Napolis is always a go-to for me especially since it's next to where I do swim practice so every time I finish up I always grab a bite from there.I always get the garlic knot slider in chicken parm. Everything is so good every time. Definitely one of my favorites! read more

We ordered a full tray of Chicken Scarpiella today.... We spent a lot of money again! We love the food however this is the 4 th time the order was wrong. We have repeatedly ordered and it has been missing some of the ingredients... went over exactly what we wanted over the phone and as restau workers for MANY years received the wrong order and unfortunately are done with this place after the owner called us liars and was very rude as to their mistake yet again... WE ARE DONE! read more

This place is horrendous now. Used to be good but since they changed some recently, staff is nasty, they actually withheld food today, as my child was crying in hunger, although I paid. I paid for the food, but they did not honor my order because it was ordered form an old platform. They demanded cash from a kid then credit card info, all the while the little kid is crying for food after an hour and a half of ordering food, they came and still would not give the food until payment is confirmed. I have the receipt and now I will have to report this to Consumer affairs, for suffering that has caused due to theie faulty app and system. Just read recent reviews with food contamination and illegal business tactics, I will have to bring on the state inspection and the Federal trade commission. read more

The quality of the food is declining. We've had hair in our pizza twice and the latest pie smells strange. Turns out that the wax paper they put in the pizza box smells like mildew, which transferred to the pizza. read more

Feeling jipped. I ordered 4 pepperoni slices and was charge 18.50 when a large 8 slice pepperoni pie is 19.50. The math is off. I paid with no complaint because I will never return again. The end. read more

Food was okay. The food has a fishy aftertaste to it and the restaurant smelt very fishy. Not sure what was being cooked but the smell was lingering and overwhelming. read more

Love this place! The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is always excellent. I ordered catering twice for the same day, and they said yes that it was possible --super accommodating. Highly recommend! read more

We had a catered lunch for the office last week. The food is always nicley warmed, not scorching hot. They provide plates, napkins, serving utensils, cutlery & cups. The sausage and peppers were very nice but the ratio of peppers/ onion to sausage was 3:1. The eggplant Parmigiano was delish not too saucy & the chicken francese was on point. The salad is crisp never wilted and garlic bread is fresh never over buttered or oily. My only disappointment were the meatballs and the ravioli. The meatballs always seem to be very salty and the ravioli are stuck to one another, making it very difficult to get a serving without tearing the attached ravioli. read more

Cannot believe this happened again - Love their pizza but you cannot call in an order! Last 3 times now we have called and they have no order when we get there- there won't be a 4th! Btw when your customer makes it clear an error occurred, you shouldn't accuse them of making the error! Speak to the young girl answering the phone! read more

We normally order their cheesesteak pie and pizza, and yesterday we tried their catering delivery for a party and were very pleased with the food. We ordered the manicotti pasta tray, the chicken parm tray, antipasto salad tray, grandma pizza and their cheesesteak pie, and they were a great hit. The food arrived hot and very carefully wrapped. They also sent different types of bread and butter. Very good option for catering! read more

Keeps getting better! Ordered the Grandma Pie today - it's phenomenal! The fresh mozzarella and the Garlic on this crispy crust is amazing! Also ordered our favorite pepperoni/sausage rolls they are so good! My 7 year old ordered his favorite - the black angus cheeseburger with sautéed onions and bacon cooked perfect every time - (thank you for the fries they taste great nice and crispy) I earned points on the Napoli's app and received free zeppolis they were a huge hit. We also ordered a garlic knot meatball slider its really delicious too! Really nice polite delivery driver every time . Thank you again! read more

I'm updating because as of late, there's always a mistake when I order delivery. What is worse is that they debate what is missing or whatever I'm calling to let them know was not included. And then to boot their only way to make it right is to refund me a portion of the cost of the meal!!! Ridiculous!! read more

