My pool sat for over two weeks (unable to use) with a plumbing leak they used my house water to try to refill the pool until my well gave out. The delivery people were great - but try to get ahold of anyone with questions, and if you ever get a call back after trying every phone number and always getting voicemail and leaving messages, they won't have an answer but will tell you they will get back and they NEVER DO - this has been going on for over a year. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! Beware: buy your Hot Springs spa somewhere else!

Especially with every pool company being so busy right now he works hard to always find the time to help you. He opens and closes my pool and each job was done awesome. The pool always look great when we open it in the spring . We also had an issue with our pump not working old and motor died, in which it being so important to the pool functioning properly he made it a priority to come out that same day and made the time to come out and replace it . I can't thank him and his team enough for being professional, efficient, but also taking the time to listen, give advice, and be so helpful!
