After install I notice clunks and knocks and at highway speed vehicle pulled to right, I reported issue to Sean, he really didn't want to look at car again. After several conversations about my issue he agree to look my vehicle repairs again. His mechanic confirmed that car pulls to right. but he was unwilling to redo the alignment that I already paid for and wanted to charge me for a new alignmet. He then offered to do it for half price. He said other parts were install properly and where good parts. I refused to pay for something i already paid to have done. After taking my car in to another shop that specialized in alignment the tow was off and the end links needed adjustments. Sean blamed his poor work on my car being lowered or maybe its the tires (had brand new tires) and after the other shop did the alignment the car magically drove straight again. You have no warranty there and work not so great anymore. Use this place at your own risk. Thank you. For the stress and stife - I would give this place ZERO STARS if i could. yah about that

Buying a brand new Mercedes Benz was one of mine and my wives bucket list items. Frank was highly…read morerecommended by a friend who has bought several Mercedes from him. We contacted Frank, liked him immediately and then drove 5 hours from St Augustine to check his inventory. And wow, did Frank and his crew deliver! Frank's professionalism, personal care, and attention to detail made this the best car purchase we have had to date. From the first test ride with Frank in our new 2026 GLE 350 4matic, working out the numbers and going through financing the whole experience was easy and stress free. Then, we had the pleasure of meeting the concierge who helped us setup the Mercedes app, sync it to the car and gave us a full overview on the car's technology. Frank called us that afternoon to see how we liked the car and asked us call him with any questions we had. He also called the next day as we were driving home to check how we were doing and said to write down any questions we have, and not to hesitate to call him. It is refreshing to deal with a salesman like Frank who didn't forget about us after we drove off the lot. We highly recommend Frank Deluca and Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs for your next luxury car purchase.

Two months passed and I went in alone this time to test drive the car. I wanted a different salesperson and got Ken L. ( don't really want to put his last name here). He was quite annoying. During the ride he was constantly texting someone and not hearing my questions. We went back to the dealer and he figured out a quote and then said so do you want to buy this today. I said no, I'm deciding between the Mercedes, BMW and Porsche. He said when will you know? I said I wasn't sure and that I needed to drive the other cars first and to give me a week. He said, "well I did just give you a quote." As though that was some extraordinary task. He proceeded to call, text and email me everyday asking if I made a decision yet. IF I decided on the Mercedes I would never buy from this person, he was condescending, doesn't listen, is rude and dismissive. He does a disservice to this dealership. I couldn't even get my questions answered because he kept saying so are you ready now after each question. If you want a Mercedes try a different salesperson or dealership.

I had the great fortune to meet Tristan, the impressive technician there who not only did the headlight conversion but also expertly addressed each of the unanticipated issues that surfaced because the car, being a 30-year-old Jag, started acting temperamental as Jags sometimes do. Tristan did the headlight conversion so that the car looks exactly as I envisioned, and he took the time to carefully diagnose and repair each of the unforeseen gremlins that suddenly threatened to devastate a deadline I had to drive the car 1,300 miles from Naples, Florida to New York. Because of Tristan's expertise and concern for my time constraints I met my deadline and had an amazing road trip to New York without any problems. Tristan impressed me as a true professional who clearly cares about his customers and their cherished classic cars. I look forward to taking my Jag back to him for any future needs. Michael C.
