This place has offered amazing food every time we visit. During peak hours there might be a little wait time but its worth it! Got the paneer tikka and gobi manchurian. The paneer tikka is so rich, comes with chutney and tastes so much of ghee (clarified butter) i love it. Gobi manchurian is great too but a little spicy and a little oily, but I would order again because the taste was delicious!

The food here was amazing!!! We tried a bunch of stuff with a mix of chicken and pure veggie. The service was very nice and attentive. Ambiance was just ok, it was a bit cold but no frills overall

Amazing food. Great service. Feels like home honestly. The people there were so nice and welcoming. And the food is so good. Must try the chili momos

Amazing food and great service as well. This is a pretty small restaurant, but it was fairly quiet when we went for a Wednesday dinner. Chicken Korma: very tasty, very smooth. Super rich and we slurped up every last bit. Kantipur Wings: this was my favorite dish. The wings are charred to perfection... And those charred parts taste freaking amazing. SO well-seasoned and delicious Kothe Momo: these are the half steamed half fried kind. The momos are delicious, and the sauces definitely elevate them to the next level. The inside is tender and savory and the dumpling skins also have the right amount of chew. A bit on the pricier side, but definitely reasonable. A worthy contender to Himalayan Kitchen in Somerville.

Loved every bit of their momo. The curries that accompanies the Momos could have been a little spicier. 3 stars because of their delay in serving order every time. Try out their Chicken kothe, Veg johl & Chilli Momos. I wouldn't order Mutton sukuti. It was too hard and dry. PROS: Momos Momos Momos Uses re-usable cutlery CONS: Hard to find a Parking space Takes a lot of time to serve the order. Very long! Mutton sukuti

This small place is a hidden gem! Visited here while in trip to Boston, amazed with the authenticity of the food. One must try their lunch thali (potatoes, soybean protein, beaten rice, bhatmas)!!

I had to try the tandoori momos because so many people seem to get them here! I was pretty impressed by the menu prices, since everything seemed reasonable. Standard steamed chicken or vegetable momos were $7.45 on Uber Eats, and tandoori momos were $2 extra for $9.45. Still not a bad price at all. I also ordered the bara (black lentil patties, $6.95), sukuti (lamb meat jerky, $10.95), and kantipur wings ($7.95). The momos came with two very flavorful sauces. I'm not sure what is in the sauces but their flavor profiles were very different from each other. The sauces are not spicy at all. The tandoori momos were super fun because the charred wrapper had a crunchy, crispy texture. The filling itself was very tasty but a bit dry (possibly from getting baked). I HIGHLY recommend the kantipur wings! The order came with 6 of them, and they were so flavorful that they did not need any sauce. The wings were covered with yummy spices. I had never had lamb jerky in a dish before. I loved the sukuti. The meat was coated in this amazingly spiced onion sauce. I should have ordered some rice because the sukuti was very flavorful and would have been great with rice. The bara order came with two patties. I was worried that they would be dry-- they were not dry at all and were nice and fluffy! I enjoyed dipping them in the sauce that came with the momos. Looking forward to trying more of their Indian and Nepali dishes!

Do not let its small, modest exterior fool you! Just a visitor in this area but I wouldn't be surprised if this was a go-to place for all the locals around here. Though service was a bit slow (which is understandable since they were very busy), everyone was super friendly and the food was well worth the wait. MOMOS: A must try!! We ordered the tandoori chicken momos and they were amazing-- so perfectly crispy and pan-fried with warm, delicious, meaty filling. It also came with two sauces that paired very well with the momos. It seems like the momos are THE THING to get in these restaurant since almost every table had an order of these. As someone who grew up eating Chinese food, they kind of reminded me of pan-fried XLBs! CURRY: honestly whatever you order, it's gonna be good. We got the chicken and lamb and they were all so well flavored and spiced-- I certainly can't think of anything wrong with them. It was a dream with the naan. SAAG PANEER: Usually not something on the top of my list of things to order at an Indian restaurant but it's probably because I have never had particularly tasty ones until I came here. So buttery and cheesy!

Great service and tasty food! The momos are quite popular and for good reason- the steamed chicken momos were really flavorful and juicy, paring well with the two chutneys. The samosa chaat is extremely flavorful with a ton of chickpeas and is actually the same size minus rice as our entrees. The chicken curry and the paneer kadhai were pretty standard and not too special (decent spice though). The staff were friendly and welcoming and the cafe is pretty cozy with tons of paintings and decor. I will definitely be back for the momos and to try other items!

