The best overall car dealership I've ever dealt with.Great service and buying experience.

Steve Love was great and really thorough. He was personable, not pushy, and easy to talk to. Being from the Midwest and already having a trusting relationship with my salesman there, I was a bit nervous to go through all of it again but Steve made it as painless as purchasing a vehicle can be and I really appreciate that kind of experience. The sales manager, finance manager, and everyone else I encountered during my purchase was also friendly and helpful. read more

Francesca followed up on an internet lead reaching out letting me know a car that was previously on hold became available. Ended up buying that car. Zach Bell helped us out answer questions regarding car, did the test drive with us and negotiated the price. Very professional and friendly. I texted him on his day off with questions. He was quick to respond. Thank you Zach! Christian (?) was always helpful in answering mechanical or maintenance questions regarding the car. When I picked up the car the following day, Francesca took the time to show me the car and how it worked. Incredibly detailed oriented and customer service friendly. Thank you Francesca! Loved talking to you. My only complaint is the amount of time spent at the dealership as a whole. Not necessarily anyone's fault. Minimal staffing and having to wait for the lady who did the purchase paperwork to be available. Seems rather common at all dealerships but I don't really enjoy that part. All in all...great experience at Naples Acura. Great people! read more

Had first service done. Less than an hour wait and car was washed and vacuumed. Great service

Just bought a new 2024 MDX at Naples Acura. My sales person was Francesca Fortin. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and was a pleasure to deal with. This is my 3rd MDX and could not be happier with the new car. I always look for another car that may be a better value before I buy another. In my opinion it is still the best value for a luxury SUV. Thank you Francesca. See you in five years. read more

Wow.. such a great experience. I have been working with Darrell because I have been looking for a used car for a few months now. Darrell was great about keeping me updated as vehicles in my price range came onto the lot. Once we found the one the experience was a breeze. DO NOT BUY A USED ACURA FROM NAPLES ACURA. Their certified pre-owned cars are not inspected to the standards set by Acura. You will pay for an Acura precision certified, but you won't be getting one! The service department is run by individuals who will choose to lie and hide issues and will sell you a car with known issues. Issues identified in just two months: 2 warped tires, bent rim, defective sunroof frame that needs complete replacement, useless windshield wipers and missing tire valve caps. Uneven/wobbly ride: after a week or two owning the car, I decided the rough ride was not normal. I brought it back to Naples Acura, which is two hours away from where I live, explained the back tires were vibrating at high speeds, and felt wobbly at low speeds, like one of the tires wasn't fully round. An independent mechanic local to me had noted "excessive weight on the front left tire which could indicate a bent rim", I let Naples Acura know this. A tech drove it and said they couldn't feel anything, they then had me test drive with a tech who said the tires just need to be balanced. Ok, easy fix! 30 minutes later I get a call from service advisor Steve saying to take the loaner home with no explanation. When I asked him what issue they identified and why it couldn't be fixed today, he refused to tell me what the problem was, only that it was "something with the tires". No matter how much I pressed him he would not tell me what the issue was, only that he needed to speak to the warranty department and get approval from his service advisor before he could do anything. It was very obvious something was being hidden. Three days later, I received a call that two of my tires were warped, had been replaced and everything was fine now. I had put less than 1000 miles on the car so asked the cause of the tires becoming warped and how that was missed in the inspection, no one could answer this. I asked numerous times if alignment had been checked after having two new tires put on, three separate times I was assured by Steve it had and was perfectly fine and straight. I picked the car up, upon getting on I- 75 noticed the car pulled to the right badly. Took it to my local Acura dealer, within an hour they identified the problem as a bent rim!!! Service manager Bob from Naples called to tell me "all cars pull to the right in florida", as if after driving for 30 years in Florida I don't know how road crown works and cannot tell when a car isn't aligned properly. He repeatedly laughed and scoffed at me when I told him the car was still wobbling and was now pulling, he denied there was a problem even after another Acura dealer had found one! My local dealer had to call Naples themselves, then send the rim out for repair. Sunroof cracking/popping: googled the noise my sunroof was making and readily found information that states this is known issue with RDXs. There is a TSB detailing this issue, which was sent to every Acura dealership. When inspecting the sunroof I noted thick dust on the interior, the sunroof had clearly never been looked at, let alone opened for inspection. The entire panoramic sunroof frame is defective and is currently being replaced. I am without my car yet again. Windshield wipers: looked new but were obviously never tested, were completely nonfunctional when I hit my first rain storm, going 70mph on I-75. Had to pull over to wait the rain out as visibility was zero due to the wipers skipping and jumping all over the windshield. Went to an auto zone and spent $70 on new ones. The guys there said it was very obvious the wipers hadn't been tested or they would have seen an issue immediately. One even said "geez, if they missed something this simple to check I'd be nervous about what else they missed". Foreshadowing at its finest unfortunately. Missing tire valve cap: easy fix, but yet another example of how poorly this car was "inspected" prior to being sold. read more

