I called and spoke with Laz and he told me that he's going to check and put me on hold and just kept me on hold and never got back. I had hoped to have an easy transaction with my vehicle purchase but John and Luxon killed that thought. I'm not sure if they intentionally deceive people or just don't listen to peoples concerns. Needless to say it was frustrating and I would never return. After the sale I became invisible and no one returned my calls to discuss my issue. Even the General Manager ignored my call. I did not have a good experience at Naples Infiniti where I purchased my 2023 QX60 in late September. They advertise a 150+ point inspection on their used vehicles. However, on the test drive I pointed out three issues that did not seem right with the vehicle (breaks, AC, and backup camera) which should have been identified and rectified BEFORE putting the vehicle out for sale. When I pointed out my concerns, I was told by the salesman that the breaks were just wet, the backup camera was just dirty and I did not put the AC on correctly. Eventually, they did fix the breaks (rotors) so I did purchase the vehicle. However, over the next 6 weeks I had to leave my vehicle with them on two occasions, for almost 4 of those weeks when it became obvious, finally even to them, the AC and backup camera were not functioning correctly. On the last occasion when I dropped the vehicle off, they called me two weeks later and said the AC was fixed but did not even remember what else they were supposed to do! They then had to keep the car another week to complete the work. Then after all this, I was not even offered an apology or any compensation for the inconvenience they caused. Most good dealerships recognize when they have not treated a customer very well and will go to great lengths to compensate the customer for their inconvenience (I WAS given a minor discount on one item I asked them to complete at my cost...but it was minimal). So, after all this, I could not recommend Naples Infiniti to anyone. In fact, I'm so disappointed and frustrated with Naples Infiniti that I will more than likely take my vehicle elsewhere for service. read more

My glove compartment sprung open so I took my car to the service department at Naples Infiniti. I thought they would put it back together quickly. However, I was watching my car still in the entrance area, and after 10-15 minutes this young man called me to his office to talk to me. He showed me a diagram showing a new glove compartment and he said we can't repair it and the part plus labor would cost $1500.00. My jaw hit the floor! Took my car to Infiniti after it leaving me stranded , I paid for a tow , got it there cause I have a extended warranty, & they claimed it was the battery and terminal was the issue, called me back said it was done , drove it home, next day I go out , drive a mile down the road same issue occurred again , had to call Infiniti and get them to pay for a tow this time, and then all of a sudden it was the alternator, got it dropped off , on Saturday before they closed, had to wait till Monday to figure that out since dealers are closed on Sunday's, they said the car could possibly be done Wednesday if the part comes in , we were okay with that , so I call back Wednesday afternoon , to get a update on the car, around 2pm we called , the receptionist said our service advisor wasn't at his desk and he would call me in a bit, nobody called me back, so I called back a few hours later around 5:00pm , receptionist told me the same thing "I will make sure he calls you back before we close" , same thing happened they closed and I never got a call back, now today is Thursday , I called sometime around 3 , called back at Infinti so I can get a update , receptionist says the same thing "I will make sure he calls you back by the end of the day" no call back at all, no update at all. read more

Awful experience having my wife's car detailed there. They damaged the paint job, tried to repair it but with a color that was not the exact shade of the original. Scuff marks were also left on the back of the seats inside. The manager agreed to compensate my wife for the paint job but then gave my wife the run-around and the compensation never arrived. I purchased a QX80 for the 2nd time and have been a Naples Infiniti fan for probably over 12 years or so and always been provided a loaner. Today I was advised all of a sudden that they do not provide loaners unless the service is over 90 min. I have purchased the extended warranty and been a faithful customer. I don't think I will be purchasing from here again. The dealership serviced my car for a warning the gas cap was loose. The labor was $179.99 per hour and the total bill was $1400. In the rest of the country, the hourly rate would be halve of what I was charged. I would never go back to this dealership to buy or have a car serviced. read more

I took my car to Infiniti of Naples to diagnose an issue that had baffled two other mechanics/garages. After a long period of time (6+ hours), my car would not start. Once started (via a quick lithium battery pulse) it would run without issue throughout the day. It would stop and start all day, but after 6 or so hours of sitting, the car was dead. I figured it was a parasitic drain of some sort. I was told by other mechanics that my battery was good, my starter was good and my alternator was good. Alex and Mike at Infiniti of Naples worked to diagnose the problem by keeping the car for 2 days. They finally determined that the battery may have had a bad cell. They replaced the battery and were no longer able to recreate the issue. The battery was expensive, but does carry a 2 year "no cost" replacement warranty and an 8 year general warranty. Infiniti of Naples worked with me to bring the cost closer to other estimates I had received for the service and after dropping my car on Monday, I picked it up on Wednesday and the problem was resolved. It's now been a few days and the problem is non-existent. I was always notified as to what was happening and received both text and phone updates with status updates. After setting up a confirmed appt to test drive a pre-owned Q50 and after driving 1.5 hrs to the dealership, we were told that "Oh, I'm sorry the vehicle was sold". The salesman then says "But we have others just like it". He then states "Oh I'm sorry but those have sold too". He then attemted to steer us into something else but by that time I had enough of this. We had communicated often so he had my cell # and made no attempt to contact us prior to our travelling to Naples. This type of practice is what truly earns car dealers their reputations as having no integrity. This practice is something one finds at a Kia or Toyota dealer, not an upscale dealership such as Infiniti. A complete embarrassment but I doubt these people even care. Dropped of the car on a Saturday. Front passenger floor was wet due to a leak. I told them to check the AC before because that happens to me on my previous car. I left town on Sunday and was told they would follow up with me during the week. I never received a call from them. I called on Wednesday to ask for the status and was told they we're getting someone to check on the windshield seal. Was called later to ask me for $185 to fix the problem. I called again Friday and was then told that the windshield was not the problem they found an issue with the AC but it may not be ready by Monday when I needed the car. I asked for a loaner and they told me the would called me back to see if the could have it ready by Monday. I never got a called back. I called twice on Monday and left messages but no one called back. I showed up around 4pm and the service advisor was looking at his phone, I asked for my car and his said they needed to check with the windshield people because they think that's the problem. What? I asked for my car and left. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. It's the second time I had a bad experience. The first time they had to order parts for repair and they forgot to order them and didn't have notes in the system. Never called back, I called a second time and once again they have forgotten to place the order. They are horrible! read more
