    Airport Kia is definitely the best dealership in the state of Florida. From beginning to the end of my 4th purchase at "Airport Kia", it is always quick easy, and a breeze. The whole staff from the sales team, the service department, and the GMs, is always a pleasure. Other dealerships should learn from Airport Kia, how to treat their clients from this place. Yes, I have purchased from other dealerships, why do these other dealerships always give you a song and a dance every time you walk in the door? Airport Kia is a class act and their vehicles are top-notch.

    Took my 2024 Carnival in for its 8000 mile service and was greeted at the door by a young man who took my keys and led me to Manny in service. After 3 minutes of paperwork my car was off. Less than one hour later my car was serviced and a seat bracket was replaced due to a recall I did not know about! They even was he the entire car! WOW. And the price was phenomenal! Highly Reccommended!

    I bought my 2022 telluride here in October 2022 after 3 bad experiences with other dealers. I just had my first service appointment for an oil change. My salesman Ernesto was great, made the process super simple. My service advisor Jesus was great and had me in and out in just over an hour. As a full time working mom, this is super appreciated! Definitely recommend. Love my Telly!

    BUYER BEWARE- Very dissatisfied in bargaining with these folks. We had a young salesman and his shadow ( new sales person), which were very helpful and answered our questions during the test ride and the beginning of negotiations of a 2024 Kia Sorento S. Our trust left when the associate manager of sales (10 yrs background) came over and took over the negotiations. He stated he would gave us the best deal that he can, blah blah..and to cut to the chase, with $10k cash down, a credit score of 800+ we would be at 7% interest with payments of $735 approx for 48 months. We asked for a tangible quote on paper as we had lined up a test ride with the Ford dealer down the road on a Ford Edge to compare the rides and wanted to sleep (24 hours) on the major purchase. Here's the kicker, when we were not moving on negotiations, he stated he could get us in a Kia Sportage (not what we came in for) AND then continued to compare vehicles. On and on, stating " a Kia Sportage is equal to the Ford Edge". I personally beg anyone to google either "Kia Sorento equal to Ford? or Kia Sportage equal to Ford?" What's the answer, Sorento =Edge & Sportage=Escape. Asked for the paperwork on the Sorento, and stated it's his paperwork! Pure smoke!! Returning my thoughts of car sales people as schisters and we left. Three (3) hours later @ home a commercial comes on stating 4.75% on New Kia Sorento's and 0.09% on 2023 leftovers. So one looked ON Kia's home page to which there is a financing payment estimator. Plugging in a new 2024 Kia Sorento S (34,390 - dealer fees not included) With a credit score of 800 AND a their stated rate of 3.9% with a 48 month term, $10k down, no trade in, is $550/mo!! Certainly not $735+!! Conclusion- Airport Kia of Naples....NOT GETTING MY HARD EARNED DOLLARS....CON-ARTISTS (look up the word)

The facility is well laid out and inviting. Check. Staff knowledgeable. Check. Loaner cars available when booked in advance. Check. Like every repair shop you'll ever work with you drop off for something specific and their job is to find work; more work means revenue. We all get that, but a difference here. They'll tell you what they found/saw and suggest that at some point in the not-too-distant future you'll want to remind them to look again. A soft-sell that works!! Kudos.     I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issues…read morewith my vehicle and the way my case has been handled by both your service department and the insurance claim process. I initially brought my vehicle to your service center due to a "Restricted Performance" warning light and noticeable shaking while driving. Despite having the car for over a week, the only test driving conducted was reportedly "around the block," and I was told the issue could not be replicated. Nevertheless, I was presented with a list of $6,600 in unrelated repairs, for which I paid $2,400 out of pocket after my insurance covered a portion. Shortly after retrieving the car, the same warning light came back on immediately, and the shaking persisted -- clearly indicating that the original issue had not been addressed at all. When I returned the vehicle, I was told the matter would be resolved, but instead, a second insurance claim was filed, and I was forced to pay an additional $200 deductible, even though the issue was the exact same one that prompted the original service visit. This appears to be a clear mishandling of the diagnostic process and possibly an abuse of the insurance claim system. This situation is unacceptable. At minimum, I am requesting the following: 1. A refund of the $200 deductible paid for the second claim, as the issue was never resolved from the first. 2. A thorough explanation of why the original problem was not properly addressed or diagnosed, despite the time the vehicle was in your possession. 3. Assurance that the vehicle will be repaired correctly without any further out-of-pocket expense on my part. 4. If not resolved satisfactorily, I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (which handles auto repair disputes) and the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation for a possible insurance claim abuse investigation. I expect a timely and professional resolution. Please respond within 10 business days to avoid further escalation. This situation raises a few red flags: * Poor diagnostic procedure -- A quick drive around the block isn't enough for intermittent or performance-related issues, especially with modern vehicles. * Potential insurance mishandling -- Filing a second claim and requiring another deductible for the same issue sounds questionable, especially if it's a continuation of the first claim. * Lack of accountability -- They didn't take responsibility for failing to address the core issue in the first place.

An amazing young man called us right back and figured out our situation. He came as quickly as he could which was not easy as there are very few turn arounds on AA. With the help of the Road Ranger ( who was also incredibly helpful), he took the tire off, switched tires for us to safety drive to the tire shop where he finished the job. I can't say enough about Charles, his expertise, friendly and helpful attitude, he turned a bad day into a palpable one. Thank you Charles for everything!!

Since I am not from Naples, I had no knowledge whom to call. After calling four tire shops, Charlie's Emergency Tire Repair came out, took my damaged tire and the spare tire off my car. Drove to their shop and mounted my spare tire on my rim. They brought it back and remounted the spare tire and rim on my car. Not only is it balanced and aligned, they came back again and released my parking break for me and did a final inspection on the remaining three tires. I am very impressed with their service and felt completely safe while they fixed my tire. If you are an ADA person or have cancer and cannot help yourself with tire changes. I highly recommend Charlie's Emergency Repair Service! I definitely received red carpet concierge service!
