Please take the time to read other reviews as well--my experience wasn't an isolated case. The responses to negative feedback seem dismissive and unprofessional. Also, I'm not sure who the "owner" is supposed to be, as the only people I ever saw at the location were the receptionist and Jessika herself. As for the laser service: it felt ineffective. The sessions for both a large and medium area were scheduled for only 15 minutes, which seemed too short and didn't yield any real results. I had initially planned to continue because I had a membership, but Jessika herself suggested we "part ways" because she felt we weren't the right fit. Honestly, that turned out to be a relief, as I was able to end the membership early. Don't be tempted by the low prices--you're essentially paying for subpar service. You're better off going to a spa where you'll actually see results. Also, no need for a response from the "owner," who may not even exist--most likely just Jessika responding under a different name. My hope is that this review helps someone else avoid the same disappointing experience.
