I've had fillers with many providers over the past five years, and this place is beyond wonderful--it's my first filler review ever! I went in for under-eye and marionette (laugh line) fillers, and had a fantastic experience with Michelle. I'd had some troublesome filler under my eyes previously, and she explained the issue I'd had as well as breaking down the proper cannula technique for me. The injection process itself was almost completely painless--the first time I can say that of fillers!--and I'm so pleased with how my face looks. I wasn't the easiest client, either; I'm twitchy and annoying to inject, and my reactive, sensitive skin had an unexpected allergic reaction to the cleanser Michelle used on my face (which she only used so extensively because I came in with foundation on, against their instructions). When I called them the next day for advice on how to manage it, they checked in with me into the weekend to make sure the reaction cleared up. Love them. TL;DR: 10/10 read more

I see Rachel for hydrafacials on a regular basis (Teal Card member), but I've also tried dermaplaning, the lunch peel, and Jet Peel. Over the last 10 months since I've started seeing Rachel and using the ZO skincare line, I have noticed a tremendous improvement in the texture and appearance of my skin (and so have others!). Rachel is truly a joy to chat with, she is incredibly knowledgeable about proper skin care, and she does an excellent job- I wish I could tip!! :) I've also seen Maria and Natalie for BBL treatments and I cannot say enough about this treatment and the amazing results I saw after just the first session in my three pack. I'm already planning ahead for the fall to try the Moxi with BBL treatment! Recently moved from Boston to the North Shore and needed to find a new spot for neurotoxin treatment. I did some digging on Yelp (of course) and came across RN Esthetics. Definitely didn't hurt to see best of north shore awards either. Able to book online for a convenient time and the little plaza is great - plenty of parking for non Salem State businesses. The entire place was spotless and very welcoming. I've been getting treatments elsewhere for 3+ years and Heather was the first person to explain to me how different muscle groups work and why some treatments are done the way they are. She was very gentle with the needle and took her time to make sure she didn't nick a superficial vein I have. Then came time to pay - Tara was great making sure I was set up for appropriate reward programs so I'll have certificates WHEN (not if!!) I return. I went here my first time a couple days ago and felt completely pleased as to how my face has felt. As a ssu student, i have been pretty stressed ( resulted to excessive breakouts) and a huge spa day was definitely needed. I'm in my early 30's and have significant improvement in my my appearance and confidence since I started treatments here. I am seen with zero wait time, and all my needs are addressed and the atmosphere is relaxed and professional. What I really appreciate is the honesty, and there is no attempt to make money off me for services I dont need. The prices are more than fair and they have extensive and ongoing training and are well read on up to date methods and techniques of injecting! I trust them with my face 100%. read more

Don't go there they have horrible service and they have a stigma against recovering addicts. Ally told me as she was about to do microneedeling on my face and she learned I was a recovering addict she said "I can't work on you, I don't do your kind of people" I am totally appalled and disgusted and I'm complaining to the board, the owner and I'm telling everyone I know not to go to this horrible biased business . A nurse should know better, clearly she doesn't have any experience with the non-stigma hospitals use since she claims she worked in one for years. Than after all that she had the nerve to try to push all these products I didn't even want, she tried hard to sell them. She's so unprofessional and telling me because my son scratched my eye I shouldn't get these services she also rushed me out and told me she didn't want to waste anymore of her time, while I was questioning her about why she couldn't just do my service. Don't go here ever if you were planning on it all there good reviews are from anonymous accounts from the girls that work there. You know how bad you sound even trying to justify this? You sound like your on some serious medication. The customer is ALWAYS right. And Ali did not have any problems with doing anything on my face at all (any treatment) if she had any issue or was set back for any reason she wouldn't have set me all up with cleaning my face and putting the numbing cream on and towels around me, the problem transpired when I decided to open up and ask for a different spot. They should be able to draw blood out of my toe if that is what I was requesting (which it wasn't) but who walks in and pays 600$ for a treatment that has an active problem? Think about it. And drops almost 300$ on products even after being denied service. Does that sound like someone to you with an issue?! Michelle you really need to step out of the box and think about this one because your sounding as distorted as Ali's complete actions were. And for an owner of a salon you should be embarrassed and ashamed with yourself and your Nurse. That's who you should be speaking to about this, because the more your trying to defend her actions the more clear it sounds to me since I brought this up to another Doctor he agreed with me and said you should be "disbarred and stripped of any aesthetic relations you have" and your "whole system is unprofessional and no one is ever looked at different for any reason or another if they are a client of mine". read more

I am a Salem state student who doesn't live in the area. After my classes yesterday, I noticed my skin was looking a little dry and I was breaking out more than usual. I had the urge to get a facial but I didn't know where to go. I googled places in Salem and this was the first place to pop up. I went on the website and booked an appointment online that day! I was very surprised but excited because of how easy it was! When I walked in, I was greeted very nicely and offered a beverage while I filled out the paperwork. Jules took me right in when I was all done and made me feel very at home. I had no idea what I wanted done, I just knew I needed my face cleaned. I told her I had recently had an extraction done at another esthetician but they didn't do a very good job. She told me I came to the right place, and she couldn't have been more correct! My skin felt so refreshed and clean after. She squeezed the crap out of all my pores and did an amazing and thorough job extracting my black heads. My skin was glowing! I had errands to run after and I didn't even think once about putting makeup on. My friend also noticed how bright and healthy my skin looked!
