsmary matcha latte, which was house made figs and rosemary syrup with unsweetened Matcha and milk. I also had an absolutely delicious strawberry rice crispy treat here by so belly happy. It was amazing! The staff here is super friendly and make your drinks very quick even though it can get pretty busy in there. Overall, it's a great place to grab a yummy drink and hang out with friends! read more

I've been hearing a lot of good things about Winter Swan, so we went to check it out on a Friday morning around 10:30. The inside of the coffee shop is also shared by a florist/gift shop, so there was lots of things to peruse while we made our way to the counter and while waiting for our drinks. My fiance ordered a pumpkin spice latte, and I tried the pandan latte for something a little different. I've never tried pandan flavoring before so I don't have much to go off of, but to me it tasted pretty good. My fiance felt his latte was up to standard as well. The presentation of the drinks is really lovely too, which elevates the experience. The drinks are a little pricey but that sort of comes with the territory of a more artisanal coffee shop. I do wish there were more baked goods selections, I only saw 4, but maybe I didn't look hard enough for other options. There's seating in the back behind the retail shop area, but be warned that despite there being a lot of tables, it's hard to find a seat. We were in competition with a lot of people who were there solo to work on laptops, so there's not a lot of table turnover. Not necessarily a bad thing, but one thing I love about a coffee shop is reliably finding a spot to sit and chat, so this place may not always be an option for that. read more

Perfect! No notes! A must-do Rochester coffee shop experience. As a Philly girl, I gasped when I saw the Elixr coffee bags sitting out on the table, and was even more delighted to hear that they utilize Elixr beans for their cafe brews. A fun worlds colliding moment for me! Winter Swan is nestled inside of Stacy K. The shop itself is completely stunning with gifts, plants, and now delicious coffee and seating as well. My sister and I both went with the French Toast latte (hers iced, mine hot with oat milk), and thought it was fabulous. Beautiful latte art is the cherry on top of a delicious beverage. I will be back every time I am visiting family in Rochester! Great to have this gem of a shop in the NOTA neighborhood, contributing to ROC's forever thriving beverage scene. read more

The lattes here are really tasty, but pretty expensive. I paid nearly $10 for a matcha latte with the tip. They charge extra if you want it sweetened (I chose honey). My boyfriend and I are on a road trip to Niagara Falls and after a subpar matcha experience in Syracuse, I saw this place was AAPI owned and wanted to check it out. The ambiance is sooo beautiful in this little shop. It's adjacent to a flower/candle shop. We asked our barista whether they get the drinks hot or iced and she was helpful in providing insight. I got one of their seasonal drinks - an iced Jasmine Matcha latte with oat milk and my boyfriend got a French Toast latte. I knew my matcha was going to be good the minute I saw the bright green ceremonial grade color and it didn't disappoint (nor did my boyfriend's drink either). We sat in a space that was semi arboretum looking and it seems like a great place for people to work or study as it's quiet and has got wifi. I visited this cafe while visiting the town of Rochester. I got to park right in front of the store (Saturday 10am) but not sure the usual parking situation around here is. The cafe has so many cute and nice things like plants, flowers, jewelry, stickers and more! This is such a fun store to look/shop around. The menu is not huge and they don't have sugar free options (some things can be made with no sugar though) but my husband really enjoyed cappuccino and my matcha latte was...ok (I wish the matcha flavor/scent was stronger). There is a space to eat/drink inside and 1 table outside. The line was pretty long but the service was fast. Plus you can get lost in looking at things while you wait so you don't feel like you are waiting for a long time. Overall, good and interesting place and the bakery next door is delicious! There is an amazing amount of seating in the back of the cafe and would be an ideal place to meet with and talk with friends. I often find myself craving something pandan flavored and Winter Swan always fulfills that craving. The pandan latte is what keeps me coming back. A close second is the pandan cookie--if that's available, I'll get that with the butterfly pea latte or Vietnamese coffee. The drinks are made with love here and it's AAPI-owned so you know that Vietnamese coffee is authentic! As for the space itself, it's beautiful. It is my preferred cafe to study at. Tall ceilings so that you don't feel cramped. It's inside a floral shop so you walk by so many beautiful things on your way to find a table. Clean and accessible bathrooms. The only downfall is that there are no outlets; however, that's not the fault of the owners of winter swan since they are a coffee shop located within another shop. But come with your laptop charged. There is a good amount of seating--however, this place is very popular so it fills up quick in the mornings. I find it usually empties out by the afternoon. read more

If I had the money to open up my own shop, Winter Swan Coffee would be the realization of my dreams!!! It's combined with Stacy K, which is a floral/candles/aesthetics shop that really tickles my fancy. Once you've finished perusing the fares you can grab some coffee, but be careful if you're coming here for work because you might get sucked into looking at the wares for a disgustingly long amount of time, oops. I'm a simple girly--I see pandan, I get it LOL. Their pandan has a wonderful nutty aroma, think brown butter, with a soothing undercurrent of sweetness. I got decaf, and it seems that the coffee doesn't have much astringency, which is totally up my alley. They share a seating area with Nosh and the Truth Collective, I think, so there is ample seating. The only con is that there aren't a any electrical outlets, so once I run out of battery no more Yelp reviews for me :( You can definitely see the AAPI influence, with flavors like Dalgona, Hojicha, Oolong Chai, and Bạc Xỉu (which is a lighter version version of Vietnamese coffee). I'm super tempted to grab a to-go cup once I leave, and maybe grab a perfume as well! read more

The coffee shop is small and inside of a flower shop. It's has a pretty neat atmosphere. Plants everywhere. Barista was very friendly. And There is plenty of space to sit in the back. So if you don't like super sweet things, just get something without sugar. My husband had a cappuccino and said he enjoyed it. I would definitely go back and try something basic without sugar. I really love taking my friends here. The ambience is great. I love their coffee but my favorite thing is the butterfly pea flower tea. It tastes like lavender but it's this beautiful blue color. I believe one could also make bouquets. I ordered the butterfly pea latte iced and it was just okay - didn't really taste much. Tried a bit of my friend's pandan cookie and it was delicious. Was also recommended said to try their drinks hot as they are better that way so I will be doing that next time. Winter Swan Coffee was in walking distance from the George Eastman house after we went there for the gingerbread showcase. Winter Swan Coffee is in the Neighborhood of the Arts in Rochester and has a few other local businesses inside which makes it a perfect one-stop-shop if you need a unique gift, flower or plant, and a latte to keep you going. I chose the Butterfly Pea Latte and that consisted of: butterfly pea protein, vanilla, and lavender. The butterfly pea protein has a real nice mellow flavor and gives the drink a natural blue hue. It comes from a plant and has many health benefits. The other drinks that were ordered were the French toast latte, matcha latte, and a regular latte. My husband and I live in Buffalo but want to try to visit again when we come home for the holidays!! read more

I've visited the winter swan coffee cart a few times and I'm happy they have a physical location now in the NOTA area. It is located with Stacy K florist, next to Scratch Bakery and Nosh. There is plenty of street parking right in front. Stacy K floral arrangements are decorated beautifully all over the store with many cute trinkets and random gifts. The space is gorgeous. I've gotten the Butterfly Pea Latte and Pandan Latte many times and I love them, $5 a cup. Everyone here is so nice and drinks are done fairly quickly. So Belly Happy drops off goodies here and they are so good! I highly recommend coming here to catch up with a friend or just to sit and hang out. You won't be disappointed. read more

Just an FYI there is a lovely little area to sit and I don't doubt it's gonna be a favorite of locals during the fall and winter months it's very chic.