Francesca was a great sales person to work with. No pushing to add anything. She helped with everything from insurance transfer to setting up the phone in the car. The finance department....wow. I have dealt with many in the past but none compared to this girl. I was so disillusioned with financing through a dealer that I had my bank lined up ahead of the visit to the showroom. She was the best ever. Got the same low rate I had with the bank, no pushing to buy extra insurance. Never have I had any of them leave that out. She was efficient, smart and I swear she was capable of doing everyone's job in the dealership. Thank you for an easy transition from my old Acura to the newer model! read more

What can I say? Franchesca is totally amazing!! I met her 2 years ago when I went in to service my 2016 MDX. After speaking with her for a bit I traded in my 2016 and decided on a 2019 Lease option! Well, its been 2 years, and as much as I loved my 2019 MDX, I was ready for something a little smaller. Even though my lease wasn't up for another 10 months, I went in to go see Franchesca once again... Today I walked out with a brand new 2021 Acura RDX.!! It was one of the easiest car buying I have ever dealt with. She just makes you feel like family... no pressure... all honesty.... I also have to give props to Marianne Sullivan who handled all the finances! This team at Naples Acura is the best anywhere!! Even the new manager (I can't remember his name ,sorry} he let me eat as many donuts as I wanted !! lol If you don't believe me go check them out for yourself... you won't be disappointed!! read more

I am very disappointed with my recent and final experience with Acura of Naples. I have leased 2 vehicles from this dealership for the past 3 years. My current Acura leases were not through Naples Acura because they declined to counter offer against other Acura dealerships I was price comping. Therefore I ended up leasing two other Acuras from other dealerships. From this point I began to be treated so poorly by Naples. From misleading me when trying to get refunds for warranties I purchased for my previous leases to telling me that their car wash was only for customers and I could not have my new MDX washed there because I didn't get it from them. I had an amazing buying experiences from Fort Myers Acura and Napleton Acura recently. I was able to lease a MDX A-spec from each dealership. I would highly recommend trying these Acura dealerships before trying Naples Acura you will save time and money. I did. read more

After my generally dismal (at times awful) experience in dealing with several dealerships and sales people across the country the last few weeks while ending up remotely purchasing my used BMW from Acura Naples, it came as a pleasant surprise to bump into an exceptional sales person like Francesca Fortin who immediately and precisely responded to all my specific questions, quickly entertained my sometimes crazy sounding car review and online test drive requests, kept me updated about the next steps in the purchase process, and took care of some requests I had about the car before flying in to pick it up. Kudos also to Acura Naples for not surprising me with unexpected fees and for quickly taking care of all the paperwork. Thank you Francesca and Acura Naples team for turning my remote car purchase activity unexpectedly into a surprisingly positive experience that I will remember for a long time and keep up the great work! read more

I am a new resident in Naples. I took my car in for a new battery, oil change, and tire rotation. When I got home I found my trickle charger quick-connect cables were not placed back on the new battery. The mechanic threw them on the passenger's floor of my car and didn't tell anyone. I found this odd as they present you with pictures and evidence for everything they do. I offered to bring my car back to rectify this as I wanted to meet the service manager. 1. I am troubled by the mechanic's actions with my cables without alerting anyone. Do they normally have a disregard for someone's property? 2. I was troubled by the service mgr offering me a future oil change for free, which is something they discount all the time. In a sense, he was offering no concession. This made things worse. I had to demand they discount my current bill. I gave two stars as the service was correct and the issue was rectified. The service writer, Chris, was excellent. Hence, the mechanic and service mgr. are not favorites of mine. read more

