I've been going to this Salon for a couple of years. Since my girl Had to go home for a couple of months I'm stuck with having other workers.. I had the dip process and it chipped after 2 weeks. that has never happened Before..My most recent appt I was charged $15.00 extra to soak my nails in the little dish of water and trim my cuticles.. outrageous!! you don't know what you pay until there done.. The staff and service are good. However, I think this salon is dirty. I could see debris on the floor and carpet while I had my pedicure. My chair also could have used a wipe down before my service. The place is in desperate need of a paint refresh. I also did not appreciate that a staff member was sitting in one of the pedi chairs and on her phone (I could hear it) while I received my pedi. It was very unprofessional and disrupted my relaxation while receiving my pedi. I also asked for a Pearl pedi but I just received a basic pedi so there were communication challenges. don't waste your time! I asked for a regular pedicure and she started to do some green tea pedicure that I did not ask for. when I said something she said I had to pay as she was already doing it. fine I will let that go. the water was extremely cold when I asked for hot water I got nothing. she then came over with the gel lamp and I told her that I didn't want gel she told me it was to help my nails dry faster. today having a pedicure at another place they are gel. They were very rough with my nails and jabbed me with the tool at one point causing a scrape. They charged extra for everything even when I asked for a tiny extra design and after refusing, she gave it to me for free. I went to Bella nails & spa twice now, both experiences have been lovely. My first set of nails I did dip with tips, I am a hairstylist and my hands are always in water and chemicals, they lasted 3 weeks without chipping or breaking. I had one of the male artists and I do not remember his name but he was very nice and attentive to my nails, which are very fragile and sensitive due to my job. This second time I went to get a touch up, and I chose a darker color for the fall, the woman who did my nails was so precise and clearly cared about her work. I love the shape she gave me. We went today for pedicures and both my sister and I had bad experiences. The technician I had cut the skin on two of my toes despite me asking her NOT to clean around my nails. I now need to ensure I do not get infections! My sister started way behind me and the technician was so busy looking around she was actually dragging the nail polish remover up her leg every time she swiveled to see what was happening. My sister brings pedi sandals and the technician refused to let her put them on, as predicted, once another technician went to put them on, the polish smudged and had to be done again. I really like this place and I think they did a great job. Unfortunately it seems that they cater mostly to dips and gels. I want just normal nail polish. They have very few bottles to choose from. Don't be fooled by the beautiful chandeliers at this place. I have been there quite a few times and each time they always put me with a lady called Shushan. she pretends like she doesn't understand English but I know it's a lie. she is rough as hell she tries to scrub the skin off of the top of your feet. she tries to shave your nails down until they no longer exist. if she notices a piece of skin, she just rips it out. and try to laugh and pat your feet as if it's a freaking joke. at the beginning of the year I was paired with this technician. I did get an infection, The nail polish was really thick and it peeled off my regular nail underneath. I was on antibiotics, I could barely walk my big toe with so inflamed. three weeks ago, I went there they called over the same woman. I never asked for this lady again. Here I am with another infected big toe on antibiotics . I did speak with a manager three weeks ago following my appointment. I told them don't ever put her with me again because she's too rough. She's careless and I don't know if they even clean their tools. needless to say, I didn't know I was going to have an infected toe again. The moral of the story don't judge this place because it looks beautiful on the inside. I have never seen an inspection certificate that shows what grade the salon has. if someone else has seen it, can you please let me know where it is and what it says? This is the second time I've been here that I've had to get my nails redone somewhere else. The lady doing my dip clearly hasn't been trained enough to do it on customers. She kept putting on more and more powder and nail polish. I asked her if it's supposed to be that thick and she tried to file it down and had to so much my fingers were bleeding. I have used this salon twice. I get dip on my fingernails and gel on my toes. I should've known to not return after they used clear gel polish to seal my dip powder. The first time the gel top coat started peeling at day 9. I chalked it up to me using my hands in water a a lot. My second visit was on 12/19/21. Again they used the gel too coat over the powder. By day 2 the gel too coat was peeling. On the fourth day the powder was peeling/breaking off in huge chunks. Day 5 most of my nails are chipped with huge missing pieces. Also the gel they used on my toes turned brown after day 4. I had a cerulean blue put on and it is now a disgusting brown. This happened the first time too but I assumed it was maybe the color (salmon pink). I have never had these issues at any other salon. Do not go here. read more