I think I got a reheated pizza. I thought it would be good now that one of the jerks left and opened a crappy chain. Unfortunately the pizza really went downhill. You know what a reheated pizza looks like the day after. This was definitely not fresh. The cheese was hard and slick-no Bueno. Dry crust-it was like eating cardboard and the only reason we ate it was out of pure hunger. Terrible read more

We ordered Napoli's for my son's birthday party yesterday, everyone at the party raved about the quality of the food. the pizza was absolutely delicious and their sandwiches were UNBELIEVABLE. I ordered a 3ft chicken cutlet sandwich, they make their own focaccia bread that the sandwiches come on, it was soft, seasoned and one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. They delivered at the exact time I asked and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them! read more

Ordered pizza here on Saturday night. Young girl always answers phone. She never reads the order back which leads it to be messed up a good amount of time. Ordered a pizza was told 15 minutes. When i got there... i saw them just putting my pizza in. After waiting an additional 15 minutes in the restaurant my pizza finally came out. The pizza was completely undercooked. I understand being busy. But tell me 35 minutes for pick up, and cook the pizza right. Smh. read more

This place was recently bought by new owners -who have worked very hard to make excellent pizzas and have expanded the menu; it seems that they are consistently on-site regardless of the time of day. Extremely friendly and always asking for feedback on the food service et cetera. Definitely a gem in our area, friendly, polite, reasonably priced and great food!!! read more

01/10/18 UPDATE: NAPOLI FOR THE WIN!! Thank you NAPOLIS for DELIVERING!!! I didn't realize how precious delivery was to me until I called several other lazy pizza spots nearby! Thank you for great tasting pizza, nothing short of authentic, and fresh! I'm up to around my 6th order with you guys! & I appreciate it! From now on I'll skip calling other spots Ps: pretty please add zeppole to your menu! I've only order from here once, but I'll be changing that soon. The staff is super nice and helpful. They're very busy, and there's a lot going on, but there are very patient and helpful. You don't feel rushed at all. I had even opted to wait outside because inside was packed, and a very nice young lady actually brought my pizzas out to me! The pizza was EXCELLENT! The perfect amount of everything! It tasted fresh, and delicious! Definitely give this spot a try! They're customer service is rare! You won't find it anywhere else. Not will you find great pizza like this! read more

Who in their right mind sends pizza out like this ?!!! New owner of NAPOLIS that's who. The small pepperoni pie as you can see looks like they just threw the pepperoni. The other, the Sicilian pie, I had to go back with it, told the owner it's chard, his response: "what, where? (Insert scoff here) That's not chard, slightly burnt on the edge." Are you kidding me! Never going back! New owners with tude. What a jerk. read more

I called the restaurant because I was missing an entire pie from my order. The man on the phone said that it was his fault and he screwed up the order and would deliver the pie I was missing right away. The restaurant called me back about 15 min later and said the boss would not allow the delivery even though it was their mistake. They said I could come and get it. I explained I could not do that and that is why I chose delivery because I currently have a play date going on in my house. I was basically told too bad. I will never order from them again read more

Really disappointed in this place. Just moved to the area and thought this might become our local pizza joint. When we stopped in one recent Sunday about 1:30 pm, my wife and I encountered 5 mask-less employees laughing and carrying on with nary a care about the ongoing pandemic. One worker went to leave, but stopped in the doorway to finish his conversation with someone still standing near the back behind the counter. He was speaking very loudly, and directly in our direction ... about canceling their tee-time at an area golf course later that day. The complete lack of awareness, general intelligence, and respect for fellow humans -- to say nothing about "valued" customers -- will ensure we will never ever be back. Didn't even wait for our slices to heat up, so I have no idea if the food was good or not. read more

I just went to Napolis pizza. Saw this young kid that works there going from convenience store inside. Saw him touching the main door, eating candy (twizzler in his mouth, grossly sucking) and touching my potential food without washing hands or putting gloves. I asked him nicely if he could wash his hands. He tells me no and when I started walking out, screams at me "overreacting like everyone else". This is great. He will get other people potentially sick and definitely not sanitary if he is like that when there is a pandemic going. read more

