I've been here twice so far and been very pleased both times. She is great at talking throughout the service so it isn't uncomfortable at all. She is also incredibly quick while not feeling rushed. I'm always out within 30 minutes of arrival. The last time I went I was 9 months pregnant. She kindly explained that it would be more sensitive than usual and outlined her approach to ensure I was comfortable. When I needed a break from one area and to switch positions, she easily pivoted over to another area and helped me get comfortable. Bottom line: Kelly provides excellent, quality service with compassion and understanding.

When I went downstairs to pay, my bill was $220+$40 tip as expected. I had a gift card of $100, but the young lady at the front desk told me it was expired. I had no idea since it was gifted to me only few years back. I can only figure that maybe it had been re-gifted to me because it hadn't been 7 years...I guess that's not the fault of Madison Esthetique. The young lady at the front desk took the time to write "expired" on the card. Maybe it would be a good idea to write when it will be expired when the card is first purchased. I don't like and I don't support businesses that do this 7 years expiration date BS on their gift cards. It says to me they don't care about the clients and don't stand behind their business. Money wasted. Unfortunately, this will be my last time going to Madison Esthetique, and I won't be recommending them. Thank you. Laura

That day, the esthetician who was going to do my facial called and asked if I could come earlier, but I couldn't due to work. When I got there and we started, she just steamed my face and said she couldn't extract anything. Then she did the rest of it, which was just a shoulder massage and rubbing a ridiculous amount of lotion all over my face, including on my eyelids. I had a film of lotion over my eyes for two days. I would never go there again.

The day of my appt I was met by their aesthetician, Josie. The salon was clean, welcoming and professional. She brought me to a beautiful treatment room with a bed that was already heated. Josie took her time and provided an excellent mini upper body arms and hand massage and to my surprise my feet and lower legs. Total bonus on a winter day.
