The flavoring was oversalted and again could have used a tad more definition. The bone-in aspect was appreciated as it held the flavor of the meat. The bhindi masala (okra) was fairly successful with a solid infusion of flavor into the okra. The dish was overall too oily though and some steps need to be taken to minimize the oil. He checked on us often as his way to make sure that everything was going well and if we had any questions. I learned that water buffalo(buff) is one of the favorite proteins in Nepal. We had both spicy and non-spicy dipping sauces since I prefer non-spicy. I found the sauce delicious and the buff to be an interesting protein that I would try again. For my main course I went for the chicken thali after learning that it is one of their traditional meals.
