Really fortunate to come across Raya's place on Yelp after the fiasco that occurred down the street at Elite MedSpa. As most saw from the reviews, everyone is orphaned out of their treatments because the business decided to move without informing the clients; this move has taken over a month and a half and no information has been released. What is worse is the people who bought prepaid services (like me) were really left high and dry. Raya is amazingly wonderful, she's so cheerful and professional and very educated on matters of laser. As an Armenian, it's comforting to know there is a woman (also Armenian!) that understands our genetic disposition on hair growth. I am a veteran when it comes to laser hair removal and she's by the far the most skilled at making me feel comfortable. Her prices are fair and organized and her dedication is remarkable to her craft as she is the only person running RG ProLaser. I truly look forward to returning here for the rest of my treatments and starting new ones all over! She is a hidden gem in Arlington and I can't stress enough for people to visit her (especially if you're stuck now thanks to Elite Med Spa!!) read more

The results were good, so three stars for that. It was intensely painful, but I guess I expected that. Subtracting two stars because Raya was completely distracted during most of our appointments. She seem like she had something else she needed to be doing, and she just needed to get our appointment over with. On one occasion, she stopped doing the laser treatment right in the middle and took a long phone call from her interior decorator. On another occasion, she took a call immediately after we were done and didn't even say goodbye to me as I was leaving. It's not a spa and I'm not expecting star treatment, but at least save the decorating emergencies for after the treatment is over. I recently called her to get a follow up, and she never even called me back. I should have pretended to be her decorator, and then I would've gotten a call back right in the middle of her treating a client! Fortunately, I found another place, so I won't be going back. read more

The best laser place! Raya is very educated and sweet. Her laser system has worked the best!

Although Raya was super nice, and her office was clean. The laser treatment didn't work at all. I don't think she went over the areas I paid for enough in hopes that I would continue paying to come see her. 6 sessions and no results or changes?! I'm pretty disappointed read more

I cannot say enough good things about Angelika and RG Pro! I'm on session 3 of getting Brazilian and armpit laser and it has been a great experience. Angelika makes you feel so comfortable as the first time can be kind of awkward and she walks you through the whole process so you know what she is doing/why. In addition, her office is SO clean (I have been since she was allowed to reopen due to Covid). Going to RG Pro has been the best decision I've ever made and it is worth EVERY penny and more!! read more

Worth the trip out there. Feels like personal service. They seem like they really care about their clients and everything was clean and week kept. The prices and inflexibility of the packages is a bit disappointed oinking considering how many groupons there are for laser hair removal but I still needed up having a great first experience with laser. read more

I bought the 6 treatment package for underarms and am halfway through it. My hair is near black, so even if I shave I still have that unattractive shadow. I also used to have ingrown hairs - it was a mess. After my first treatment, half of the hairs didn't grow back! It's even better now. No more ingrowns, no more five o'clock shadow on my armpits. Raya is very sweet and knowledgeable. The place is super clean and is comfortable yet medical enough that you trust it. The treatments are incredibly effective and I'm so happy I found Raya! read more

I've had fantastic results on my underarms after just one treatment. Raya is warm, professional, knowledgeable, and has a very clean cozy office. Her machine blasts cool air next to the laser site, which minimizes pain (honestly, when she did a test area, I didn't even feel it at all). Her package prices are very reasonable compared to competitors in the Boston area. I'll amend my review if anything changes after my next few treatments, but so far I'm thrilled with the results. I'm definitely going to have treatments done on other parts of my body, based on the results I've gotten on my underarms so far. Highly recommended. read more

My experience with RG Pro Laser is incomparable to my previous experiences. First of all, Raya was super friendly and very professional! The place itself was very neat and nice. But the best part from my visit was non-contact cooling parallel device that she was using during treatment. I absolutely loved it! That feeling of having non painful, safe and spotless treatment on your skin to me is priceless! I ll highly recommend it read more

I would highly recommend using RG Pro Laser if you are looking for successful laser hair removal at a great price. Raya is wonderful and the office is always kept clean (plus there is a private parking lot right next door which is convenient). I've done two different laser hair removal treatments with Raya and the results have been incredible. read more

I have tried a bunch of places for laser hair removal, and I cannot say enough positive things about RG Pro Laser and Raya. The place is accessible, clean, plenty of parking - and Raya is knowledgeable, friendly, flexible when it comes to accommodating schedules, and above all you'll get results and wonder why you waited so long to get laser done. If you've been on the fence about laser hair removal, stop doubting now and contact RG Pro Laser. read more