The lemonade on my order was canceled. I tried to replace it with water and was told I could not. I tried to buy a bottle of water and could not. I had to call back and ask for a delivery order for water. Could have saved ourselves both a ton of pain if I could have just paid for the water separately from the get go. Also, I asked for plates, cups, and napkins. They said they would deliver plates, cups, and napkins. But, they did not deliver plates, cups, and napkins. read more

This Pizza has gone from bad to worse! I had a slice today and I have to say it was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The cheese was burnt and the sauce was disgusting. HA! I remember this place from High School. I remember the BBQ Chicken pizza. That was some good pizza. Yum. No one here respects good BBQ chicken pizza. It's usually healthy this and healthy that and let's put avocadoes on everything (OMG I LOVE AVOCADOES! OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE I SAID OMG!), and I can respect healthy, but what I can respect more is BBQ chicken pizza. And plain pizza. Yeah. That works, too. Pepperoni. Sometimes we'd get slices after school. We? We who? I wish I knew. People I hung out with in high school. My high school sweetheart. I remember going here once or twice with him. And the girls! A pretty solid pizza place that has some yummy specialty slices. Definitely go for the buffalo chicken pizza while you're here along with an order of garlic knots. I don't know who this new owner "Jimmy" guy is or when he took over the place, but his customer service, attitude problem, and horrifying example he sets for his employees is unacceptable to say the least. I just want to preface this by sharing the fact that I've worked in delis and restaurants as a manager, so don't think this is coming from a naive perspective. In addition, I've been coming to this place since high school, which was like 25 years ago, when they still had a payphone in the lot! I just moved back to the town and started ordering from here again to see if I'd I like the food. It was good, so I continued to order for take out. I walk in on what I thought would be a busy Friday night during dinner, to pick up almost $70 worth of food. Nobody is busy, no phones are ringing. There are 6 employees behind the counter. The owner has his back turned to me, pretending that he doesn't see me. The rest don't make eye contact. An employee is working the oven. Another one is kneading pizza. Another is complaining to the owner about what seemed to be money that was owed to him. Another one walks out of the back and starts complaining about some ridiculous nonsense to the owner. Another one must've been the delivery guy waiting around for the next delivery standing around in a phone trance. The restaurant phone is still not ringing and there are still no new customers behind me. I stood at the register for at least a solid 3-4 minutes only to see how long it would finally take for someone to acknowledge my presence. There was no one in the place except for me, the employees, and one set of customers already eating at a table. Nobody acknowledged the fact that I was there AT ALL! I thought I had died and was now a ghost who was not visible. I walked across the entire front counter, over to the fridge, grabbed a 2liter, brought it back to the counter, and still..nothing. I'd also like to point out that this place hasn't changed in at least 25 years and probably hasn't been cleaned in that long either. Here's the problem. I counted six people behind the counter including the owner. Nothing important was being discussed. I say "excuse me"?! The owner turns around and pretends to be surprised. He says to me "are you being helped"? I reply "no I'm not, I've been standing here waiting to pick up my food and you are all standing here ignoring me!" You can imagine how the conversation went from there. Jimmy must've binged watched all of the episodes of The Sopranos the night before. He did not expect or respond well to such criticism. As I left, one of the employees smiled at me and actually whispered 'thank you!'. I didn't even check on the spot at that point, but when I finally got my food, the order was missing an item of course. I was too exhausted to even deal with it. Unfortunately, this unprofessional entitled behavior has become standard in many places, especially in these 'ma n pa' shops. The other RECENT reviewers are completely correct in their observations and assessments. These 'ma n pa' types whine and complain that the big franchises are coming to get them and put them out of business all the time. I hate to say it but the reality is that a silly place like McDonald's or Domino's run like a perfectly calibrated machine. They stay open late, get your order right (most of the time), give you a greeting, fix mistakes rather than make excuses. I see delis open from like 11-3 Tues-Fri. Really?... These places don't want to compete, they just want it to be their way or no way at all. What an embarrassment to the community. There are plenty of other amazing pizza places to choose from, all around here. read more
