As most saw from the reviews, everyone is orphaned out of their treatments because the business decided to move without informing the clients; this move has taken over a month and a half and no information has been released. What is worse is the people who bought prepaid services (like me) were really left high and dry. Raya is amazingly wonderful, she's so cheerful and professional and very educated on matters of laser. As an Armenian, it's comforting to know there is a woman (also Armenian!) that understands our genetic disposition on hair growth. I am a veteran when it comes to laser hair removal and she's by the far the most skilled at making me feel comfortable. Her prices are fair and organized and her dedication is remarkable to her craft as she is the only person running RG ProLaser. I truly look forward to returning here for the rest of my treatments and starting new ones all over! On one occasion, she stopped doing the laser treatment right in the middle and took a long phone call from her interior decorator. On another occasion, she took a call immediately after we were done and didn't even say goodbye to me as I was leaving. It's not a spa and I'm not expecting star treatment, but at least save the decorating emergencies for after the treatment is over. I recently called her to get a follow up, and she never even called me back. I should have pretended to be her decorator, and then I would've gotten a call back right in the middle of her treating a client! Fortunately, I found another place, so I won't be going back.

I saw a Groupon deal, but checked out their website and saw that I could purchase one visit at a time (I don't think I have seen this anywhere else, it is usually a package of 5 or 6 visits) and decided I could get one Brazilian wax for $60-80 (depending on location) or one laser treatment for $99; seeing as one lasts 4-6 weeks and the other forever, the choice was obvious. My first visit was 6 weeks ago (everyone is different, you might be 4-5 weeks) and my second was this morning, it really is not all that awful and Emma is really nice. They have a great system in place for Covid: call from outside to check in, then go inside when they are ready for you. They will check your temperature as soon as you get in, your bag (if you have one) will go into a plastic bag and you will be given a pair of gloves to wear after disinfecting your hands. Really, it is easy and much faster than waxing!! They also have online booking (!!!), there is no shortage of free parking outside on Trapelo Rd, and you will get a great service for much less than other places that over-promise and leave you feeling disappointed.

For those who are curious about the sensation, I've had two sessions so far and the pain is dependent on the region. You are given goggles so you can't see what's going on, but you feel as if a metal surface were being brushed on your skin followed by a stinging burn. Personally, it felt like a strong ray of sunlight being shone on my legs and most of my underarms and barely registered any pain; however, coarser areas (like the bikini area) require some bracing.