If I could give this a zero I would had used this dealer in the past and had excellent results ! Not sure what has happened "sparky "the sales rep was rude did not listen to what I needed; blatantly lied to my face about the promotions Acura was honoring as I showed him the Acura website that clearly stated the promotions , played the back and forth game with the arrogant finance mgr who never once asked me what I needed to pay to fit my budget !! Horrible service , arrogant sales and finance people just trying to rip you off !!! Go up to Sarasota or Clearwater much better pricing and service!! read more

My 3rd car from the same salesperson and dealer - this says it all. Great service, prices and professionalism, AND no hassle.

This is the 2nd Acura I have purchased here, and I've been treated fairly each time. What impresses me most is the Service Department. The staff has always been courteous to me, and I simply love the FREE car washes on Wednesday, which helps keep my purchase looking new! read more

It was like "lets make a deal" for service Had an appointment to check AC unit at 2:00 on Friday after Thanksgiving. I had issue sometimes cold sometimes warm. I was told AC Inspection was $149.00. Car was never looked at on Fri., Sat. morning I get a call and felt like I was buying a new car. Started out with ridicules price to replace my compressor (2700). Then he went to 1700. I was told my compressor was "blown". Then after I told him I was picking up the car it went to 1400 "out the door" !! I came in to talk about proposal and it was now 2200. "What happened to 1400 out the door" I got a lot of bla bla bla after that. My 149. inspection also went to 200. Hard to believe "blown compressor" because it was blowing cold air when I started. I felt like I was being robbed. read more

I've never had the experience of buying a car from here, but I have been here for many oil changes, and car repairs. The service was quick and easy, and the employees very friendly and helpful. If they know that it's going to take a little while to get my car fixed, they're very quick to give me a loaner car so that I can run errands and etc. As a woman, many places like to overcharge us thinking that we don't know much, but this place has never done that to me. I live in Miami now, and I still make appointments at this place just because I know them, and I know they'll get the job done! :) read more

5 stars! My family has been buying cars from Naples Acura since 2012. I have been to many dealerships before, and never had the service like I do at Naples Acura. We purchased our pre-owned MDX from Naples Acura a couple years ago , and were very pleased with the process and the price! In addition, Joe Eisenberg, the sales manager, went above and beyond when we went to pick up our car after receiving service yesterday! Due to some miscommunication, we arrived to pick our vehicle up at 5:40pm, not realizing that the service department closed at 5:30pm. He saved us from making an additional trip (which would have been an hour round-trip) by finding our key, finding our vehicle, washing our vehicle and letting us take it after-hours! We are SO appreciative, and would highly recommend Naples Acura for both sales and service! read more

We had been looking for months for the right vehicle. We came across a 2019 Acura RDX at Naples Acura on one the car finder apps. Called and spoke to Francesca who was so helpful. She went out of her way to give all the information and sent several videos of the inside and out via email. We could not go view the vehicle because we are over 600 miles away. We were nervous about buying a vehicle that we could not see or drive in person but this transaction could not have gone smoother. Again, Francesca was so helpful in making sure that all our questions were answered. She even answered questions via email and text on her off day. Joe in finance was also extremely helpful getting our finance questions answered. We were offered the typical extended warranties and add-on's but they were never pushy. The car was shipped to us and received it quicker than we expected. The condition of the car was EXACTLY as stated. We could not have been happier with this transaction. We would highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Francesca.... she is an honest, straightforward, and super kind. read more

Very unprofessional sales manager (guy in his late 40's who never even introduced himself to begin with). When speaking to a potential customer who could be spending a significant amount of money at your business I highly suggest you not use words such as "cheap" to promote your vehicles. It came off in a very arrogant and derogatory manner that was not persuading us to do business with you. When you're in sales your products are not "cheap,"...lesser value maybe. Again a lack of professionalism. read more
