Finally I remembered Chimene. She had done my hair in the past but when I changed jobs my hours made it difficult to see her. I crossed my fingers and reached out via text 6am on a Thurs, she responded in 15 mins, had an opening 3 days later and to my surprise she reached her goal and obtained her hair loss license because hair care is her passion. The scalp detox, oxygen treatment is detailed and effective. I could actually feel my scalp breathe for the first time in months it seems. The hair extension service I used to get had been discontinued but because Chimene is a consummate professional she grandfathered the service for me and did it anyways. I learned as well. I was taught what I eat plays huge factor in not only health but it effects the hair. I left there feeling like a new woman. Also her wig making and styling skills are top notch. One side was glued onto my hair and I had to pull my hair out to get it off. I wanted to send a note to her on their website but they don't provide that option. Sorry to say the whole thing was a waste of time and money and a lesson learned the hard way.

Other questions I had before the procedures were quickly addressed by Matt and Brenda.  When I couldn't reach them,  they quickly called back within the hour.   Both are very easy to talk to and Brenda is very compassionate.  On the days I was scheduled,  Marycell the sugerical technologist helped me get ready for each procedure.   Marycell truly cares about me as a patient and was willing to provide anything I needed to make me more comfortable. At one point I had two stylists working on me. They adjusted things based on my comfort level and what I wanted. I felt listened to. The entire salon was warm and accommodating and fun! The salon is inclusive and can accommodate diverse needs. In addition to typical hair and extensions, they specialize in hair loss including trichotillomania and alopecia, as well as hair for transgender folks! I was relieved to feel the welcoming environment, not just with hairstylists, but also the other customers who come to Noelle's for both hair and acceptance. An added benefit, Noelle and team also "edit" the hairpieces to cover and prevent trichotillomania hair pulling to help with stopping. Noelle did my hair (pic attached) and let's just say I came in with way less hair and left looking extremely cute. I recommend: ask as many questions as possible, look at some examples/photos from the stylists to choose the one you like, and be honest and straightforward about the hair that you want-- they will accommodate.