After only two sessions, Im already pleased with the results! I had never done laser before, and am so glad I finally tried it. The laser technology seems to be way easier on my sensitive skin than shaving or waxing, and I think the cost is very reasonable. Raya is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Her office is cute, and there is easy parking in the parking lot behind her building. Im excited to continue with my package and already thinking about the next treatments I will try! read more

A friend referred me to Raya, and I'm so glad I followed up on the recommendation! Here's a breakdown of my experience: 1. No-stress scheduling: I've always been able to get time slots that work with my busy schedule, and you get text message reminders which is very convenient. 2. Great location: Raya's office is easy to get to in Arlington, with lots of parking close by. 3. Reasonable, transparent pricing: Unlike chain stores where you have to schedule a consultation just to get pricing info, and then they try to up-sell and pressure you into purchasing larger packages etc, Raya's prices are clearly listed on her website, and they are very competitive. 4. Excellent service: Raya herself is very professional and knowledgeable about her services, super easy to talk to, and doesn't pressure you into anything. In fact, she even refused to do certain areas where I have extremely light-colored hair, as she knows from experience that it would be a waste of money. 5. Great results: Initially I was a little nervous, as most of my friends who've had good results with laser hair removal have much darker hair than me. But after 4 sessions with Raya, I'm already very satisfied with the results, and wish I'd taken the plunge on laser hair removal years ago. If you're on the fence, I strongly encourage you to try out RG Pro Laser! read more

Context: 2 laser treatments completed out of package of 6 I have had a great experience so far. The office is clean and welcoming, with ample parking available in a large lot adjacent to the office. Raya is great -- she explained the full treatment process to me and has a friendly, calming manner. She is focused on the treatment effectiveness and is honest about what to expect. Scheduling is easy and she sends reminders by email and text. read more

Angelika at RG Pro Laser in Concord is amazing. She is professional and cares to your every need. Such good service and great results with my underarms! Rays really knows what she is doing and Cant wait for my next laser treatment!!

I was charged for an appointment which I was not suppose to attend in the first place! Purchased 3 pack laser and was scheduled the 4th one without my knowledge. Had to pay $150 on the spot for something I did not sign up for. How is that fair and professional? read more

Great reliable and knowledgeable service! I'm only two sessions in but already seeing results. The office is cute and the sessions are quick but effective. read more

Long overdue review for laser hair removal at RG Pro Laser. Started a few months ago and could not be happier with the results and the amazing customer attention. Raya is very accommodating and attentive throughout your treatment as well during the explanation of the process. She has a very modern and clean office as well as laser equipment. She is so nice and very flexible when it comes to scheduling. Also she has even provided a few treatment areas for free! I highly recommend her and hope that if you have been on the fence about laser treatment you will give it a try and you will not be disappointed with RG! read more

The #1 thing I hear about getting laser treatments is "I wish I had done it sooner!" I am now firmly in that camp. Of all the places I researched, RG Pro was the most affordable and had the most comfortable atmosphere. I've now had 5 sessions and seen amazing results. The treatments are quick and scheduling is easy. So, stop waiting and go to RG Pro Laser. read more

Phenomenal results and unparalleled service! Raya is professional, knowledgeable, and lovely, and the office is clean, private, and welcoming. Laser treatments start working after the first session, and RG Pro Laser's prices are incredibly reasonable and competitive, especially the rates for packages. Having tried other laser treatments elsewhere that were ineffective, I was wary of trying again but have been so impressed with the success I've had with RG Pro Laser! read more

For years I've had my back waxed. So happy I made the jump to laser. That's mainly because Raya at RG Pro Laser was very knowledgeable and courteous. She took the time to explain the procedure and she executed professionally. I can't recommend her enough. read more

I visited Rayna at RG ProLaser for laser hair removal from my underarms and she was wonderful! She really took the time to explain the process and is very professional and courteous. I was one of the unfortunate customers/victims from Elite Medspa who closed their doors and took our money but Rayna was wonderful. I will not hesitate to visit her again! read more

This is by far the best laser hair removal place around! The owner is a kind, informative professional who makes you feel comfortable. I got my legs done and the results are amazing. I have gotten so many different laser treatments before coming here and Raisa by far gave me my most comfortable experience. Not to mention her prices are unbeatable.
