Dont go to Ryan for filler. I did twice and he used the filler I asked for. This time was A disaster. I made the appnt with Sonya the receptionist. I told her I only use bolotero. So went to my appnt to see Ryan. Thought i was getting Bolotero. Well!! I should have known when he came at me with the needle and there was no packaging!!! Always ask to see packaging do you will know what's being used. I asked for bolotero. I told Ryan I liked it and how natural it looked. So as he was injecting I told him it hurt alot more . He claimed it was because if the way he was injecting my filler not mentioning it was VOLBELLA!! He was totally d iui dishonest with me. He lied and said we discussed which filler he was using. We DIDNT Found out they were out of BOLOTERO! so out of greed he injected me with volbella. Never again. Live and learn people. Thankfully I was able to see Lenore who is lovely and very honest and she disolved it. Now I have bruising because of this. Ryan should of been honest in the first place. It pains me to write such a negative review of a business but it has been 1 month since my visit and I'm still irritated so had to air my grievances. When I called Age Less before booking a consultation, I was very clear with the receptionist on what I was looking for. She understood, was polite with me and said that I should have all my questions answered when I came in. When I came in, I was ushered into a room by 2 woman who asked me a number of questions and then left. Five minutes later, a third woman came in who was a bit hostile with me. I told her what I was interested in, she was very short with me and then she left. Five additional minutes later, a 4th woman came in and she is the reason I will never visit this business again. This woman was so unbelievably pushy and had a horrible used car salesman attitude. Was just pushing and pushing products and services on me telling me that if I didn't order it that day, that it would be gone. When I asked questions, it was very clear I was being lied to rather than admitting "I don't know the answer". She was a young brunette woman (as much as I could tell with the mask) wearing fake leather leggings and a leopard print mask. At one point, I had to interrupt her used car speech so she would stop her sales pitch on me for the 3rd time. The lack of professionalism was awful and I won't be back. Do not lie to customers and chill with the aggressive sales pitch. It's an unbelievable turnoff and made me feel like a worthless customer. P.S. I have met Nurse Audrey before and she was lovely. As was every receptionist I had spoken to. I do think some of the other employees do need additional training though on how to speak to customers. read more

I was happy with my previous results when I went in the past with Cris however last time I went I had significant movement in places I had treated so went back. I saw Audrey for that treatment. When I went to see Audrey again for a recheck since I was not satisfied with my results her response to me was " oh thats because SHE did not treat that area" and kept referring to a "she" person who treated me when it was her. My focus area is my forehead and I got injections there without the result. My main concern is she kept implying someone else did my treatment, when it was her, 2 weeks before that. As if no records were kept. I remembered taking a pic of my face sheet at my visit when I went to see Audry (the face sheet where they document the units of boxtox they inject), but I probably deleted it since was not able to pull it up. She just stood there and watched me look through my phone, as if her office doesn't have the original she could have referred back to or provided to me as proof as to whether or not she treated that area. I just left, I was dumbfounded at the fact that she kept referring to someone else doing to my botox when it was her, 2 weeks before that, even more so that she came into the room, obviously did not review any records from the previous visit but was able to tell me my forehead was not treated. Had she reviewed my records she would known she was the one who did my injections and which areas I got them done. Lack of professionalism. I never heard of medical professional touching a patient without documentation, not for the patient, but for their own records. It's disappointing to spend hundreds of dollars to treat yourself and in return get no results. Then to return and have the experience that I did. I went somewhere else a week later, yes more money but worth it. I know it's months later but I'm sick of getting taken for my money. I'm also recieving someone named "Marta"s brilliant distinctions rewards for all Marta's treatments there in my email, an obvious error by their staff. Hopefully Marta see's this so she can fix that or I'm going to find a way to use her rewards for my next treatment some place else..... read more