My friend visited Bella Spa this evening and was completely humiliated by the facility configuration and the staff. My friend is an amputee in a wheelchair. My friend is a human being, no different than you and me, and she is a health professional. There are over 10 million people in this country with physical impairment just like my friend. The facility is not ADA compliant and therefore it was extremely challenging for my friend to maneuver about. My friend is allergic to latex as are many people. The spa staff refused to use non-latex gloves unless my friend went a half block down the street in her wheelchair to a beauty supply and purchased her own non-latex gloves. My friend was then charged full price for her pedicure even though she only has one leg. The spa nail technician ruined my friend's finger nails by using the wrong products because the technician was upset by having to use non-latex gloves. There is no excuse in this country for this demonstration of lack of human dignity and respect, especially for someone physically challenged. This attitude and behavior by the Bella staff is without question fed by the workplace culture of the owners and managers of this business. If we patronize businesses that allow and support this behavior, then we are the fuel that keeps them in business. So think about how you would like to be treated and how you would like to see anyone treated before you choose to donate to the continued business viability of Bella Spa. read more

I was so disappointed last time I went...about 1 year ago...I'm so mad I decided to give it another try. I went in wanting a French mani in the dip. I went somewhere else before this for the same thing. That was my first time trying the dip. I loved it so this time I wanted black tips. My technician started putting a clear dip which I wanted but didn't dip it in black. She didn't understand so she called over an interpreter. I told her what I wanted and said that would be ugly and said the tech was going to do gel over the one layer of dip. I figured she didn't know how to do it so I agreed cause she wouldn't do what I wanted so what was I to do. I was right in the middle if it so I figured I'd just go back to the last place. Black doesn't even cover my real nail. It's a very thin line. Mind you this is for a wedding. So I go up and pay thinking I got gel so I would be paying fir gel. NOPE!!! THEY CHARGED ME 60!!! The price of dip! The dip lasts so much long than gel. From what I read...people's gel have been peeling off. I got 2 layers of gel so it's basically a gel mani! Awful! They dont know how to do deep powder manicure. The girl that did my nails was very rough and hurt me several times. I don't know if she wanted to be done fast and leave but she was in a rush. She put several coats of deep powder and my nails look like elephant nails. Not natural at all! They look very messy and she cut them way too short!!!! I didn't even ask her to cut them. To top it all it is awfully expensive! I dont mind an expensive GREAT manicure but this one is not worth even 10 dollars. She also did an eyebrow wax that looks great. She was not aware that I also wanted a full set of acrylics but as soon as she knew she got started right away. I LOVE THIS PLACE! Once you walk in it's very serene with the koi fish pond and everyone is so nice. I got my toes done by Mary & my sister by Connie. Amazing job! I'm very specific on how I like my toes cut and shaped and Mary did an excellent job. Even though it is about a 45min drive I feel that it's worth it. Another reason why I love this place they use bags to cover the tub where you dip your feet it which makes me feel so at ease when I think about fungus and infections. They are super clean, sterilize instruments in its OWN bag unlike other places they just stick it in a steaming device. Please check them out! Ok. So. This has been my go to location for years. When it was under the previous name, I never had any issues. When it changed management, I was delighted with the care Bella took in the overall look of the place... however going there a handful of times I am just disappointed. I called ahead to make sure they were free enough for a mani and eyebrow wax walk in. No problems there, and no problems being serviced. I highly appreciate this as I only do walk ins, and understand that can be taxing on staff and whatnot if they're busy. My mani was awesome. No complaints. However I've noticed that as of recently, the color selection of the gel polish has gone way way way down. Each time I have gone in, so maybe 4 or 5 times spread out over the course of the year, I have had a certain color in mind and they never have it. And we're talkin like normal colors here, nothing crazy. Regardless, my nails are awesome, the lady who did them took great care in her work, and I am so very happy. Moving on the the eyebrow wax.... so I had another woman do my brows who was shoving me in between her own appointment of I believe other nails. Now I get it, I'm a walk in, and if I'm squeezed in I'm squeezed in. But this woman went so fast, I knew something was going to be wrong. I almost told her to slow down but couldn't bring myself to be that rude. She was very nice and I appreciate her fitting me in, but I knew she was just going way too fast for the job, just to fit me in and most likely not keep her other client waiting. Sure enough, after giving my brows a day to rest, I wake up with my skin ripped off my face. I know this happens from time to time, but man... slow down. Give a customer some care in a wax, considering it's a wax, or just don't take them at all. I am absolutely unforgettably livid at the idea of walking around with a marked face, right before the holidays, just because one person felt rushed. When I get my face ripped off, it's hard to go back. Thanks to the woman who did my nails though. Perhaps I can use my pretty nails to cover my face this week...
