Bottom of door showing chip. No way a rock could fly up when it is on the trailer and hit this location.

Purchased a new Emira (400 miles). I asked Joe if the car had any blemishes. His response was it's a new car !! Joe didn't bother disclosing a giant rock chip, rock chip on passenger door, light scratches in clear all over the car and bubbling on front bumper. When I called to ask about it Joe immediately got defensive and blamed the carrier. (No way it could have happened on the transport due to location). Do yourself a favor and don't buy from Lotus of Naples (Naples Motorsport).

We purchased a Lotus Emira from Naples Mortorsports or Naples Lotus.   The vehicle was presented in like new condition form the salesperson, Joe P.   When the vehicle arrived it had two big rock chips on the underside of the door and passenger rocker panel.   The car also had multiple loose fasteners on the under body panels as well as improperly torqued lug screws on the front passenger tire.   They claim the car was "thoroughly inspected"!  They also do not have or will not provide any photographic evidence that it wasn't previously damaged.   When Joe P was confronted with these issues he immediately got defensive and rude.  He instantly blamed the carrier without even listening to the complaint.  The rock chips could not have been physically caused while the vehicle was on the transport due to the fact they are protected by the trailers ramps and being on a horizontal surface.   Do yourself a favor and avoid Naples Motorsports and Lotus of Naples.

I've been following this store for a while now and was impressed when they had in the trilogy for sale a couple years back; LaFerrari, P1 and 918, all at the same time. Had I small percentage of Bill Gates' wealth, those 3 cars would have been in my home's 10 car garage. I was traveling to Naples and had time to stop by to see their inventory in collection so my friend and I decided to pay them a visit. After admiring the cars sitting outside, we went inside where Mike approached us and asked us if we needed any assistance; we wish we could have told him we had more to do than just enjoy the environment, but he was more than helpful and friendly. He walked us around the showroom but also took us back to where they do some service and showed us some extremely rare cars. We also toured the enclosed detail and prep area and walked the entire lot. Not only was he extremely knowledgable about every single car on the lot, he never at once tried to sell us, or even treated us as if we were never going to buy a car from them. His professionalism alone is the reason why I will return here to buy my next exotic car...a 720s. If you're looking for that perfect car you may not know you needed, I implore you to give them a look; the cars here are immaculate and you can tell the people who work here take great pride in their automobiles.

Fake Inspections, Stay Away. It was Pre Purchase Inspection for Mclaren Mp-12c. We are the buyers here. They were just inspecting our car (not selling) Our manager Vilem said no leaking, no issues at all and we have the best car ever. When we noticed how friendly he was with an actual seller (smiling, laughing, shaking hands 10 times) we decided to recheck it at Mclaren Palm Beach. Simply shocked!! Leaking everywhere, 14k cost issues found. We have photos, everything. Now, I understand what they were hiding. In Europe it's kinda usual practice (Paid fake inspections) But i would never think it's possible in USA. Dear co-founders, I'm sure you have a brilliant dealership but employees like Vilem, and a tech guy who inspected this car should be fired. Because they ruin your business. I have to share our story with everybody here. P.S. When we asked for a refund (~$450) nobody even answered. How petty...

Horrible how the La Ferrari was represented. Scratches as if it had 50k miles on it it it only had 95 miles on the car. To fix the paint costed 5k. Dugh a flat red color scratches easily guys!!!! 3 plus million dollar car came looking like crap. Ron the sales person on this abortion gone wrong. This being the car