I have been going to ageless for years. I have gotten lip/cheek fillers, Botox, and many facials (IPL, vampire and hydrafacial). The first couple years I was going there was awesome. Audrey is great at what she does and they seemed to really care about their clients. Fast forward to now and I feel that the customer service has dropped off. The wait times are astronomical. Multiple times I have had to wait hours after my scheduled appointment. The front desk staff is not as welcoming as they used to be. I have also been canceled on without any offer of an alternative appointment. I was also told be another med spa that their laser machines are not up to date. Ageless Weigh less used to be a great medical spa. I was a happy cliente for few years; however poor costumer service totally ruined it. I've had countless appointments canceled at the last minute. To be more specific, in one instance, they called one hour prior my appointment to cancel with the poor excuse of the staff booking my appointment wrongfully, with no t enough time to do the procedure. After that I was again canceled twice. First excuse was Eleanor was not gonna be available that day. They rescheduled my appointment with her and again, this time they called 20 mins before my appointment to cancel. I drove over a hour away and I was almost there and had to turn around. I drove almost two hours for nothing. What is worse about all the cancelations is that every time they canceled they didn't make any efforts to reschedule soon enough and wouldn't do anything to make up for the inconvenience. Last time they canceled I had a trip booked in two weeks. I explained Amanda I needed the treatment before my travel, but she didn't do much to help. Only thing I heard was "she was sorry". They didn't care if my vacation was ruined because of their lack of professionalism. Luckily months later I found another spa which I'm very happy with. They surpassed all of my expectations, and I am so happy with my results. I am in love with this place! More than that I am in love with Audrey who has done my last two treatments. I first became aware of this establishment through Groupon which I use on a regular basis as Groupon exposes me to various activities and services in the area that I otherwise would not be aware of. Ageless way less had a Groupon promotion, which I think they still do, but offered a discount in Botox treatments. I'm always curious about these various cosmetic procedures so I decided to give it a try. Why not? I don't have very many wrinkles at the age of 34 but during my consultation with Audrey she felt it would be a good preventative measure. While there I also explored the idea of lip injections as both of my lips are very narrow and often disappear when I smile. I didn't feel that Audrey was swaying me one way or the other but answered all my questions and I decided to go for it. She first put on numbing gel over my lips which worked very quickly and felt very strange. While she gave The gel time to work she did my Botox injections on my four head it was about eight different injections and she had me do various facial movements to see how my four head moved. She said it was like little bee stings which I would agree with. She is very professional and made me feel very comfortable. She is also gorgeous! Anyway I'm getting off topic. After my Botox she then moved onto my lip injections she did one vile for my lips, a third of the vile for my top lip and 2/3 of the vile for my bottom lip. I could barely feel it at all and I love my results. I actually went back a month later to get another vial to go bigger. They were holding a fundraiser where certain and procedures were at a discounted rate. So I figured since it was a good cause why not go for it again? For some reason this round of lip injections hurt more than the first. I don't know if the gel didn't have enough time to really sink in or if that's to be expected when you were going bigger. It was not unbearable but I'll definitely ask Audrey the next time I go in for a tuneup. The Botox injections came out really well. As Audrey explained I did see gradual results over the weeks after I receive them. I don't feel like my face has that a natural stone look and I am still able to make facial expressions as my eyebrows are able to move. Everyone in the office is so friendly and they except care credit which helps in financing the procedure. read more

My Girlfriend showed up yesterday with a Groupon and was told she couldn't use because she was NOT a first time customer. The Groupon was purchased under Her name and NOT rejected by Groupon. Plus, she had been there many times before and probably has spent over $1000 on treatments. She called me on the phone and explained the situation and I asked to speak to the owner who refused. Do You Call That Customer Service?. I gave it to my Girlfriend as a Birthday Present because I knew she was feeling Bad about Her Appearance and I wanted to do something to Cheer Her up and make Her feel Better! Her objective in going was to talk about Maintenance and Post Treatment Creams and Instead she was made to feel silly about asking and that His Treatments wouldn't make a difference despite being quoted $500 for Fillers that He claimed would NOT have an Impact. Who says that to their clients? She then asked him multiple questions about the treatments and he seemingly cared less about Her concerns! Not exactly the way I had hoped her visit would go. Basically, she went expecting a Nice Experience and left feeling WORSE about Herself! And all this after being a repeat client who pays a lot of money for the Treatment. Seriously, He should have just Honored the Coupon and would have retained a Loyal Client! Frankly both She and I have been there before and up until Yesterday were planning on coming back.
