I enjoyed the smell of the coffee and the whole esthetic of it but pouring hot coffee on my feet and I jump out of the tub seems silly to me. I also wish that they would have told me that gel was quite a bit more money than the regular, because I had the regular, and I would have just gotten that but I got no price or anything. I should have asked, but I didn't, but again I had the regular nail polish, so they should have just let me get that. The actual experience was great because the massage was awesome and the lady was very nice. I decided it would be worth trying a closer option now that I live on the north shore and to be honest, I'm sort of picky, but the reviews here were fantastic so I decided it was worth a shot. WOW, my expectations were exceeded. Don has done my nails each time and does an amazing job. His memory is awesome and he knows exactly how I like my nails, which ones need special attention, and random things I've mentioned about my family. The salon is not the fanciest place I've ever been, but I don't need that - I need a quality experience that allows me to leave with perfect nails. He pays great attention to the work and as everyone has already mentioned, his wife is also very sweet. I feel terrible that my regular nail tech just lost a customer, but I'm so happy to have an option that's closer to my house that offers a great experience.

I also did not appreciate that a staff member was sitting in one of the pedi chairs and on her phone (I could hear it) while I received my pedi.
