They have people that come in to maintain the products on a regular basis which none of us would have the luxury of doing once a purchase was in our home. Today we came in to look for a power recliner for my mother. Two ladies were working at the time and one of them greeted us. Her name was Christine Farris. Her interest level in working with us was marginal at best. Yet a couple came in she said she had a 4:00pm appointment with and we were an after thought. She was kissing their behinds looking to win their sale; apparently she thought their money was better than ours. At the end of the day we ordered a custom, leather recliner and they left without a decision to be made. Can't judge a book by its cover. All in all the quality of the furniture in here is superior to the other big box shops such as Bobs, Bernie & Phil's or Jordan's. Also feel that since it is a smaller company you have less red tape to deal with if you need to make a claim on it using an extended warranty. I hope to not find out.

I live 26 miles away from big lots. I tried returning them today 9/28/21. I was told I could do an even exchange no problem. They didn't have the same ones. They had very similar ones, same company, same price. I was told because I didn't have my receipt and they didn't have the same ones I had to pay a 20% charge on the return. One girl was going to do it but the manager was a real jerk. She was maybe 19 and wanted to show her power. She came over took over the transaction told me I was wrong was extremely rude and said I couldn't swap the headphones. It wasn't so much the money, but more her attitude and power trip. I explained where I found the headphones, and she snapped I know where the headphones are in my store (she was looking in the wrong area. She turned a two minute transaction into a 20 minute one. People in line were horrified at her attitude. I ended ip keeping the broken headphones. I will never shop there again. Family dollar is right down the street.

The logistics manager Dean showed me that its paperwork shows that it used to be a display in the old, closed down Ethan Allen that is literally over the town line on the street I live on. I guess it wanted to come home. The designer Verlie was very nice to me and didn't make me feel like a scavenger for discount shopping. The Ethan Allen company could learn a lot from this location.

It did not come with leather pillows, as we were told by our sales lady that it would, so the owner made it right by having four fabric pillows of our choice made for us. Three months after having the sofa, the white leather on one of the cushions started wearing away. I emailed the owner, and he is promptly replacing the entire cushion at no charge. I just hope that we do not notice this issue on other pieces of the sofas, as we did not purchase the extended warranty. Comfy, handsome furniture. I enjoyed shopping here and the customer service is tremendous. I will buy fro here again, although the prices are high.
