Finding the right surgeon for a deep-plane facelift and neck lift is a significant decision, but…read morefrom my first meeting with Dr. Tower, I knew I was in excellent hands. Dr. Tower has a naturally calm and approachable demeanor that immediately put me at ease. His interpersonal skills are second to none; he truly listens and communicates with a level of care that is rare, and he was always available and responsive to my questions throughout the entire process. I must also credit the patient coordinator, Cristina. She was consistently caring and responsive, and she kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire process. The surgical experience itself was seamless. The operating room staff was excellent--professional, kind, and efficient. During the recovery process, I experienced absolutely no pain. Dr. Tower's post-operative management regimen was perfect, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. Beyond his bedside manner, he is an incredibly gifted surgeon. As for the results? They are nothing short of spectacular. I couldn't be happier with how I look and feel. If you are looking for a surgeon who combines world-class skill with a compassionate, patient-centered approach, look no further. Dr. Tower has my highest possible recommendation for anyone seeking exceptional care and results.

THE NOSE KNOWS I…read morewas facing something that had quietly become overwhelming. My nose had collapsed to the point where breathing through it was nearly impossible. Nights were restless. My ear felt constantly blocked. And the solutions I was being offered felt... drastic. One highly regarded local surgeon told me my case was so extreme that cartilage would need to be taken from my ear to rebuild my nose. He warned my nose would widen significantly and look very different. I was willing to accept that. I just wanted to breathe again. And also my hearing was lessening. I wanted to be able to hear again thinking maybe that they were related. But something in me hesitated. Then I remembered Dr. Jacob Tower. Years earlier, I had met him when he was at Lahey Clinic. A deeply respected ear, nose, and throat specialist with extraordinary skill in facial aesthetics. I reached out, and he responded immediately. From our very first conversation, everything changed. Dr. Tower didn't just see a "difficult case." He saw a better path. He explained clearly, thoughtfully, and with remarkable depth, what was actually happening, and how he could restore not just structure, but function... and quality of life. He invited me to come see him right away at The Spiegel Center. What he offered was simpler. Smarter. And far more elegant. I booked surgery on the spot. Three weeks ago today, he performed it. I remember waking up. For the first time in years, breathing fully through my nose. Effortlessly. Quietly. Completely. There were no overwhelming nasal packings, no dramatic bruising. Quite nothing like I had been warned to expect. Even more surprising... everything started to come back to life. The pressure in my ear disappeared. My hearing sharpened. One moment I'll never forget! I heard my cat meowing from the garage while I was upstairs. I hadn't realized how much I'd been missing until that instant. I ran downstairs, ready to free the cat in the garage so many times as she would follow me in and I didn't hear her cry to come out. Unaware and muted. Yes, my nose shape changed slightly. It had to. But in the hands of Dr. Tower who is not only a surgeon but truly an artist, the result is natural, balanced, and thoughtful. Not "different" in a way that takes from you, but refined in a way that gives something back. And that's what he does. He gives people their lives back...in ways they didn't even realize they had lost. At just three weeks out, I can say without hesitation: this changed my life. My deepest respect and gratitude to Dr. Jacob Tower and his exceptional team at The Spiegel Center. I've been around aesthetics long enough to recognize true excellence when I see it. And this is it. I cannot recommend him highly enough!!

I saw every specialist imaginable to try to get some type of explanation for feeling like I was slowly dying at the age of 25. After months and months of research I finally came across an article about BII. At the time I had never heard of breast implant illness. In 2016 there were only 3-4 doctors in the US performing en bloc capsulectomies (procedure where your entire implant and scar tissue is completely removed.) After scheduling my appointment with one of the few specialists that preformed the procedure I needed, I decided to reach out to Dr. Volpe to see if he has had any other patience experience what I was going through... below is our email correspondence... Email I sent to Dr. Volpe's office on 8/18/2016: Hi Dr. Volpe, It will be 6 years this January since I had my implants done by Dr. Volpe. I am constantly asked about the doctor that did my implants and still to this day refer numerous friends to him. About a year ago I became very ill and have seen every type of doctor and had about every test possible done to find out what could be causing my symptoms. It wasn't until 2 months ago that I learned of breast implant illness. Once I did lots of researched about the illness I reached out to Dr. Susan Kolb in Atlanta who specializes in explant surgery. I wanted to reach out to Dr. Volpe to get his input and professional advice on the situation. Email response from Dr. Volpe on 8/18/2016 Hi Kaylee, It would be wise to come in and I would be happy to go over everything with you. Be wary of opinions that do not agree with extensively researched medical issues. Just give a call and set something up (remember no fees for all this). Hope to see you, Dr Volpe Email I sent to Dr. Volpe after my explant surgery on 2/23/2017: Dr. Volpe, On 10/3/16 I had my implants removed by Dr. Feng in Ohio. In August 2016 I reached out to you to get your advice regarding a link between my declining heath and my implants . I find it quite odd that in response to my email you advised me to "Be wary of opinions that do not agree with extensively researched medical issues". I'd like to know what extensive research you were referring to? Since I explanted 5 months ago a lot of my symptoms have subsided and the ones that remain are much better than they were before. After suffering for countless years with no answers, I will be putting all my effort into advocating for women who were not fully informed of all the heath risks that came with getting breast implants. In all the research I've done, I have yet to find any studies of the long term health risks of breast implants. That may be because there has been no research carried out long enough to prove the long term effects, but if you have information proving otherwise I'd be very interested to see it. Providing your patients with all the information, including the the percentage of women that experience the vast amount of negative effects from implants should be mandatory. If this information is denied to them before the decision is made to get implants, you're only doing a disservice to your patients. I have no complaints about the job you did on my implants, I think you are an extremely talented surgeon. However, had I known the information I know now about the risks of breast implants, I may have decided that the cons far outweighed the pros. The decision I made was based off the information I was given. Had I known differently, my health would be in a much different place right now, along with my financial state, and countless other aspects of my life. Thank you, Kaylee Silcox Below is the link to a letter I wrote to my 20 yr old self that was published by the National Center for Health Research. https://breastimplantinfo.org/kaylee-silcox-letter-20-year-old-self/ I'M HAPPY TO SHARE THAT ALL THE WOMEN THAT HAVE GONE THROUGH THE SAME SITUATION AS MYSELF, IF NOT WORSE, RALLIED BEHIND THIS CAUSE AND FINALLY GOT THE FDA TO PUT A BLACK BOX WARNING ON (ALL) IMPLANTS!

Dr Volpe takes his time to listen to my concerns, he responds to every question and gives great detail regarding the potential procedure and makes you fully aware of any risks that may be involved.
