Keeps getting better! Ordered the Grandma Pie today - it's phenomenal! The fresh mozzarella and the Garlic on this crispy crust is amazing! We ordered Napoli's for my son's birthday party yesterday, everyone at the party raved about the quality of the food. the pizza was absolutely delicious and their sandwiches were UNBELIEVABLE. We had a catered lunch for the office last week. The food is always nicley warmed, not scorching hot. They provide plates, napkins, serving utensils, cutlery & cups. The sausage and peppers were very nice but the ratio of peppers/ onion to sausage was 3:1. The eggplant Parmigiano was delish not too saucy & the chicken francese was on point. The salad is crisp never wilted and garlic bread is fresh never over buttered or oily. My only disappointment were the meatballs and the ravioli. The meatballs always seem to be very salty and the ravioli are stuck to one another, making it very difficult to get a serving without tearing the attached ravioli. read more

This place was recently bought by new owners -who have worked very hard to make excellent pizzas and have expanded the menu; it seems that they are consistently on-site regardless of the time of day. Extremely friendly and always asking for feedback on the food service et cetera. Definitely a gem in our area, friendly, polite, reasonably priced and great food!!! read more

01/10/18 UPDATE: NAPOLI FOR THE WIN!! Thank you NAPOLIS for DELIVERING!!! I didn't realize how precious delivery was to me until I called several other lazy pizza spots nearby! Thank you for great tasting pizza, nothing short of authentic, and fresh! I'm up to around my 6th order with you guys! & I appreciate it! From now on I'll skip calling other spots Ps: pretty please add zeppole to your menu! I've only order from here once, but I'll be changing that soon. The staff is super nice and helpful. They're very busy, and there's a lot going on, but there are very patient and helpful. You don't feel rushed at all. I had even opted to wait outside because inside was packed, and a very nice young lady actually brought my pizzas out to me! The pizza was EXCELLENT! The perfect amount of everything! I called the restaurant because I was missing an entire pie from my order. The man on the phone said that it was his fault and he screwed up the order and would deliver the pie I was missing right away. The restaurant called me back about 15 min later and said the boss would not allow the delivery even though it was their mistake. They said I could come and get it. When we stopped in one recent Sunday about 1:30 pm, my wife and I encountered 5 mask-less employees laughing and carrying on with nary a care about the ongoing pandemic. One worker went to leave, but stopped in the doorway to finish his conversation with someone still standing near the back behind the counter. He was speaking very loudly, and directly in our direction ... about canceling their tee-time at an area golf course later that day. The complete lack of awareness, general intelligence, and respect for fellow humans -- to say nothing about "valued" customers -- will ensure we will never ever be back. I just went to Napolis pizza. Saw this young kid that works there going from convenience store inside. Saw him touching the main door, eating candy (twizzler in his mouth, grossly sucking) and touching my potential food without washing hands or putting gloves. A pretty solid pizza place that has some yummy specialty slices. Definitely go for the buffalo chicken pizza while you're here along with an order of garlic knots. I will warn you though, if you're on a diet you may want to stay away from their specialty slices. I don't know who this new owner "Jimmy" guy is or when he took over the place, but his customer service, attitude problem, and horrifying example he sets for his employees is unacceptable to say the least. I just want to preface this by sharing the fact that I've worked in delis and restaurants as a manager, so don't think this is coming from a naive perspective. In addition, I've been coming to this place since high school, which was like 25 years ago, when they still had a payphone in the lot! I just moved back to the town and started ordering from here again to see if I'd I like the food. It was good, so I continued to order for take out. I walk in on what I thought would be a busy Friday night during dinner, to pick up almost $70 worth of food. Nobody is busy, no phones are ringing. There are 6 employees behind the counter. The owner has his back turned to me, pretending that he doesn't see me. The rest don't make eye contact. An employee is working the oven. Another one is kneading pizza. Another is complaining to the owner about what seemed to be money that was owed to him. Another one walks out of the back and starts complaining about some ridiculous nonsense to the owner. Another one must've been the delivery guy waiting around for the next delivery standing around in a phone trance. The restaurant phone is still not ringing and there are still no new customers behind me. I stood at the register for at least a solid 3-4 minutes only to see how long it would finally take for someone to acknowledge my presence. There was no one in the place except for me, the employees, and one set of customers already eating at a table. Nobody acknowledged the fact that I was there AT ALL! I thought I had died and was now a ghost who was not visible. I walked across the entire front counter, over to the fridge, grabbed a 2liter, brought it back to the counter, and still..nothing. I'd also like to point out that this place hasn't changed in at least 25 years and probably hasn't been cleaned in that long either. Here's the problem. I counted six people behind the counter including the owner. Nothing important was being discussed. I say "excuse me"?! The owner turns around and pretends to be surprised. He says to me "are you being helped"? I reply "no I'm not, I've been standing here waiting to pick up my food and you are all standing here ignoring me!" You can imagine how the conversation went from there. Jimmy must've binged watched all of the episodes of The Sopranos the night before. He did not expect or respond well to such criticism. As I left, one of the employees smiled at me and actually whispered 'thank you!'. I didn't even check on the spot at that point, but when I finally got my food, the order was missing an item of course. I was too exhausted to even deal with it. Unfortunately, this unprofessional entitled behavior has become standard in many places, especially in these 'ma n pa' shops. The other RECENT reviewers are completely correct in their observations and assessments. These 'ma n pa' types whine and complain that the big franchises are coming to get them and put them out of business all the time. I hate to say it but the reality is that a silly place like McDonald's or Domino's run like a perfectly calibrated machine. They stay open late, get your order right (most of the time), give you a greeting, fix mistakes rather than make excuses. I see delis open from like 11-3 Tues-Fri. Really?... These places don't want to compete, they just want it to be their way or no way at all. What an embarrassment to the community. There are plenty of other amazing pizza places to choose from, all around here. read more