I see this place pop up on so many delivery apps. I finally decided to order from here using Yelp delivery. There was something about the bright red/orange momos - chicken tandoori momos that called to me. It ordered the hot tandoori chicken momos and chicken chow mein. I also got a masala chai. The food arrived within 30-40 mins and was still hot when it arrived. The momos were so soft on the inside and charred crunchy on the outside. It came with two sauces. I was expecting them to be more spicy, but at least it wasn't bland. I'd definitely go back for these momos. The chow mein was average but had loads of veggies and grilled chicken. The masala chai was definitely one of the best in the Boston area. I also saw they do sweet lassi and many types of biryani. I'll definitely be back to try those.

I loved the historical aspect of it and the fact it has so much history including George Washington having drinks here. Have to love the historical buildings that have been in operation for so long in the New England region. At least late at night it had dive bar vibes and had more people than I expected for a late night Monday. We grabbed a table for our party of 5 and bartender brought us the drinks menus. They had a great variety available and we all were able to enjoy two drinks before they closed. My wife enjoyed two blood orange margaritas and I had a grey tea old fashioned and a take on an espresso martini that featured an addition of Guinness in it. All of the cocktails were well made with friendly service from the bartender. Due to stopping in for late night drinks I cannot speak to the food. I would definitely return for both the drinks and overall vibes. Our entire party loved the music selection being played too. Worth your time to visit for sure!

It felt like history the moment we walked in: cozy, warmly lit, with worn wood that's clearly seen centuries. Our server, Cookie, was a gem- he was pleasant and attentive without hovering. Food-wise, it was mostly a miss. The oysters (which we found out were from NY ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ) were puny. My kid's clam chowder- that's made without bacon was too thick and floury. The fried calamari, though, had a standout tangy, spicy glaze that we loved- but the coating was on the thick side. The vibe is nice as was the service- just wished the food was better.

Cozy little spot with a pizza oven and an open kitchen (elite combo). Plenty of seating. I went for a weekday dinner and was served instantly. My server convinced me to get the spicy clam, and it was devoured so fast. It was gone before he filled my water! Packed with clam meat, drowning in tomato sauce, and it actually had heat --not that "we waved a chili at it" kind of spicy. Huge shoutout to Eduardo, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our sisters holiday outing feel special and intentional, and to our server Paulina, who was attentive, warm, and truly wanted everything to be perfect. And it was. Let's talk ambiance first because whew. Chic. Stylish. Aesthetic on aesthetic. Even the walk to the bathroom felt curated. Ladies... the mirror alone deserves a moment. Full body selfie approved. Now the drinks. The mocktail I had was SO good. Balanced, flavorful, refreshing. I like a mocktail that has flavor and layers without being super sweet. The apps thoughhhhhh! They deserve their own paragraph because baby... The crab rangoon was TO DIE FOR. That old school wrap dough situation? I have been hunting for that exact texture and flavor forever. My fave restaurant switched dough and I haven't had a good Rangoon since then until now. It was crispy, nostalgic, and perfect. The fried egg rolls? Delicious. The pickled cucumbers? Bright and refreshing and er literally ate every drop, lol. But the WINNER... those fall off the bone ribs. I might have made a sound when I bit into them. Cooked to perfection. A full blown flavor party in my mouth. The scallion pancakes were the only thing that did not hit for me. The dough was thicker and heavier than I prefer. I love mine light and airy like traditional scallion pancakes. If they leaned that way I would have been obsessed. Our main courses... baybeeee The Dan Dan noodles... I did not even get a bite. I went to ask my sister for a taste and they were GONE. All of them. That says everything. My other sister loved the dumplings and even more that they fried them for her instead of serving them traditionally. And the sauce with those dumplings... Let me tell you about the sauce. I am OBSESSED. I took some home and Eduardo generously gave me more to take. That is top tier service and an at home sauce party, lol. My fried house rice was excellent. The mix of veggies and flavors was perfection. With everything else we ordered I could not even finish it. And then... dessert. Eduardo and Paulina surprised us with a complimentary cheesecake that was so light and decadent, topped with fruit and homemade whipped cream. Next time I am absolutely saving space for that. The customer service was truly top tier. The decor, the food, the staff, the background music. Everything PERFECT. My sisters and I sat for hours. We laughed. We ate. We shared emotions. We were present. That alone tells you how comfortable and welcoming this space is. I would go back today. I cannot wait to bring my husband and some of my fellow foodies.