The owner David Rinker & General manager Tim Peck are SCAMMERS & FRAUDS. They refuse to stand by their vehicles. They refuse to abide by their promises prior to purchase. They advertise & promise: "Quality Luxury Cars-- High Quality Inventory--  Meticulously Maintained vehicles that are inspected thoroughly by their Master Technicians to ensure quality prior to placing them for sale." I purchased a vehicle from them 6 months ago. Within the first 2 weeks of ownership, 4 major issues were found on the car. I'm still trying to compell them to take financial responsibility for THEIR product. 3 leaks were discovered & hidden wrecked major damage to the front bumper cover was discovered. I had the hidden wrecked damages repaired for $2,600. The general mgr has refused to reimburse me for the repairs. I recently found out that the 3 leaks are much worse than I thought. On January 7, 2026, I hired a mechanic that specializes in German vehicles to begin work on one of the leaking areas, the oil filter housing & oil cooler gaskets, these repairs are a major undertaking. When he began removing parts, the amount of oil leakage that was found was extensive. Oil leaked everywhere. It's obvious that those gaskets have been leaking for a long time. He also removed the large plastic engine guard that bolts to the underneath of the engine bay. It was saturated wilth huge areas of oil and oil sludge. He then noticed that the engine oil pan drain hole looked as though the drain plug was screwed in with bubble gum. He removed all the gunk and drain plug to discover that the threads of the oil pan drain hole are stripped. The threads can't be repaired. I need a new oil pan. Everything is documented with photos of evidence. I'm in the process to begin suing Autohaus of Naples for $8,000 thru Florida courts. On January 24, 2026, I received a message from a woman that read my many online reviews of Autohaus of Naples. She shared with me that she recently purchased a Mercedes from Autohaus of Naples. While she was driving on the highway, the entire metal roof flew off. She sent me a photo. It's shocking. She mentioned that the general manager, Tim Peck, has refused to compensate her for the major damage & safety issue. Her vehicle is currently not drivable. She shared screen shots of her communications between she and her salesperson and Tim Peck. Tim was as completely unprofessional just as he was with me & refuses to take responsibility for his products just as with me. Some of the online review platforms allow posting photos but some do not. If you have anything to ask me or share with me about Autohaus of Naples, find my Facebook review on their page. You can then message me thru Facebook. STAY AWAY FROM AUTOHAUS OF NAPLES! They are NOT a quality preowned vehicle dealership. Of importance, I have only been able to drive the vehicle about 200 miles during the 6 months of ownership. The vehicle still has less than 60,000 miles & is a 2011. As a result of my complaint against Autohaus of Naples to the Florida BBB on 9/18/2025, Autohaus of Naples now has a lower rating. It has dropped to B- because they ignored the 3 attempts by the BBB to resolve my complaint. Autohaus of Naples is no longer accredited.

Less than two months after purchase, I took the car to Midas for a routine oil change and was told the vehicle had worn rear brakes, a potential oil leak, a cracked driveshaft, low fluids, and filthy cabin and engine filters. These issues clearly existed before I bought the car. When I returned to CarMax, they initially suggested it might be my fault, despite the short ownership period. Photos from Midas proved otherwise. CarMax did provide a loaner, which I appreciate, but their service department has had my car for over 24 hours without even running diagnostics. They have called to ask about the loaner and to say they are have not gotten to my car yet and cannot give a timeline for when my car will be checked or repaired because they are busy. This is especially frustrating during the holiday travel season, when I would much rather have my own vehicle. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the sales process and the service department. I would strongly recommend getting an independent inspection before purchasing from CarMax, regardless of their inspection claims.

From the moment we stepped foot inside- we were enthusiastically welcomed. They run a well-oiled machine. Every level was smooth and professional. It took maybe an hour for them to inspect the truck, get all of our information, run backgrounds and offer us a number. The amount offered was respectful- and we didn't feel taken advantage of one bit. They quickly cut a check and we were on our way. I would absolutely fo business with them again, and I would recommend them.

Pedro was there and was able to assist again. We asked to look at some previously owned vehicles and wanted to look at them in person. We saw a nice black Telluride with the works. Then saw two white Tellirides. I don't love the brownish orange leather interior which killed it for me. But then we saw another beautiful white Telluride that was pretty much new, 2025 with only 6k miles. But there was some small exterior damage and the lining around the back windows needed to be fixed as well, not to mention manual back door lift. Nooooooo!!! Lol. It was great to see the cars in person and compare. We saw someone who just bought a gorgeous matte dark grey Kia Sportage and got to talk to them a bit. They said they were trading in their Audi and BMW for a Kia because Kia's technology is so advanced and you get more luxury options for a fraction of the cost. He said his uncle is trading in his Range Rover for a Telluride too. This is CRAZY to me!!! Ha. But hopeful as I keep hearing Kia has been more popular with the technology and how far they have come in everything! We didn't walk out with a car today but it was helpful to compare the options. Jeremy, another manager also approached us to see if we had any questions and we mentioned Brody was assisting us too. Jeremy was very friendly and professional. He was able to assist with questions my husband had regarding Certified Kia options. We really appreciated his time in answering our questions or concerns. Good experience overall.
