Excellent sales and service departments. I came to get my old car looked at for a battery issue which they did right away without appointment however I ended up purchasing a car. Not because any one pressured me, but because I found a car I really wanted and felt very comfortable walking around the showroom and without salesmen waiting to pounce. I hear the dealership is under new management. I must say the overall atmosphere is much different than before. The staff are much more pleasant and interactive w customers. Overall it was a much different experience than I have had purchasing any car before. There was no prolonged haggling. We were easily able to reach the deal that I wanted as far as my trade in and new car purchase price. The point of sale was quick with all paperwork ready. I've literally spent all day at other dealerships waiting for delivery of a car. Not here, we were done and I drove off the lot in less than 1.5hrs. Jaime Schutt - I can't say enough GREAT things about this Salesman. We communicated via the dealership chat on Sunday, about a Porsche 911, and Jamie was communicating with us within minutes to discuss the vehicle we were inquiring about. He called us 1st thing Monday morning to begin our negotiations. On Monday evening, quite late, my husband noticed they had received another Porsche 911 he was interested in, but he didn't want to disturb Jamie, due to it being way after closing hours, so he communicated thru the dealership chat. I brought my Porsche Macan in to have my tire pressure checked as the rear left was down 12 lbs, and Victoria Richards, Service Advisor, and her team checked it out and advised there was a nail in my tire. I had the tire insurance, and they took care of me right there, at no cost (covered by tire insurance) without an appointment! I was ecstatic. I hung out in the lounge, watched a great movie, had some really cool snacks, and checked messages, all in the beautiful Naples Porsche lounge.
