The price is incredibly fair and they are a brilliant distinctions (now Alle) provider. They are following all COVID protocols to a T** Kaitlin was attentive in what I was looking to achieve, what I was nervous about and addressed everything and explained what she thought was best to achieve my goals. You can tell just by how she speaks that she is incredibly educated and experienced in what she does and also passionate about her clients. Added bonus, she was also just super nice and cool to talk to! The entire staff is trained by the well respected surgeon, Dr. Russo of Newton and you can tell he holds them to a high standard of excellent service. Which I could give zero stars. Worst experience ever going to this place and now I have something on my body to always remind me of the terrible experience I had. My tattoo was ruined when I got laser hair removal here. When Rose went over my tattoo I told her it hurt a lot and she denied that she made a mistake and went over my tattoo. It burned soooo badly but Rose still acted as if nothing was wrong. Rose ended up calling me and leaving me a voicemail apologizing for going over my tattoo. But she never admitted to her mistake or said sorry to me in person. The next few weeks I continued to take pictures of my tattoo and sent them to the manager. My tattoo was ruined because the laser hair removal machine is not supposed to be used over tattoos. Management handled this incident terribly. They originally told me they would take care of the cost for fixing my tattoo. I saw a few tattoo artists and they said they won't tattoo over fresh burns. So I waited 2 years to finally get it fixed. I reached out to management again and they have been consistently ignoring me. To make my experience even worse, every time I had an appointment, I had a different person. This place is not organized at all and there was zero communication between each other. So each session they were using the exact same settings. So laser hair removal didn't even fucking work for me. All I got out of this place was a ruined tattoo. Do NOT go here for laser hair removal unless you want to waste a ton of money. I waited a long time to post this review- I wanted to write this as soon as the incident happened but I decided to give this company a chance to make things right with me. Arrived on time and then was told they didn't have enough time to shave the area and do the laser treatment, even though this was the 4th treatment I've had with LaserMD where they always shaved the area first as part of the session. I received a text five minutes before my scheduled appointment that they were running 15 minutes late. Since I was already on my way I still showed up on time. I asked the receptionist when I got there if it was indeed only 15 minutes because I had another appointment in an hour that I could not miss. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes and was still not taken for me appointment. I ended up leaving because I could not be late for my next appointment or I would be charged for it. The girl at the desk didn't seem to care and I was not happy that I wasted a whole hour out of my day. Do not purchase a package! I purchased a packaged for hair removal for my wife for 750 or so because I was led to believe my wife would need the full 8 sessions for her underarms. Well after 2 visits my wife had zero hair and she was wondering if she could use the remainder towards a different body part and they said she couldn't because company policy. I was really impressed with Laser Gentle. I had been to a previous location, and although the nurse I had seen before was no longer there, I was confidant in the work that I was getting done. Something that contiues to impress me is how gentle, informative, and precise everyone here is. I am always a little bit nervous before a procedure and I have 5 million questions, but I've never felt like anyone is rushing me to a decision or pushing something on me. When you invest in yourself you only want the best. I am so lucky to have found Caitlin at Laser Gentle. She is the manager of the Burlington location, as well as a seasoned Esthetician. I have seen her for coolsculpting on my love handles and arms, as well as dermaplaning and a Silkpeel on my face. I have always had issues with stubborn fat on my arms and flanks, and coolsculpting was exactly what I needed. I have some minor scarring/discoloration on my face that I was hoping to resolve. Caitlin recommended the dermaplaning a Silkpeel and I am in love with the results. She will tailor a treatment plan exactly for your needs. She is honest about results and expectations and explains all procedures down to the fine details. She answered all of my questions with ease and was just so easy to talk to. All the staff at Laser Gentle are so warm and friendly but I've gone to Michelle for both botox and filler under my eyes and she is amazing. I went with my mother and neither of us had botox before and she explained everything and what botox could and could not do. I went back a few weeks later for the filler and am very happy with the results. I've been back for botox as well and have another appointment coming up. I don't think I would go anywhere else after the experience I've had there. My brother also goes there for laser and is very happy, he's the one who recommended it to us. read more

Update: Ther lump I received frim this company's previous company remains. The nurse who works or worked for this company's owners stated. When I returned after a year from the injection, that I either had a "mosquito bite or pumple" in the very same injection site. Honestly is always the best policy, I am afraid to say that over two years later, the lump at the injection site remains from going under the skin too deep, causung mist likely a hematoma, which will most likely never go away. All the while, I never went to this business to get botox, but instead, went for a facial. I was talked into getting rid of my 11s by the girl at the desk and the nurse, when I never inquired about botox. Everyone should realize that you can end up with a permanent lump on your face, despite the fact that the employess will say what they said to me when I told them that I really dint trust getting botox because of possible side effects, they replued. I have been getting botox at Laser Gentle in Burlington for over a year now. I have had it done elsewhere in the past but found the pricing here to be the best around. I have been pleased with the results. It does what it is supposed to and lasts a good 3 months in between visits. I also was very pleased when one time it wore off rather quickly and they were very good about getting me back in to do it again at no additional cost and with no questions asked. I have never wrote a review before but feel the obligation to the society to share my experience at Laser Gentle Medical. By no means is this a witch hunt, just hoping by sharing my experience I save others from the same pain. Firstly, DO NOT pay in advance for any packages or let them foul you that you are getting a deal cause weeks later they will sell the same item at 50% off and will have no consideration for you, their answer is "you have already purchased a package" even though you have not even used any sessions. Secondly, with the continuous staff turnover you will not deal with the same folks - they simply lie to sell. The Groupon deals are good and that's where it should end, do not let them foul you into giving them more money. Thirdly, once they have your money, you will get ZERO customer service. Many unprofessional, inexperienced and rude staff with no consulting expertise. But they act like experts when they are lying to sell so when you get no results they will say "you need more sessions" or they will ignore you. I highly recommend just staying away from this place. read more
