It was my first pumpkin spice of the season which was delicious. 20 minutes for a pumpkin spice cold brew. The wait time said it would have been ready far before it actually was. Not a great job managing expectations. I understand finding help is difficult. That's ok, but give accurate wait times. read more

A tried and true Starbucks stop for when you need your caffeine fix while in Victor (though timing of your order - and how busy they are - can make a big difference in service). I was finishing up my sauna time at Lumos (the nearby infrared sauna studio - located a bit further into the same plaza) today, so opted to pre-order an iced pistachio latte + Impossible breakfast sandwich for post-sauna, curbside pickup. While I've been inside this store before (it feels like being in someone's cozy home rather than the more typical Starbucks setup), I appreciated the curbside pickup option during this era of coronavirus. After placing my order in the app (customizing my latte and all), I finished gathering my things, paid for my sauna time, and left the studio... only to drive the short distance to curbside pickup spot #2. I tapped the "I'm here" button in the app, selected spot #2 from the options, and a masked barista was out to deliver my order just a short time thereafter. So convenient! It's worth noting that I've tried the pistachio drinks from Starbucks a couple times now, and they always leave me wishing for more pistachio. This time around, my drink was made with a delightful amount of pistachio flavoring. My sandwich could have been a *wee* bit hotter, but the temperature difference wasn't really an issue (it was warm enough). Honestly, the only real downside I've experienced here is that they can tend to be either sold out or not carry some of the snack / food items that I want to order from time to time (and can find in most every other Starbucks). I would have added an extra breakfast sandwich to my order to enjoy later in the day, for example, but they didn't have any available (a turkey bacon, cheddar, and egg white sandwich). read more

Many Starbucks are a dime a dozen. But this one has an eclectic feel inside and out. In fact, it's not as obvious from first look that it is actually a Starbucks. It feels more like you're in an old house with friendly residents, er baristas, serving up fresh hot coffee. Inside, there are plenty of places to set up a laptop or crack open a book in comfort. Better yet, during the pandemic, they offered up curb-side service. And during each order, a masked barista came out with my coffee at the appointed time. Well done all around. read more

I'm honestly super upset, so I'm from out of town but used to live in pittsford /victor area and come for holidays. I always enjoy coming to this Starbucks and in Albany where I currently live, when you go in and get your Mobil order you're allowed to grab an item that's ready while you wait for the other item, if that makes sense. I saw a mocha frap waiting and figured it might be mine (I had ordered it 10+ minutes prior) and I go to turn the drink around ONLY to see if it had my name.. and this lady (short blondish hair) basically pushed my hand away and said "we'll call your name when it's all ready." I'm like woah ok and she said it so fricken loud that everyone waiting heard. It's Black Friday so ofcourse everyone in the world was getting their coffee after shopping so I felt like people stared at me. She said it in such a rude manor, not to mention pushing my hand away? I totally understand being busy and what not but what the hell. Also, what's the harm in being able to drink my Frappuccino while waiting for my food? Unbelievable. read more

Why did I never know Starbucks makes an 8oz short-sized drink?!?! It's not listed on the menu board... Sometimes you want the taste of a sweeten beverage and don't need all billion calorie-laden ounces of the larger sizes. I discovered this fact online when researching their holiday drinks. During my visit they were running a promotion for their Holiday drinks BUY ONE GET ONE FREE! So I got (2) 8oz drinks for the price of one... I tried the Gingerbread Latte (DELICIOUS!) and the Caramel Brûlée Latte (DELICIOUS as well). I'm not used to sweet things so I only had about 1/2 of each. Definitely will return! read more

This Starbucks location gets very busy during the day, so be warned: there will sometimes not be much room for seating, especially if you arrive during peak hours, as was once the case for a friend and I. However, this location is ideal for working, even late into the night- it's open 'til 10:00PM and has a nice array of tables, many of which are conveniently located near outlets. I was a little cold in here when working the other day, needing to put my jacket on. This is a small problem that I'm sure has been exasperated by the December temperatures outside. I come here from Farmington to get work done all the time. Service is kind, attentive and competent, though often busy and seemingly in a rush. read more

Everyone knows Starbucks. It's one of the most iconic places to get a high end cup of coffee. However, the Starbucks up on point drive right cross the mall is so much nicer than most Starbucks. No I'm not just saying that because it's on my way to work but because of the way they set up the place. They have a lounge section for people who are hanging out and reading and need a minute to recuperate and then they also have a section where there is a long table for people to work at. This is a unique Starbucks as the layout is like an old cobblestone (ask anyone from upstate NY) home. This is a great Starbucks for working. Although there is technically that coffee stand within Eastview Mall, the best word to describe that location is chaos. It's really an express. I know this is a Starbucks but seriously, I think this is the closest you may come to knowing how this place may have been as a small neighborhood staple in Seattle. The staff is super friendly. They're the kind of baristas who would remember your overly complicated order the second time around, as evidenced by them remembering my friend's order for a "venti mocha with skim in a grande cup with three splenda and extra whip". Really? They hug customers and reference the conversation you've had the day before about upcoming weddings and the weather. Can I take one of them home? It doesn't hurt that this place is set up in what used to be an old farmhouse. It still has the cozy feel of a place that used to house a farmer and his family. I've been frequenting this store since it's opened. The lines are very long, especially on weekends when they know they will be busy. I've never been there when there have been 2 people on register, it's always one. Today there was a 'manager' there who was more concerned with filling the egg bites than helping. My drink order was wrong (and has been a few times here) and I had to wait even longer. Since the remodel, the space is very cramped for waiting. I don't know who they consulted but the flow is terrible. The charm of the cobblestone house is gone as well. Poor choice of tables and chairs. Just disappointing. read more

This is a very cute and quaint location of Starbucks. A few years ago, when I went for the first time, my husband and I saw on the Starbucks App that we were near a location, and we Mapquested it - and kept missing it, and kept missing it, and it would recalculate, and I was so annoyed --- that's because if this is your first time here, it's a small cobblestone building, with a small(ish) Starbucks sign (tasteful and I am sure anything bigger would not be allowed by the town). So - if you are having trouble finding it - that's why :) I have always had great service here. Like other reviews - parking does stink - it's a challenge, and there is no drive-thru (obviously) which is sometimes a dealbreaker for some. The staff is friendly, and it is bigger inside than it looks from the outside. It would be nice if they could set up more outdoor seating than they have now. read more

I feel bad for everyone that ordered a Frappuccino or Mocha Latte Grande Espresso Flat Whipped because dang that line was long and girls were stealing old ladies drinks and the barista was giving sass to the cashier about helping. This place is still getting organized. Staff very nice but there were enough to move us around and serve us better than was done.
